This place is so much fun. You can get the best live music (local bands too) and so many beer and drink choices! Best place I’ve been to in years. This is my new regular spot.
Came to check out a buddies band, great lil venue! Food smelled amazing! Staff was super friendly. Really Decent prices!
I instantly fell in love with this place. There is a balcony overlooking the the street and mountain and...you won't believe this...the bartenders sing. It's a bit cathartic. There aren't many food options, but you can be fed with your drink.
This bar used be one of the best in Colorado Springs but now it just seems boring. The bartenders are incredibly talented and friendly, but over the past year it's become increasingly harder to justify spending our time here. When there's not a drag show or a bartender stealing the spotlight during one of their wonderful performances, all they play is sad gay music over the venue that you can't even dance to (even on Friday and Saturday nights) and it's made the general atmosphere kinda depressing. *Response to Owner's Response* Thank you so much for the speedy reply as well as the background info. I'll have to try Saturday at 10pm like you mentioned. Overall I just want to see this place continue to succeed because I really do love bringing my out of town friends here.
Rustic, dimly lit whiskey specialist featuring creative American bar bites & live entertainment.
We learned about this very cool cocktail venue from our server while we were at dinner. Knew we had to stop by as it was an old converted school into restaurants, bars, and shopping. I can only imagine in the summer this place is absolutely packed. I got a Negroni that had a homemade Campari, which was better than I was anticipating. My husband had a cocktail with gin. The server was kind enough to light the outdoor fire pits. Said they were brand new and this was his first time lighting them. Really made the evening special.
I've been to a lot of distilleries all over the country and the spirits here are among the best. The staff are deeply passionate about their craft and happy to walk about it. I can't recommend this place enough.
I love a good dark bar with interesting cocktails and a strong whisky list. This is my new go-to whenever I'm in town. Enter through the back alley or through the ground level restaurant. Make sure to check out the jokes pages in the back of their menus, and don't forget to leave your own for posterity.
What a great secret underground bar. You walk into Colorado Craft and go left, walk down some stairs and you’ll be transported to a chic, friendly upscale bar. You ever seen The Great Gatsby? Yea. Those kinda vibes. It’s cool man. But don’t take my word for it, go sit down for a drink and stay for a conversation.
Cozy hangout offering whiskey, craft cocktails & bar bites in a Gothic-inspired space.
Came here for a drink with friends and this place is a great vibe! We got a nice booth for 5 of us and played some card games while enjoying our cocktails. There was no wait and the service was quick and kind. What is so unique is the special drinks are all made by the staff! Each staff member gets to come up with a seasonal drink and it’s on the menu! One of our friends ordered the one our waitress had made and it was good! I really loved both of my drinks I got, You up? And left on read. They were both sweet but not too sweet and they were STRONG! Highly recommend this place and we will be back!
Stopped here for drinks after dinner. Very cool vibe in this place. Located down an alley... a tad confusing for first timers. Drinks were good... the names were outstanding. Service by Emma was great. Parked on the street before dinner, pay via Park Mobile app.
Bloom Ultra Lounge is in a basement tucked in between Crooked Cue and Oskar Blues on Tejon Street sharing a hallway with Shrunken Head Tiki. Bloom can make you pretty much any cocktail you might want, but where they really shine is the stellar custom cocktails that they design, usually seasonally. Sometimes the more popular ones end up on the permanent menu. Plenty boozy and super tasty, there is something on their menu for everyone. Every bartender we’ve ever had has given us wonderful service. We’ve been going there for quite a while now and definitely recommend it!
Wish they had just a couple more food options, but the fondue we had was good. But as a GF girl it was about the only food I could have. The drinks were so pretty and very good, looked almost exactly on all of them like the pictures in the menu. The decorations were also very fun and pretty with all the flowers
Comfy Irish pub home to traditional cuisine, grog, sing-alongs & a local running club's home base.
Absolutely one our faves in all of Colorado. Our waitress was amazing! Everything we ate was phenomenal, from the corned beef nachos and fish and chips to the Baileys bread pudding with whipped cream, every bite was divine. We loved sitting outside with the pups and watched everything popping downtown on a Saturday night.
Jack Quinn's came highly recommended. Been to several Irish pubs & restaurants and always enjoy the atmosphere. The service has been amazing. The Bloody Mary not so good. Has the taste of fish sauce. Not pleasant at all. I did secure a Banger to try. Interesting & I'm glad I was able to try it. I had the Reuben. It's really good but not entirely an Irish dish. I wish now I had ordered the Irish Nachos. Hindsight is always 20/20. I ordered Crisps as a side. Fried potato chips that taste like kettle chips. My waiter Ethan has been attentive. Not the best place & not the worst place.
Late-night New American haunt crafting creative bites & cocktails in a sleek, subterranean space.
