So, I was not expecting to have a beer while perusing a nee bookstore this weekend, but lo and behold! I desperately needed to charge my dying phone, and couldn’t find an outlet anywhere in the book aisles. So I stumbled across The 1894, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Their happy hour is awesome- a french pilsner for only $6! And the staff went out of their way to accommodate me near an outlet where i can drink and charge my phone. Again, was not expecting this pleasant bar, but will def be back!
A fantastic location to have a drink, while you’re reading a book or catching up on your writing. Furthermore, all the bartenders are incredibly hospitable and kind as well as give expertise-level recommendations of drink and food options available per the menu that spans a wide variety of wine/beer options, some cleverly named with literary-related titles.
I have only positive things to say about the food, drinks, and the atmosphere which all deserve 5 stars. However this review is about our waiter (rest of the staff were good). My friend wanted to get the chicken and our waiter tried pushing the Wagyu, claiming the chicken didn’t have flavor. Fine to give recommendations and appreciate the honesty, but it was a bit odd because they are completely different proteins. All good. Then my other friend tried ordering the branzino and the waiter recommended the Dorade, a special not on the menu. Later when we got the bill, I noticed that the Dorade was $75, almost double the cost of the Branzino. After we got our food our waiter was nowhere to be found and we had to ask both for the dessert menu and the check from a different waiter who helped us out. It’s really not about the cost, but the principle… or at least be subtle about it, bro.
This is one of those places, where EVERYTHING was great including the service! Only thing that we would have liked was a bit more ac! We reserved an indoor table however they prop open a side door and it became warm inside. We didn't order cocktails bc we were too warm to drink. But the food was FANTASTIC!
Diverse live music performances & craft beers draw crowds to this tiny, brick-lined bar.
Great venue to see new bands, enjoy some cold beer and hang out with friends. Parking was a challenge due to Oasis concert at the Rosebowl, but found parking in nearby structure for $20. We will be back! Great taco stand near back patio closed at 8pm, was able to grab some nachos, quesadilla and 2 tacos to bring in and enjoy my beer with.
Me and my husband came in off the road traveling from TX and stopped in!! What a great atmosphere, our bartender Jennifer was amazing!! The food was great and music was on point!!! We WILL back
Bartender is very nice and friendly. Big drink selection. Good prices for LA. Different sized tables. APA, BCA and UPA leagues play here. Parking lot right behind location. Only knock would be the men’s bathroom is awful.
Almost always have tables available. Nice staff. Decent beer, and they let you bring in food.
My favorite little happy place to visit in the evening and take friends to and watch them be delighted by the discovery as well. The cocktail with oat milk (forgot its name) is my absolute favorite. It’s such a surprise! Several people who have tried it also loved it and said they will be getting that one next time. The ambience here is pretty special. It feels secretive and magical and relaxing, and so many other things, all at once. The bartender is pretty interesting as well, and if he’s not busy, does enjoy having a little chat about the place or his cocktail inventions. PS. The coin/resin bar is gorgeous, especially with the dim amber lighting!
Y'all this place is interesting- but not at all special. They did well with the phone booth bit- but inside it's pretty plain. The phone ringing (the door bell to let people in) was too loud and spoiled what little ambiance there was in this single dark room. It felt more basement bar than speakeasy- and honestly maybe that's what they were going for. Did not meet or exceed my expectations, which is my fault. The line for drinks was very long. By the time we were done drinking our first round, the party originally behind us still had not been served. One guy making drinks and answering the phone. When we left there was probably 30 people inside- Most of them waiting for drinks. I'd pass on this one.
An extensive menu of eclectic whiskeys plus beer & American bar bites in rustic, exposed-brick digs.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience here! The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and quick. The food was absolutely fantastic, especially the burgers. We had some special dietary restrictions, and they handled everything perfectly without compromising on flavor or quality. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and even better service.
