Great place in Aurora for some craft beer and some good Texan Grub. Came to this place with my sister and had a variety of great beers brewed by them and they also happen to showcase some other Colorado Breweries in Tap Food I had Brisket Blue Cheese sandwich, it was amazing, Also had the Nachos and Fried pork rinds go well with beer. Great service by the way from the staff. Beers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brisket Blue Cheese ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pork Rinds ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nachos ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The draft beer is good and the staff are friendly, but the food is overall quite salty—that was the biggest letdown. I went there because they supposedly had kimchi tacos, but they didn’t, which was disappointing. I ordered nuggets from the kids’ menu, and they were nice. It seems to be a popular spot.

Frequent this brewery relatively often. Always seems to have a peaceful vibe with the people who show up here at the bar, good bbq, sides are pretty good as well. The only “thing” I’d say is if you want to frequent here is the staff seems to change frequently. Otherwise awesome staff tonight! Shannon, Zoe and Jordan were the bestest bartenders!! From where I was sitting, Kaitlyn the cook was a fun experience seeing her through the window work. :) also had the pleasure to speak with Brando (one of the starting BBQ chefs) great experience tonight. Thanks

Six Capital Brewing is an absolute gem! The food, beer, and service are all top-notch — especially the wings, which are hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had. The owner is friendly and welcoming, and you can feel the genuine community vibe from the moment you walk in. It’s the kind of spot you hope to find in a big city but rarely do — a true diamond in the rough. Highly recommend!

The beers and food were fairly standard with an overwhelming amount of mustard on the 3 Piggies Sandwich. I never quite knew when, where, and how the ordering was going. However, overall this was a pretty good joint to hangout in.