I love the whimsical vibes the Rabit Hole gives from the first step down the hole to the first step back out again. The food and drinks are beyond delicious! Yes, it's pricey but you get what you pay for here. I'll be going back again and again! I would have posted pictures of the food but it was just too good to sit and take pictures of. I devoured as much as I could and still had half of a plate of food to box up and take home. Yes, it's that good. So here's a couple of pictures of my drinks, me loving the atmosphere and the wall next to me. The 🐇white rabbit and the 🍐pear martini! I would recommend this place for any special event.
We went here for a special occasion and it was a great spot for that. Higher end food options with great variety and clearly labeled dietary restrictions on the menu. Service was great, cocktails were original and tasty, and every dish we had was memorable. We ordered three appetizers to split and each got an entree. Too much food for two of us, but we’re happy to take leftovers home. Even happier to report the tofu hash and prime rib were also excellent reheated. No pics of our entrees, but highly recommend the tofu hash! Loved the unique atmosphere and the unground location.
We came to Trainwreck to celebrate out daughters birthday. We each got fantastic, great meals (and wound up sharing all of them) but I personally got naked chicken tenders with Garlic Parmesan sauce on the side, with truffle fries and would come back for those alone…..the fry on the chicken was exceptional. Speaking of exceptional, our server, Michiah….. he was so great with recommendations, help, kindness, great smile and service……we would come back for that alone also. Together, the service and the food, and the drinks. Trainwreck. COME HERE!!!! It is worth every, penny. Sooooo good! THANK YOU!!!
We had our high school reunion for wide field last night, with sixty-three of our classmates. Ashley, the manager, helped with every detail across the board. Our server Chelsea was amazing. The drinks, food, atmosphere. The entire experience was far above what we had expected. Highest recommendation for anyone that is looking for a venue Definitely, need to consider the Train Wreck and their awesome staff.
Classic arcade games from the 1980s are the draw at this snug spot with beer, cocktails & pub grub.
I honestly expected the environment to be amazing. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with a rude and crass bouncer. He was bald, tattooed, and extremely disrespectful. To be clear, I completely understand the importance of checking ID — that's a reasonable policy. But there's no excuse for being rude or making someone feel unwelcome. Because of how I was treated, I won’t be returning to this establishment. Other venues in Old Colorado City have been much more welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the way this bouncer spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I'm already 22, and I can’t imagine how someone younger would feel being treated so poorly. I came hoping to have a drink, maybe some fries, and enjoy the atmosphere. But after this experience, I won’t be coming back. I’m disappointed and upset by the way I was spoken to — I felt disrespected and like I didn’t matter.
Supernova and Arcade Bar was a bit of a dark surprise—but in a good way! The vibe was unique and moody, and the Sunday bartender was pretty cool and made solid drinks. Overall, a fun spot to hang out, play some games, and enjoy good cocktails. I’d definitely go back!
Very inviting and they seem to have new events for the springs often! Cute staff and great service for VIP unlike other clubs in the springs I’m not fearing for safety like all of the shootings at mansion last month
Awesome atmosphere and great staff with vibes that will keep you wanting more if your not here on your Friday night where are you?
Aqua Nightclub in Colorado Springs is the ultimate spot for a night of bold energy and electric vibes. The underwater theme sets a sleek, adventurous atmosphere, and the drinks are top-notch. With an amazing staff and unbeatable music, it’s the perfect place to let loose and have an unforgettable night.
First time had a blast please come see them service was reasonable. Please come best!!! They treat you family
Rustic, cowboy-themed saloon featuring line-dancing lessons, live bands, poker nights & more.
Might be the very last review on Whiskey Baron, as the owners of WB have sold the place to the owners of the Grizzly Rose. WB is now closed, pending a face-lift and new staff. As for WB, thanks for the memories and the great times. Somewhat bittersweet to see the place so crowded on the final night. Was nights where maybe 20 people were there. Looking forward to the new Whiskey Rose and what the new owners do with the place.
Our favorite night here is Wednesdays... Advanced line dance lesson with great teachers, 18+ crowd, more modern songs, more line dancing overall and the most popular ones. All you can drink for $10. Thursdays is ladies night. No cover and free drinks for ladies 10pm-12. They do a pretty good job of playing line dancing songs. The djs will take requests, but rarely ever play them...or give the excuse of "I don't have that song" or "I don't play that music until after 10". 🙄 . The Friday teacher needs to slow down!! Friday is supposed to be beginner line dance lessons and it was not beginner friendly at all. She needs to say the name of the dance and the song. Play a song preview before starting the lesson. She went way too fast. There were restarts and tags in every dance! She uses terminology no real beginner would know. My husband called it the Bataan death march of line dancing. Website needs to be updated. We arrived for the free dance lessons and were charged cover. Overall good people and good vibes.