What a great find! We stumbled upon the Blind Donkey while looking for a drink after a late afternoon dinner. The atmosphere was unique and the place had a good vibe in general. The bartender made the best old fashioned I’ve had in quite awhile and they were very friendly and efficient. Add in the fact that a few locals at the bar chatted us up and made us feel like we’re in our own neighborhood bar and you get an easy 5 stars. If you haven’t already, find your way here for a cocktail and good conversation. You’ll be happy you did!
Great music, drinks, and great atmosphere! Staff very friendly and courteous!
I hosted a private party at The Dungeon and had a wonderful experience! The staff is extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. They also do an incredible job with security and making sure your private event stays closed-off. The main bartender was awesome and played whatever music the guests wanted! Highly, highly recommend hosting a private event here!
Elegant, mahogany-accented cocktail bar with a sprawling patio that hosts live jazz.
Gotta love the Tap room. Nestled in the historic Langham hotel. A very stately elegant hotel. Their cocktails are top notch. It's peaceful, beautiful and great vibe. Drinks are pricey, but its the Langham!
I was introduced to The Tap Room years ago, and it’s been my go-to date night spot ever since, both pre- and post-marriage (some things are worth holding onto). The entire Langham Hotel is absolutely stunning, but there’s something about The Tap Room that just hits differently. Maybe it’s the vibe. It’s equal parts classy and cozy, with a splash of Hollywood cool (fun fact: Westworld filmed scenes at the bar inside). Inside, it’s dark and moody in the best way. Outside, it’s serene with a front-row seat to nature’s greatest hits. On my most recent visit, we opted for the patio despite it being a rainy and cold day. There was a cool breeze, quiet ambiance, and that perfect post-dinner glow (and a heater if you really need it). I ordered the Underground Tunnel (Michter’s Bourbon, lemon, pear, and caramel), and wow. It’s smooth, balanced, and dangerously refreshing. Not too strong, not too sweet. My wife went with a classic mojito because let’s be honest: some things are classics for a reason. With drinks in hand, we took a stroll around the property. Highly recommended. It’s peaceful, romantic, and gives you a whole new angle on the Langham’s beauty. The Tap Room keeps delivering, every single time. Whether you’re sipping something special or just soaking in the vibes, it’s a place that makes any evening feel elevated. Already counting down the days till our next visit.
Great Place With A Complimenting Bartender Who Knows What He's Doing And Communicative. The Atmosphere Is Perfect With So Many Different Types Of People Who Go Here And All Are Very Friendly And Vibrant. Good Sitting Areas But It Could Get Crowded Quick. Also Has A Jukebox & 2 Pool tables. This Is A Very Warming Cozy Chill Spot.
If you are looking for that warm and fun watering hole with good people. Look no further. You gotta love the originality of the place staying to it's roots. Can't use your phone on the juke box :( ....great now we see who plays what. ;) !!!!! Made many friends, met many many acquaintances, and most of all had the most smiles of all places in Pasadena. Come and enjoy. They allow outside food. Which if you know what goes good with your favorite meal....that they don't serve at in and out...come wash it down over at the Colorado Bar with your favorite drink made right. 4 bartender...that know their stuff.
British watering hole offering a selection of international bottled & draft beer, plus pub grub.
Love coming here to relax and catch some sports. The staff is always top-notch – so polite and attentive. The beer selection is great too, with a good mix of imports and local brews. With Oktoberfest going on, you absolutely gotta get those special brats and pretzels! The place has a great classic pub vibe, with lots of cool old wood bar stools and booths. Overall a good place to sit back with a brew and relax and watch some sports on the weekend with the family/friends
The service was fair. The food was decent. Better than I expected. The bathrooms were not great, heavy graffiti. Could have been cleaner. TV that was mounted upward had ketchup or something on it. Pricing was reasonable.
Neighborhood pub with a relaxed, old-school vibe offering pool tables, darts & jukebox music.
I dont know what you are looking for when you get the cheapest beers in town and the least expensive billiards game at the same time....but just in case those were the two things you sought out tonight....this would be the place. People come and go and the regulars are awesome welcoming and understanding. What else can I say about a place????
The bartender makes the best long Island Ice Tea. We come to town every 3mths and we love this local place.
