False advertisement. It said it would have banda night and no bands showed up. Promoter was all nice at first and then forgot about us after we bought 3 bottles. They are all the same everywhere, they just want tips.

I reached out to the promoter days before the event to confirm a **VIP section for 10 girls** and asked about the drink menu. He responded just enough to get my hopes up… then completely ghosted me. No follow up, no details nothing. When we showed up, it was a **total disaster**. Despite telling security that we had a confirmed VIP reservation, they acted clueless and tried to charge us **$40 per person** just to get in. No acknowledgment, no apology just a greedy cash grab. How do you **promise VIP service** and then pretend like it never happened? The lack of professionalism is **embarrassing**. Save your money and your night—**Xalos doesn’t care about their customers**, only squeezing every dollar they can. **Never again. 0/10.**
