We got the bruschetta board - French onion, pepper jam and goat cheese, dates pistachio ricotta, and artichoke, and loved all of them! Especially French onion and pistachio ones. The salad and panini combos are so fun and convenient too. We had the donut holes for dessert - our server Isaac got them for us! They were excellent too. Isaac was incredible, he gave us great recommendations, helped sub for vegetarian options and so. Thanks for making it such a great expense, we’ll definitely come back.

I had such a fun time at this vibey little wine bar that knows how to balance classy and cool. It’s the kind of spot where you feel a little fancy, but not in a “pinkies up” way—more like sip your drink, laugh too loud, and still fit right in kind of fancy. Let’s start with the star of the show: the bruschetta boards. Oh. My. Goodness. These weren’t your average bread-with-toppings situations—these were mini works of art. You get to choose four out of twelve different creations (yes, twelve). I went with the smoked salmon + pesto, warm artichoke spread, classic tomato-mozzarella-basil, and the sweet & spicy pepper jam with goat cheese. Each bite was a perfect little flavor explosion—familiar but upgraded, comforting yet exciting. Honestly, it felt less like eating and more like a tasting adventure. Now, I’ll admit—I’m not a wine girlie. But this place clearly takes its vino seriously. The selection was deep enough to impress a sommelier, while I stuck with a cocktail: a margarita with a black salt rim that was equal parts dramatic and delicious. The vibe itself sealed the deal for me. The decor leaned retro-cool with a wall covered in old radios, stereos, and boomboxes—like a hip time capsule with great lighting. Add in the mix of indoor, outdoor, and bar seating, plus the crowd (lots of young, energetic people, but not in an overwhelming way), and the whole place felt buzzy and alive. One note: this isn’t the place to come for giant entrées, but honestly? That bruschetta board was plenty filling, especially if you’re into the idea of grazing, chatting, and sipping instead of tackling a steak the size of your head. All in all, I’m so glad my friend dragged me here post-breakup—it turned out to be exactly the kind of night I needed: fun, delicious, and a little bit glamorous with just the right edge. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that’s part wine bar, part hangout, and 100% good vibes.

We were here yesterday for a wonderful birthday dinner with friends. We were seated outside in the patio, which was really nice with the lights and the breeze. I noticed there's a fireplace that can be turned on if the temperature drops. We had a big group 13, but Sherry took care of us so well, very thoughtful when to take the orders for drinks, apps, entrée and fill up our water. It's next to a parking garage which is convenient to walk, however I'm not sure what the noise level from the traffic is during lunch weekdays. The food is very good, especially the Malbec braised short rib. The Solstice salad is fresh, the watermelon & feta salad is excellent although I'm partial to halumi cheese when it comes to watermelon salad. The short rib croquettes is also a delicious appetizer, which is good to get a taste of the short rib before you commit to the entrée. The Yuzu Breeze is refreshing if you like yuzu liqueur and midori.

Always a nice restaurant to go to whenever you have people visiting from out of town! Solstice is a charming spot that consistently puts out quality dishes based off of the season. It gives a modern twist to some classic dishes, and the presentation is solid as well. I’ve been here a couple of times, and it’s always been a hit! Their malbec braised short rib never fails to impress, and this time around their seafood risotto was delicious as well. The kiwi sour cocktail was also tasty! Solstice is also conveniently located close to John Wayne airport, so if you have any visitors, it’s easy to go to! If you’re looking for a new place to try, with a modern, charming atmosphere, then check them out!

We came to the Irvine Spectrum Yard House tonight and were lucky to have Cesar as our server/bartender on his last night here before moving to the Rancho Cucamonga location. He was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs even on a busy night. I ordered a dirty martini (no sugar) and it was perfect—crisp, cold, and made just right. Cesar’s service and attention to detail really made the experience stand out. Rancho Cucamonga Yard House is lucky to be getting him. Thanks, Cesar, for taking care of us and making our night memorable!