This place is a hidden gem. We went twice and both times the music was something special. Absolutely stunning musicians, the quality was incredibly high. Also the selection of drinks is great. They have fantastic Japanese whisky’s available which is rare in a bar and such a lovely bar lady who makes you feel right at home ✨
We had a wonderful experience. Jazz was awesome, service was great, terrific atmosphere. So why only 3 stars? The prices. Alas. I realize they need to make a living, but the drinks are way overpriced ($11 for a glass of ginger beer, $13 for a can of beer, and so on). Also, the minimum $20 drinks per person was not mentioned online. All in all, highly recommended, but please, make it a bit more affordable!
High-end sports-bar chain with a huge menu of New American fare & an extensive list of draft beers.
I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this place as I’ve been numerous times. As always, the service is A-1. The menu is full of options for all to choose something to their liking. The wait staff here at the is location were very kind and fast with how they attended to the table to get our order. The drinks are strong and the bartender really knows what they’re doing. We ordered something different this time as I chose the buffalo chicken pizza but subbed out the buffalo sauce for bbq sauce. Awesome choice. My wife got the ribeye tacos and she said they were to die for. She eats tacos a lot so I trust her judgment. All in all, I would definitely recommend going to this place. Nice vibes too for date night.
I went to watch the NBA finals during happy hour and it was packed, not too crowded but active on a Friday evening. We got a small booth and it had an electronic device for self ordering. It was a great little device but even with it, we still had a very attentive server who checked on us constantly which we greatly appreciated. I’ve been to lots of other Yardhouse location and this one is probably the best one for quality of food. I went to another location a few days ago and the quality of fish wasn’t as great as here. We had the tuna tataki, spicy edemame, crispy cauliflower, chicken tenders with sweet potato fries, chicken lettuce wraps and poke nachos. Also a single crispy fish taco. All the appetizers were delicious and at happy hour prices! Even without happy hour prices they were worth the price. Lots of tv’s to watch the game no matter where you’re at in the venue. I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items. Only thing is parking isn’t free , they validate though. I walked but from past experience it ends up being like a dollar or two for parking within two hours.
Upscale, creative pub grub is served in this brick-walled space with a bar, communal tables & patio.
The sports bar vibes are solid, and the outdoor seating is a huge plus, especially on a nice day. The ambiance has a fun, laid-back energy that’s great for casual hangs or catching a game. However, after way too many failed attempts to order through the QR code system, I gave up and went to the bar to order directly. When the food finally made it to the table, it was already cold. And it was only a portion of loaded fries, which might have been sitting waiting to be delivered for a bit. I was not a fan of getting disposable plastic cutlery in a sealed plastic set. So much unnecessary plastic. Parking’s the same deal as most places around here, tricky street situation, but there’s a nearby structure with the first 90 minutes free and a couple of dollars hourly after that.
This was our second time at KingsRow, and while the food was amazing again — wings, fries, and Philly cheesesteak were all delicious — the overall experience this visit left us disappointed. The self-ordering system with QR codes is convenient, and the servers who brought out our food and drinks were friendly and helpful. We tried several beers as a group of seven, and everything on that end was enjoyable. However, there were two big issues. First, the lower floor had a noticeable humid/sewage smell. It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely distracting and took away from the atmosphere. The bigger issue, though, was at the bar. My brother and a friend asked the bartender (an older gentleman) if they could order a Jägerbomb. Instead of politely explaining that it wasn’t available, he snapped and answered very rudely — basically telling them to “look at the menu” in a dismissive tone. This was especially frustrating because the bar is fully stocked, and his attitude felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It honestly ruined the vibe of the evening. We had been looking forward to coming back and had even recommended this spot to others, but after being treated that way, we’ve decided we won’t be returning. Great food and friendly servers, but hospitality at the bar was a real letdown.
Roomy tavern offering a variety of beer & pub food, live bands & lots of TVs to watch the big game.
A nice sports bar that has a lot of screens and drink options. They also serve decent bar food for a fair price. The smash burger was pretty good, patty was crispy on the edges and the bun was nice and soft. The bartenders are very friendly, you order everything from the bar as there is no table service. Overall a good spot to watch the game.
