Cocktails with a beautiful view! We had French 75s and a Woodford Reserve Rye Old Fashioned. Drinks were perfectly made.
We had an enjoyable time over a couple glasses of wine. There wasn't any other customers there at the time. So, it was nice and quiet with a view of Bentonville from several stories up. A nice and pleasant young woman, Jewel, served us.
WHAT AN EXCELLENT VIBE! From the music to the lighting to the service to the views. This is a phenomenal birthday or special romantic date spot. The Tower Bar has perfected the kind of experience they intend to deliver. Even our servers/bartenders were so kind and outgoing. They even helped us make plans for the rest of our night around NWA. This is a spot we will definitely be back to. **EDIT** even though the Tower Bar IS open during the day, I wouldn’t recommend stopping by in the daytime. The vibe is a little cold and the view isn’t great - also their selection of drinks is extremely limited. Keep this spot in your reportoire as a nighttime-only location
Love this place. Lexi’s been at the bar every time we come in and she always remembers us. She makes a cocktail worth bragging about and keeps the mood fun. Definitely a spot we’ll continue to visit.
I always love the idea of going to Tower Bar but the last two times that I went I received poor quality service. It’s relatively frustrating to see an entire bar team (~5 people) on their phones/tablets at the corner of the bar and only offering a “half service.” Places for improvement would be greeting folks more promptly as they sit down, offering water, offering a second round of drinks to people who have less than 1/4 in their glass, and more presence on the floor for their guests. Like, why do I feel that I’m bothering them with my patronage? Today we had intentions of getting a drink, but were ignored by their service team when it came to ordering. I just thought it was silly to see almost 10 people with nearly empty glasses and no bar member in sight on the floor. Could be a great place for BYOB if theyre not interested in servicing their guests, hahahaha.