Food was great. Service was horrible. I understand a party of 16 can be quite a task, but that's when you let a more experienced server or perhaps someone who wants to be there handle it. Waitress was noticeably snarky at the beginning, which did not help our patience. Not sure if she realized it or someone pointed it out to her, but she was like a different person after we pointed out she had missed taking drink orders from one section of our party when the other drinks came in. It took 45m-1hr to receive all of our food when the restaurant was at about 50% capacity on a Thursday evening. Noise level seemed a bit high due to the sound system, but not unexpected or unusual for this setting. Overall, it was the only place im the area that was able to accommodate without requiring a ridiculous minimum or deposit. It was slow service with great food. We were all enjoying each other's company so we hardly noticed that the waitress never came around for refills on waters or soft drinks. Splitting the bill was easy and we all left content. Although, some of my relatives mentioned feeling sick after leaving.

Parking is ok but if you don’t get validated it’s expensive. Seems like they have barely any staff so service suffers. Honestly it’s not the servers/ bartenders themselves at all, there’s just too many customers for a small bar and so you end up waiting longer. This is more of a gripe on the hotel. The staff is doing what they can. Drinks are about 2 to 3 dollars more than any local bar. Overall it’s nice but better options close by

This review is for Cozy Pines inside the restaurant. If you’re in the mood for a fun, unique night out, Cozy Pine in Irvine is the place to be. It’s a camp-style speakeasy hidden inside the Bacchus Bar and Bistro, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots for tasty cocktails and finger foods. I made a reservation and came with my cousin and his wife, and we were all instantly impressed. My go-to drink is the Camp Anawanna—a heavenly mix of graham cracker bourbon, marshmallow, and chocolate that tastes like an Old Fashion. We also tried the Death Valley (a spicy, fruity tequila number) and the Debris (a rich rye whiskey concoction), both of which were delicious. As for the food, the campfire skewers and blue crab dip were spot-on. For a speakeasy, the food is surprisingly excellent. Cozy Pine is a gem in Orange County—creative cocktails, cozy vibes, and great food make it a must-visit!

The food was good. We highly recommend the goat cheese balls, grilled cheese sandwich, the steak, and the bratwurst. The steak was cooked to perfection - a good bite, tender, not very chewy. The drinks were ok and the cocktails were interesting. The service and the ambiance of the speakeasy was excellent.

First time I went here was in a party of 3 with a little dog on a Saturday evening in August. We arrived around 8pm and had to wait only 5 minutes before we were seated at a table outside. They brought a water bowl for the dog. It was a bit chilly, so I had a hot chocolate with whipped cream, and they were very generous with the cream. The other 2 people in my group were vegetarian. We had the cauliflower ceviche, thai noodles, fettucine alfredo, and the teriyaki bowl. For the noodles, we ordered the shrimp and chicken to be delivered separately, and the chicken arrived very dry and rough, so probably not the best idea. The dog still gobbled up the chicken. Otherwise, all the food was delicious, and the serving sizes were big enough that each of us got to make a second lighter meal from the leftovers. We also got the hamburger bowl for the dog, and he slurped up all the meat pretty quickly, with the rice and veggies being consumed at home later. Service is friendly and quick, once you are seated. Dogs are not allowed in your lap or on the chair, and you'll see quite a few of them on the outside patio. Total including tips and taxes came to around 130 bucks, which is pretty decent given that it made 2 meals for each of us. While paying for this meal, they offered us a promo which allowed a complimentary small plate, starter, or dessert on our next visit. So, went again with the dog, and this time I had the buffalo chicken nuggets appetizer which was complimentary, and he had his hamburger patty meal with rice and vegetables. This time though, I reached around 7:15pm on a Thursday evening, and had to get on a waitlist that took half an hour to get through. Spent it walking the pupper around the area.

First visit, (8.3.2025) I liked that they had “different” menu items, I had the BBQ Bison meatloaf ($27). I didn’t want the menu spinach, so I subbed broccoli. The meal was good, not outstanding. The meatloaf itself, was served incredibly hot, but everything else was only “warmish”. It’s a fairly large dish, so you shouldn’t go away hungry. I purchased 4 “TV Dinners” (frozen for take home) and was surprised at the size of the serving size. I will update the review later, after eating them.