Classic, storied alley way bar that has grown into an institution after decades of faithful service to the unwashed masses. Still serving $3 hot dogs and pickled eggs on a bed of pretzels. Throw in a few pitchers of beers and if thats not proof that there's a God? Church.
Swanky spot serving an eclectic menu of small plates & a mixology-focused bar program.
This place is a must-visit in Pasadena. The service is always awesome, and on our most recent visit, our server made the experience even better. They were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu, offering great recommendations and making us feel really taken care of without ever feeling rushed. The food is fantastic, with a creative menu that has something for everyone. Everything we tried was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The cocktails and wine list are impressive, and even their coffee drinks are top-notch. Whether you are going for brunch, lunch, or dinner, this spot never disappoints. I have been here a few times now, and every visit has been consistently great. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place that delivers across the board.
When we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly host. So, I initially thought that the dining experience would be pleasant. But contrary to my expectation, the service wasn’t all that great. Getting a simple sauce took some time. The lady who brought out our food just ignored our request. So, I asked our server who asked the host to bring it out. This was frustrating! In addition, the burgers that we ordered were not cooked as we had requested but were prepared well-done. So, the patties were a bit dry. Also, I couldn’t believe the burgers didn’t come with anything else—no pickles or greens. So disappointing! The only thing we really enjoyed were our cocktails.
Brick-lined gastropub in a historic building offering New American plates & specialty cocktails.
Met up here for a birthday dinner with my girls and we had such a nice experience! Drinks were beautiful, food and service were excellent, and the vibes were relaxed and fun, especially with the live music outside - a really great meetup spot in Old Pasadena! For drinks our party had The Empress (gin cocktail), Lavish Hibiscus (tequila cocktail), Lola Fairy Berry (vodka cocktail), and a Pineapple Coconut Mojito. Their drink presentation was definitely gram-worthy - and our party loved all of them except the Lavish Hibiscus (too bitter). But they happily exchanged it for another choice (no charge for the untouched drink) - so definitely high quality customer service here! For food we shared a bunch of their appetizers - the Mac ‘N Cheese, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Breaded Zucchini, and some fries. Everything was plated beautifully and utterly delicious- especially the Brussel sprouts - they were my fave! Our server was fantastic as well - very attentive, helpful, and friendly - my water glass was never less than half full haha! The vibes are so cute too - sort of rustic, shabby-chic style with some really beautiful paintings hanging all over the walls and splashes of color to break up the wood theme - very Old Pasadena - loved it! Truly a place to take your time and have a relaxed catch-up sesh with the gals (even on a busy weekend evening)! Prices are mid range and comparable to the surrounding area. Parking is nearby in one of the numerous public lots or on the street but that’s difficult to find in Old Pasadena. I usually use the De Lacey garage - always find a spot there and it’s super affordable!
Bottomless brunch bliss thanks to Bianca! She was absolutely amazing, so attentive and always made sure my drinks were topped off with a smile. Her energy was just what you want on a weekend outing, and the food was delicious from start to finish. The whole experience felt easy, relaxed, and super well taken care of. Shoutout to Bianca for making it such a memorable visit!
Red-sauce Italian cuisine & beer is served up in a sports-bar setting with TVs & a festive vibe.
We came into Rocco’s Tavern in Pasadena and had an amazing experience! I ordered an extra, extra spicy Bloody Mary after a long night of partying the day before and wow, it totally hit the spot! They make it perfectly spicy and flavorful. The service was great we sat at the bar, and the bartender was super attentive, keeping the drinks and good vibes flowing. I didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo of my pepperoni and jalapeño pizza because I devoured it so fast it was that good! My husband had the shrimp tacos and loved them too. It’s such a fun place to watch sports — there are TVs everywhere, so no matter where you sit, you’ve got a great view of the games. This was our second time coming here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Quick service, great food, and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend Rocco’s Tavern for drinks, bites, and game days! 🍕🍹🏈
Good food and decent service. I had Alfredo which was a tad bland but still tasty. Boneless wings were good, wraps and chicken parm were all above average. Drinks were mostly timely and good. Tvs in every view made watching football easy. Parking was tough but we expected that.
