Bartender was very nice. They allow you to sample the different flavors. I like the Hurricane. It’s pretty good and I will return.

Justin was the absolute best bartender!! He is very genuine and truly showed us a good time. My friends and I will definitely be returning and we hope to see him again! The best ever, so fun!!!

Another great spot to grab a beer in Tuscaloosa. They have a good selection of wine as well. My favorite part is the outdoor seating. Love the music and arcade! No food served but you can bring your to-go order.

You can always find a flavor with 68 beers on tap. Love the casual atmosphere. And the fiddle ferns are amazing!

The atmosphere is stylish yet welcoming, the staff is genuinely attentive, and every cocktail is crafted with precision and creativity. Perfect spot to unwind with a memorable drink in a relaxed, adult setting.

My favorite place to get cocktails in town, truly a unique experience. The cocktails are thoughtful and unique, not to mention just delicious. The variety and quality of the drinks can entertain anybody, absolutely love this place.

Spades Restaurant & Lounge is hands down one of my favorite places to eat—no matter the time of day. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and never misses. Brunch and Soul Food Sunday are my absolute highlights of the week. There’s nothing like going with friends, ordering a tower or two, and eating so much brunch that you leave with dinner. It’s definitely a “The Itis” type of meal—so good it’ll have you ready for a nap! On Sundays, the homemade red velvet cake is a must. Moist, rich, and only available that day, it’s the perfect sweet finish. And don’t sleep on the baked chicken—it falls right off the bone and tastes like Sunday dinner at home. Taco Tuesday is another favorite. The birria tacos? Omg. Juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor—easily some of the best tacos in town. Pair that with the vibe inside Spades and it’s the perfect midweek pick-me-up. And the rest of the menu? Loaded with gems. Wings, pasta, lamb chops, Philly cheesesteaks (they even come in chicken), fried catfish, fries, okra, and more—plus you can get them Cajun ranch-style for extra flavor. Even their late-night eats always hit, which makes Spades a go-to any day of the week. On top of the amazing food, the hospitality is unmatched. Ralph, the owner, is always welcoming, and the cooks, waitresses, and bottle girls are friendly and attentive every single time. I can’t say it enough—I love, love, love Spades! Whether it’s Taco Tuesday, brunch, Sunday Funday, or late-night cravings, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

I love Catch 22. Friendly and efficient bartenders, delicious and unique drinks, a cute outdoor patio and comfy booths inside - what more could you want? I love the coffee martini, but this place truly has something for everyone. I highly recommend this bar.

Half cocktail bar, half dive bar. The best of both worlds! Stiff drinks, sports, and good company. What else does one need?

This was a great experience. I’m traveling for work and the bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had the bacon burger and the avenue Palmer. Both were splendid. I specifically asked for my burger to be medium rare and it came out PERFECTLY. (See picture attached) highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed the food freshness and portions. (Would have definitely taken a better picture of the fries but they were so good that we couldn't stop to take the picture because we were too busy eating them.) Great stop along the strip and we'll definitely be back again!

The drinks were great. Our only complaint was they only had one bartender working. He was doing a great job, but he really needed some backup.

I loved this bar when I was a senior in college at Bama! Because it was a bit more refined than the other bars in the area, it was nice to stop here earlier in the night and enjoy a few quality cocktails before moving on to the $3 beer specials and rowdiness elsewhere. The bartenders were always friendly, and they made some of the best car bombs. Another favorite of mine was the red velvet cake shot-- if you like sweet shots, this is a must!

Came here to pregame before the Iron Bowl. My buddy and I liked the outdoor area and all the other bars were just as crowded but less space. It was super busy, took a bit to get drinks but that was expected for how busy it was going to be. Overall chill atmosphere and great place to pregame the Iron Bowl

The atmosphere is always fun and welcoming, whether it’s game day or just a regular night out. The service is top-notch, and Olivia, the manager, does an amazing job making sure everything runs smoothly. She’s friendly, professional, and truly cares about the customers. The staff is great, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the pool tables and outdoor seating make it a perfect spot to hang out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time!

These people were the most rude people I've ever met in my life. It started when we got carded at 50-year-olds when we walked in and because they were closing soon, they were extremely rude and diligent about getting us out of there. The bartender tried his hardest to be nice but we could tell he was absolutely miserable with our presence

First time there was alot of fun cheap drinks and the bartender Brandon was very patient while he waited for our order and was extremely friendly as well

first visited Twelve25 over 5 years ago, and it immediately became one of my favorite spots on the Strip in Tuscaloosa. Back then, my friends and I sat outside and loved the chill, relaxed vibe. Even with only one waitress on duty, we never went without anything—she was so sweet and patient. Happy Hour until 9 with $5 double wells is a steal (my go-to was a Tequila Sunrise), and the $5 food options like chicken nuggets and fries were fresh, delicious, and paired perfectly with their amazing honey mustard sauce. Fast forward to today, and Twelve25 is still a staple for me. The bartenders are always great, and Justin in particular has been making me fantastic drinks since the very beginning—always friendly, attentive, and consistent. That kind of service keeps people coming back. Some of my favorite memories are from their Wednesday Bingo nights—$1 wings, great prizes, healthy competition, and so much fun! Those nights were a highlight of the week, and I’d love to see them come back. On top of all that, Twelve25 has been more than just a restaurant for me. I probably wouldn’t have finished my three post-secondary degrees without it—I loved being able to sit here, listen to music, grab a drink and some food, and actually knock out assignments. From open until 9 pm, the vibe is always that perfect mix of energy and chill. If you’re in Tuscaloosa, make sure to check out Twelve25. Great food, awesome drinks, fun events, and staff who make you feel welcome every single time.

How experience! I went for brunch on Sunday and the vibes hit! Ms Kayde took great care of me. I had the shrimp and grits and they were cooked to perfection. Great music drinks food and vibes.. I’ll be back

Bartenders are beautiful services is what's expected out of a local club . I felt great and had a great time . I enjoy DJ Yolk a lot better . And the owner very hospitable. TJBM