This place has me torn. I've been to this place twice and my first experience was everything I wanted. A restaurant experience to be. The food was amazing. The decor was amazing. Design of the restaurant. The service was on point. Everything was great. Then I came back here and everything was horrible. The food came out late. The service was horrible even when I tried to say something. Well that's not us. It was just horrible and then the food wasn't as good. Everything was just bad and so I'm over this place. I would not recommend it

Lauren Talley42 months ago

Loved the vibe here—it’s a fun indoor-outdoor space with a great mix of cocktails, beer, and wine. The service was a bit slow due to our waiter manning the old fashion made table side station. The happy hour menu is a steal, with options like short rib grilled cheese, fried pickles, and burgers all under $10. We started with the tuna lettuce wraps, which looked promising but ended up falling flat flavor-wise. Thankfully, the entrees more than made up for it—the burger “chef’s way” was massive, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the prime rib sandwich was rich, buttery, and perfectly tender. I’d absolutely come back for happy hour and have my eye on the spicy chicken sandwich next time.

This was my third visit, and it never disappoints! The first two times were dinner dates with my boyfriend, but this time I came with my girlfriend and we sat at their super cute bar. They have an impressive whiskey selection, and Leo, who’s been our bartender for all three visits is absolutely fantastic! The cocktails here are next-level! I had a few of the “Do the Hokey Toki,” which is now my go-to. Leo also crafted a pineapple based cocktail for my friend, but she ended up switching to mine because it was THAT good! We got so lost in conversation that we stayed until closing, and Leo was incredibly patient and never rushed us out. I just love the vibe here. The space may be small, but the classy decor, delicious food, creative craft cocktails, extensive whiskey list, and top-notch service make it a gem. Bonus: it’s located in the Google Center in Irvine and offers valet parking so easy and convenient. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check out this charming spot. You’ll fall in love just like I did! FYI: Including photos from all 3 visits

I recently hosted my son's intimate wedding at Twenty-Eight Restaurant, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out — especially with only two weeks of planning! I’m so glad I found this place. Stacie was incredibly accommodating and supportive, even on such short notice. She truly went above and beyond to help me, especially when I was in full panic mode. The wedding turned out absolutely beautiful. The venue itself is stunning — we received so many compliments from our guests about how gorgeous the space was. Absolutely loved our experience at Habana. The food was exceptional; fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambience was on point: warm lighting, tasteful decor, great music, and an overall inviting vibe with attention to every detail. The highlight of the night was Izzy, our server. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient despite how busy it was. He walked us through the entire menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and even customized the dishes to match our dietary needs. That kind of service truly makes a difference. Highly recommended.

BEWARE January 2025 Review - Important Safety Information Our group purchased 4 races for $255 but had an incident after 1. During our visit, a phone was damaged while following all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions. When reported to the front desk, the staff member indicated this was a common occurrence, stating it "happens all the time.” Upon requesting management assistance, I was unable to obtain: - The manager's full name for documentation - A working contact number for follow-up (it errored out when I tried to call the number they gave) - Any refund for the $255 that we paid - Any resolution for the damaged property What concerns me most is the staff's casual acknowledgment that phone damage is a frequent occurrence, yet there appear to be no preventive measures or clear procedures for handling such incidents. For transparency: We followed all safety protocols, maintained professional communication throughout, and simply seek appropriate resolution. I would appreciate the business owner or management contacting me to address these safety and customer service concerns. Documentation of the incident, including date, time, and damage, has been preserved.