Chic eatery & bar in a spacious Gothic-like space offering Mediterranean & Californian cuisine.
We went to Eden Garden Bar & Grill last night for my nephew’s birthday, and it turned out to be a really nice place! The outdoor look is beautiful, and the interior is cozy with stone walls and big flowerpots — great for small parties or just a nice dinner out. One cool surprise was the Johnnie Walker bottle on the table with a Squid Game label — I’d never seen that before, pretty unique! Most of the food was good, but one dish was super salty. They had live music and a belly dancer performing to Arabic music. The singer was really good and sang great songs, but the DJ part wasn’t that great — mostly Arabic tracks and not much variety. Overall, we had a fun night and enjoyed the celebration. Would definitely consider going back!
The best Persian food I've had. The chef truly knows how to use the spices! Every thing was superb. The menu also has American and Italian choices. The drinks were so good and spot on in balance and flavor. The entertainment was a surprise and so beautiful. Not in your face or inappropriate but lively, fun and graceful. The music was perfect and dancing was on the dance floor and many danced at their tables, old and young alike! Hookah is available as well. We went in for a quick early dinner and drink...ended up staying for 6 hours! Did not want to leave. Service was good but felt forgotten a couple times...quickly remedied. Prices accommodate ALL budgets. This is our new #1 go to restaurant and we will be bringing family and friends as well. Parking structure is right across the street. Just go, you deserve a lovely evening.
Dark cocktail lounge with a vintage 1920s vibe, featuring a hidden entrance & secret password.
Drinks tasted like juice, definitely they are skimpy on the liquor, we also noticed not allot of selection of branded tequilas, lower quality tequilas. The entrance to the place (kitchen) was very hot! No AC was on and the guy who let us in was sweating bullets. The establishment was overly crammed with tables and people sitting didn’t seem to be drinking just chatting away.
A vibe when you're in Pasadena and all the restaurants close at 9pm... Loved talking with ET and the drinks were great. We got the Poseidon's Poison and it was perfect (if you like spicy drinks) ! 🍹
British watering hole offering a selection of international bottled & draft beer, plus pub grub.
I’ve never been to England before, but I can imagine this is what a pub there would feel like. There is a great vibe and atmosphere with lots of drink and food options. While the fish and chips were the biggest I have ever had, I cannot say they were the best. The fries and coleslaw were decent, but the fish was very unappetizing and I could not finish.
Cozy pub with hearty British-style food. The fish and chips are crispy and well-seasoned. Beer selection is solid with local and imported options. The staff is attentive and friendly. Perfect spot for a casual night out
Simple watering hole inside Whole Foods offering craft beer on tap, wine & casual pub grub.
Foods organic and fresh. They have everything from bison burgers to sushi and everything in between. Staff is great. Beer selection is top notch as well. They have tap takeovers every so often from well known breweries.
Love how you can buy food from Whole Foods salad bar and come in and enjoy it at Shuffle Bar. It's connected to Whole Foods, so it makes sense. It's never crowded, and there's a decent size t.v where you can watch sports games and get a cold adult beverage. You can order food from the Shuffle Bar menu as well. It might be a better option, especially for hot items. It will be served warm and fresh.
Spacious outpost with a large beer selection serving American grill grub in a cathedral-like space.
Yaaa. I was excited to come here from past reviews but it was pretty disappointing. One bartender / server for a full room (30 to 40 people), 2 cooks - they just seemed overwhelmed, didn't know the menu & were impossible to get attention of. Definitely won't be coming back. Edit: Then I paid with cash and was stopped on my way out saying they don't accept it (even though they said yes at the bar) & asked me to pay with a card otherwise the server had to cover my bill. How does that make any sense?? Either way, most* definitely not coming back.
