Time Out is a very fun, friendly atmosphere, Bar tenders socially friendly when it isn't busy. Bouncers are socially friendly as well.

It's an excellent bar atmosphere that offers pool and even $3 shots. I had an Apple Pie shot with my beer and the flavors blend. The bouncers are good at recognizing drunk behavior and do their job on point. It's an excellent trade if you don't like downtown Anchorage.