If you live in Irvine and you fancy yourself a craft beer aficionado, there are only two craft brewery options within the city to choose from - Hangar 24 and Left Coast. Both breweries have a decent beer selection, but IMO the beers are drinkable at both but average at best. The food at Hangar 24 isn’t that memorable either. I recently tried their All-American Smash Burger and it was disappointing. On a positive note, Hangar 24 is great for families because they have a lot of open space outdoors for the kiddos to run around. There’s a good amount of parking too and they validate. Hangar 24 also hosts a number of events like trivia, live music, dance nights, etc., and they’re on point with their aviation theme. PRO TIP: Hangar 24 revamps their rewards program every once and again, but their current loyalty rewards program offers customers the opportunity to earn 1 point for every $1 spent and unlock $1 off every 20 points!

My boyfriend and I visited earlier this week and had an extremely poor experience. We are both 21 and 22, I showed my ID and had no issues. He handed his ID which is from another state the woman at the bar told him she couldn’t accept it because it was horizontal. He explained the state he is from gives vertical IDs but she would not accept the explanation and was extremely demeaning to him. She argued with him for an unnecessary amount of time before admitting she was wrong and letting us get drinks. She had an awful attitude and quite frankly ruined the atmosphere of the environment. I will not be returning simply from the awful service and attitude I saw.

Clean and great service. Food was unbelievably bad. The table ordered 2 burgers, 2 burritos, a pizza and Brussel sprouts. Not one person enjoyed their meal, the bland flavorless pizza ended up being the best thing. The burgers were served rare (we didn't ask), it was so flavorless i dont even think they put salt on the patty. Portions are also smaller yet more expensive than a typical restaurant. I genuinely dont understand how anyone can give this place a good rating (other than the service). This was probably the worst food (collectively) ive ever experienced in a restaurant

Super easy to get gane cards Games seem to be modern, and bar is lively. Restrooms , are limited, but clean. Food choices are limited, but enticing. Stay with the appetizers and quick drinks - makes for the bill to be reasonable. It was a bit slow during the night, a Friday, some of the entertainment is getting old and dated. But overall, a good group experience.

We love the lively atmosphere at Dave & Buster’s, and the Eat & Play Combo offers a good (if pricey) deal. Our server, Eric, was courteous and thoughtful, making sure we were taken care of even when his shift ended. One issue: the suggested tip was calculated on our total bill, including game cards, which made it feel too high. Since servers don’t handle the arcade service, it makes more sense to tip based on food and drinks. We appreciated the great service, but a clearer tipping policy for combo packages would help. Overall, a fun visit with friendly staff. As always 15% off military discount that’s really good!

We stopped by this brewery to kill a bit of time and grab a quick snack—not expecting much, just something casual. With so many microbreweries popping up, we were curious to see what this one had to offer. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. What really stood out was the food menu—way more than typical bar snacks. Their BBQ caught our eye, and we’re already planning to come back just to try it. I’m not much of a beer drinker, so my wife sampled a flight of their craft brews while I went with their house-made seltzer. To our surprise, everything we tried was genuinely delicious. The staff was friendly and upbeat, even during a bit of a rush. They handled the crowd efficiently, and the positive energy never dipped. One thing I found especially interesting was that they distill their own hard liquor on-site, so cocktails are also an option—a nice bonus. Plus, they’re dog-friendly, which earns extra points in our book. This place has a laid-back vibe, great drinks, and solid food. Whether you’re a beer lover or not, it’s a spot worth checking out—and we’ll definitely be back.

First time to this location and we were impressed. Luckily we got there just before the crowds. Beers were solid and the food exceeded expectations. Definitely coming back.

Hey all! I decided to give this a four star as the food is the most important part. I got a prime rib combo which I thought would be a great choice. But they seemed to have the wrong idea of what "rare" is. They served me a medium. I had to return it to the kitchen. But their pizza is amazing and I am waiting for dessert. Service is great and I look forward to coming soon.