Atmosphere was kind of a contemporary roadhouse bar and grill. Cathedral ceilings with structural beams exposed. The menus we were given were pretty shot out. The host had neat, new ones in his hand but opted to hand us beat up ones and instructed us to use the QR code. The website was not very phone friendly. we could not zoom in and the text was very small. Our waitress was delightful. the food was of good quality. I had the Diablo burger. It is made from ribeye. Although it tasted great, there was nothing Diablo about it. My partner had the carne asada fries. She described it as bland. I found it to be tasty. We agreed that it was just missing a spicy profile. My partner had the margarita sampler. they were all rimmed with chamoy and tajin. Although they were all tasty, you could tell they were made from syrups from a vendor. For the price, this is fair and expected. I know got photos of the margaritas fresh, and then an aftermath photo. Sorry for that. We visited Friday night, May 9 2025.
Tricky to get into, as all speakeasys should be. Hint- ice cream. We made a reservation, the bouncer was helpful. Every cocktail was wonderful! Had the This and That, so good! As a former chemistry teacher, it was an omage to chemistry, and you could watch it happen. A definite must for your inner geek 🤓
The vibe was immaculate. Intimate and sexy. Great house music, but not too loud. I always worry when something has a fancy presentation that it’s smoke and mirrors to hide subpar quality, but the drinks were perfection.
Polished wood floors & a vintage feel set the vibe at this German beer hall for brew & sausage.
I came here due to a mixer but wow. The whole bar is a vibe. They have karaoke, great drinks, the service is top-tier. I can't complain. I'd go for every event they have. It was incredible.
Incredible! I was trying to book a post-conference happy hour and was really having a hard time booking something in the area that could work. I am so happy I reached out to Der Wolf, because it was incredible! I was coming from out of state so J helped me coordinate everything over email/phone and was amazing! He worked with our budget and was super on top of keeping up with our requests! Huge shout out to Jose and Isa (and happy birthday) as well for being quick and efficient with our orders and managing our crowd. I appreciate y'all and really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks at Der Wolf. I cannot recommend enough that you should spend sometime at Der Wolf!
Colorful, buzzing sports bar & grill serving up numerous chili options & other casual pub fare.
An absolute vibe. This location has 3 floors and something for everyone. The basement is a tiki themed bar often featuring karaoke. The main floor is a typical Barney’s theme with plenty of vintage decor, a good selection of draft beers and a DJ on weekends. The upstairs has at least 10 pool tables, likely more and a hidden out door patio, perfect to grab some fresh air and chat with friends. While there are a lot of seating options, I would suggest going early to snag a table for the night. We waited in a short line, no more than 5 minutes at 11:30pm on a Friday night. There was a $5 cover charge (can be paid cash, card or tap)
One of my absolute favorite spots! This place has so much to offer with three floors of fun, including a tiki room with karaoke and a full billiards room. The atmosphere is lively and unique, the food and drinks always hit the spot, and there’s never a dull moment here. Whether you’re hanging out with friends, shooting pool, or singing your heart out, Barney’s Beanery in Pasadena is the perfect place to kick back and have a great time.
Tap beers plus fried bar bites & free popcorn among pool tables & sports on big-screens.
When in Pasadena, a must see/do bar--especially if you are a Dodgers fan! Very fun and lively atmosphere, both upstairs and downstairs! Cocktails were good, too! We did not eat there. However, we did enjoy bags of their complimentary pop corn!
Looks like a really nice place to have a drink. Unfortunately, today 08/17/25, 9pm... there might have been a shift change when we arrived and it took a while to get two drinks. Bluemoon & Paloma, both drinks kinda sucked, like first the presentation wasnt there. Bluemoon didnt taste citrusy and the Paloma didnt have the right ration of tequila. Anyhow, seems like a cool spot but the experience sucked.
Chain dishing up wings, tenders & burgers, plus sauces ranging from sweet to very spicy.
Came by on a Friday after work with a few coworkers. We just planned to grab a drink or two but ended up trying the endless appetizers as well. To be honest, the food was just okay — nothing really stood out. Next time, I’d probably skip the apps and just stick with drinks or maybe a round of wings. That said, the highlight was definitely the bartender. Super friendly and attentive, kept our drinks topped off and the vibe relaxed. It was a solid spot to unwind after a long week, even if the food didn’t impress.
