I recently visited Normandy House Lounge for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The place exudes a cool vibe, complemented by good music that sets the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. What made my visit particularly enjoyable was Amanda, the bartender. Her attentiveness and pleasant demeanor added a personal touch to the service, making me feel right at home. Normandy House Lounge strikes me as a hidden neighborhood gem. It's not only super clean but also offers a variety of entertainment options. With a couple of pool tables, numerous dart boards, and even a hockey table, there's something for everyone looking for a bit of fun. The lounge's warm and welcoming atmosphere is palpable, making it an ideal spot for a chill Sunday afternoon or any casual get-together. During my visit, I found the cocktails to be exceptional, and the overall delightful service ensured that my first time here won't be the last. I'm already planning to return to Normandy House Lounge the next time I'm in Santa Clara.
Saturday night there is security at the door. 2 pool tables, dart boards, 2 bartenders, 2 bathrooms, and a dance floor. Multiple DJs play the jams and you end up dancing the night away.
Bartenders here are always friendly,inviting and knowledgeable. The crowd is diverse and good times are had by all
Went to this bar today. I have never experienced such a rude bartender in my entire life. She had an attitude the second we walked in the door. Then she disappeared into a back room for 20+ minutes and had the nerve to get annoyed when we needed her to serve a beverage. The owner of the bar should know that his bartender is chasing away customers. Her attitude really needs to be adjusted. We literally left when she came out of the room with an attitude asking us what we wanted. Her attitude was “Are you serious…what do you want?!” By the way, the bar was completely empty when we went in there.
Totally forgot the lovely Monday bartenders name (sorry).. she was so sweet and made everyone feel welcome. Hoping to move to the area by Fall and will definitely be back. Staff and fellow customers were all great.