Stopped in for lunch at the bar inside Whole Foods Market in Irvine and had a much better experience than I ever expected. This isn’t just a typical grocery store café—this is a legit spot for a quality meal and cold draft beer. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and were impressed across the board. The burgers were cooked just right, with thick slices of bacon, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and perfectly melted cheese stacked inside a soft, glossy bun. The presentation was great—each burger served on a metal tray lined with custom Whole Foods wrap paper, paired with a mini fryer basket of hot, crispy fries and a stainless ramekin of ketchup. The fries were golden and fresh, with just the right amount of salt and a great texture. There’s something satisfying about sitting at a clean, well-lit bar with natural light pouring through the windows and a long row of taps behind the counter. The beer selection here is impressive, especially for being inside a market. A wide range of local and craft brews on draft gave us plenty of choices. The pours were cold, crisp, and served in proper pint glasses with just the right head. The bartender was courteous, quick, and knowledgeable—not just about the beer but also about the menu. Service felt personal and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they care about maintaining quality here, and it showed in both the food and the way the staff treated us. All around, this is a great place to sit down for a relaxing lunch or early dinner. Plenty of parking right outside, and you can grab groceries afterward if you need to. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and want something casual but done right. Would absolutely return.

This is a beer and wine bar located inside Whole Foods. The have a varied draft beer selection including Allagash White and Kirin. The server I believe also works for Whole Foods so it was rare that I saw them behind the counter. Overall, it's okay to grab a drink here if you're already grabbing food at Whole Foods anyway, but not a place you could "regular" at.

Hive and Honey Rooftop Bar 4.1 (859)

Nice views from the rooftop. Quite a few seats were blocked off, unfortunately. But they do have overhead infrared heaters. Tuna poke was very tasty and fresh. Ordered an old-fashioned with Buffalo Trace and watched bartender pour Bullet, which is basically alcohol infused dirty dish water. Oddly, they don’t accept cash. And even more oddly, if you are staying in the hotel, you have to go down to the lobby and catch a different elevator to the rooftop bar.

All because of Mike. It was my post marriage surprise. She liked the place. They hooked up us with the pit fire seat and a champagne. I had the best night of my life. Staff were soooo great from valet all to the top, they were awesome, treat and serve us very well. They’re gonna make your 1000th date feel fresh like the very first one. For all dudes out there, bring your girl here and you won’t regret. Again, Mike was great and please give him a raise because he deserves it. Thanks to y’all for great service! Great job!!!

I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, but unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered wings and fries, and wings wrap (barley you could see wings on it) and all came out cold, which was pretty frustrating. They didn’t just lose heat on the way to the table—it felt like they’d been sitting for a while before even being served. Seems the foods had been reheated several times. The quality wasn’t great either. The wings were dry and lacked flavor, and the fries were soggy and not seasoned well. For how pricey everything was, I honestly expected way better. We sat out on the balcony hoping for a nice vibe, but the lighting was so poor we were practically eating in the dark. It definitely took away from the atmosphere. Although we moved some tables but it was still dark! I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but for the price and overall experience, I just can’t recommend this place. I won’t be back and never let any friends to waste their time and money.

I would never recommend this place, its a complete waste of money and time. The service was absolutely terrible. The girl who helped us had a disgusting attitude, acted like she hated being there, and made my entire party feel unwelcome. On top of that, the microphones constantly died, making it obvious this place is cheap, unprepared, and completely unorganized. The console was nearly impossible to use, and both the console and TV were entirely in Korean with no option for English. It was confusing, frustrating, and just another way this place shows zero consideration for its customers. There’s even a button in the rooms to call staff, which we pressed multiple times, and not once did anyone bother to show up. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers at all. The food? Average at most and somehow it still took forever to get a plate of basic fries. Almost feels like they dragged it out on purpose just to keep us stuck there longer. Considering how ridiculously expensive this place is, it’s an absolute scam. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for karaoke, because this lounge is pathetic and not worth a single cent.

The service was okay — there were only two staff members working during our visit, and they did their best to assist everyone. Unfortunately, we experienced multiple issues with the karaoke microphones and had to request help several times. The lighting was uncomfortably dim, the food and drinks were not great, and the restrooms were poorly maintained. Our room also had a strong fried food smell coming from the nearby kitchen, which was unpleasant. In addition, a 15% service fee was automatically added to the bill, and we still ended up leaving a tip.