This Buffalo Wild Wings location is absolutely awful. The food is low quality and the service is careless. I’ve ordered several times online and they’ve forgotten my drink, gave me the wrong sauces, and the fries and chicken are always dry. The wings themselves are tiny and disappointing. Yes, the sauces taste good and I like the drum pieces, but the food overall feels cheap and poorly made. Sometimes they run decent promos online, but even then it’s still trash food at the end of the day. You don’t walk away feeling like you got value. The “meal for two” is advertised at $20, but here in California it’s $25 — and if you want any of the desirable entrées (not just the basic hamburger or dry chicken strips), you have to pay extra for both. So instead of $20, you’re looking at closer to $30, which feels like a rip-off. Also, deserts here are terrible ….especially the cheesecake. I once ordered a slice for $7.50, and after I opened the box I couldn’t believe it… it was the tiniest portion imaginable. I included a photo so you can see how ridiculously small it was. It feels scammy to charge that much for such an abysmal portion It’s a shame because the location is close by and convenient, but every time I give them another chance, they mess it up. The wings are dry, the fries taste like cardboard, and the orders are incomplete. They should be embarrassed to operate at this level of quality. The sad part is I’ll probably still end up coming back just because it’s right next to my place, but I’m trying hard to avoid it from now on. They really need to get it together — better fries, juicier chicken, proper dessert portions, and basic order accuracy. Until then, this location will keep being a disappointment. To be fair, a couple items are decent — like the buffalo chicken tots and the barbecue chicken salad — but most of the menu is overpriced, poorly made, and just not worth it.👎👎👎
High-energy Mexican eatery & gathering place, including a bar with guest DJs & a dance floor.
I actually have been here a few times cool spots the atmosphere is need. Large dance floor staff pretty nice. I hear the pizza is really good. prime spot in downtown Pasadena you may have to look for parking or choose to pay for it.
I went to the Cumbia Brunch last weekend. The plates are huge but the food portion is small. You will need to eat after. They charge a lot and very little satisfaction. The music is the best part.
I am from Atherton CA, one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the country, have been to many high end clubs and bars even with all my tattoos, never had a problem but some how ended up being treated like crap at a mediocre lounge in PASADENA of all places. First of all, my girlfriend and I brought along our friend who is visibly queer. He just presents slightly more feminine but is very clearly still a man…Just gay..The bouncers had the audacity to look at him and go “are you a man or a woman?” … I mean what the hell? Who the hell asks someone that and why does that even matter? Secondly, I was given an extremely hard time trying to enter as well. Patted down much more thoroughly than everybody in front of me and then the bouncer also started to make a big deal about a small bottle of lotion in my girlfriends purse that I was holding for her (when i got patted down) .. I kept trying to explain to him it’s just her lotion and he would ignore me to keep asking “what is that though” until she had to intervene and explain what I had said 50 times already. While I understand that security should be making sure nothing dangerous is being brought in, to blatantly discriminate against someone based off what I am guessing were my tattoos, is pretty crazy. If you’re gonna do a pat down, give everybody the same treatment. Place was full of low class people anyway. Sleazy and ghetto. Never coming back here and i’m glad I didn’t drop thousands here because they don’t deserve the money. Just an FYI to the people running this establishment: You don’t know peoples backgrounds, or where they come from. You could’ve had a loyal high end customer and instead turned me far far away from here due to your clear prejudice and stereotypes. If you want to experience a low class environment, this is the place to go!
This club was absolutely amazing, beautiful and fun. I felt very safe there the staff were very nice and friendly. The drink were little pricey but they were strong and good so it's worth the price. I love that there are 3 floors with different music types, each there own bar and bathroom so you can stay on 1 floor the entire night if you wanted. Only feedback I have is that the top floor is supposed to be house but the DJ wasn't really playing house music. There also isn't any food so I would eat before clubbing here. I will definitely be coming back!