3-story brewery housed in a historic building features microbrews, a billiards hall & American fare.
I have always had a good experience here. The food has always been fresh and delicious. It m gonna be honest I usually get the Shepard pie and it’s delicious. Today I decided to try the fish and chips. So good. My wife got the phantom burger and it was cooked perfectly. I highly suggest stopping in and enjoying the food yourself. Our server was Ian and he was awesome.
Beers are excellent! Had a Brewer's Flight (tasters). My fave is the bear creek honey brown, it smells and tastes like chocolate, not too strong, just the perfect roundness I was looking for. Ordered the Patty Melt and replaced patty with a bison med-rare patty 🤤 omg with the caramelized onions... you guys... this was out of this world! We were seated on the patio with the view on the mountains and it was not too busy for a Friday pm. Our server was super sweet and chatty, had a great experience! ps. I just laughed so hard reading a review saying "our server had the personality of a napkin" 🤣 Seriously???
Western-style roadhouse offering live music, line-dancing lessons, open-mike nights & bar bites.
It's a mix of everything dancing drinking and lots of creative seats to sit on if course the 18+ days aren't to fun but they try to make it fun . I was there for three hours didn't see any fights everyone was playing and having fun .
This place could be so much better if the djs would play ALL line dance requests no matter what time of the night it is. I hate hearing "oh we play that after 10".. dude, it's 8pm and the place is empty ... Just play the song. If they played all requests, I bet people would show up earlier (I know I would) and the place would be packed because no other line dancing bar plays all requests. I've seen a notepad by the station for people to write down their songs, but not every dj actually checks it. A lot of people come here for the line dancing (to practice, to show off, to be with others, etc) and it's sad to see a ton of people just waiting around for their song to play when no one is on the dance floor cuz bad songs that no one wants are being played. This club is divided into 2 areas (2 dance floors and 2 different bars)... Country and hip hop. The hip hop side is pretty dead. Sometimes I'll catch that side playing line dance songs when the other side isn't. 😂 The club decor is awesome! Bartenders are super sweet, though a bit slow at times. Ladies night on Thursdays does free entry and free drinks for ladies 9pm-12. I personally don't mind the 18+ crowd cuz they do some cool dances and bring awesome vibes. The website needs to be updated. Wish they would bring line dancing lessons back. All that being said, this is my favorite line dancing bar in the springs. Better than Cowboys and Whiskey Baron.
This is one of the few places that's actually legendary, and has had the same ownership. John, one of the best people I know. Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside doesn't look like much, but when you come in, it's an enjoyable spot to have a good drink great conversations and see and meet some intriguing new friends. Whether you're coming for happy hour or a place to blow off steam with your boys.
Went on a Saturday night, I was talking to this dancer and was about to have a dance than the manager came and grabbed her because she was not able to dance? It was very random and than the manager proceeded to ask if I wanted a dance from there beautiful masokeen'' I turned to look at her and she was not my type so I got up and said no and was kicked out... there's something weird going on in the club. My friend at work said the same thing happened to him. I recommend DEJA VU way better. Tnt is trash and have maybe 1 girl who's cute the rest are questionable
Honky-tonk offering live music, free country dance lessons & casual bar eats.
I took my son on a Wednesday night he just turned 18 along with his friend. They had a blast rode a mechanical bull, played pool and did some dancing. My favorite part was the 18 and up on the second floor free selected alcohol till midnight. I will definitely come back.
Fun place, great staff. It was super packed and the bartenders were so busy, but when we ordered 40 shots, they took the time to help us bring them to our table. Clean facilities as well, which is important to us. Great music amd food.
Energetic, modern nightspot with multiple levels, neon lighting, a rooftop bar & DJ music.
The atmosphere is super racist. Security patted me down even though they didn't pat down any of the women I came in with. Additionally, they didn't pat down any of the white men that were walking in either. I'm a clean-cut African American veteran and they were just hostile the whole time. The bartenders are really nice and friendly though. Also, security later approached me and told me to leave. I wasn't bothering anybody. If someone doesn't want to have a conversation with me, I'm totally fine with that. Kicking me out because someone doesn't like me is crazy though. Don't come here. After I left I, went to Mansion so that was weird because it's the same security team and owner. So if I was really a nuisance they wouldn't have allowed me in.
PUBLIC SAFETY WARNING PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS. DO NOT GO HERE. Security at these bars is behaving aggressively toward customers especially towards black people— and ownership refuses to take accountability. Shame on Kathy Guadagnoli, the owner, for ignoring years of public complaints about her security making people feel unsafe. She owns Blondies, Mansion, Gasoline Alley, and Cowboys, and based on our experience and other reviews, this culture is consistent across her establishments. We were out celebrating our friends’ engagement. At first, Blondies was fun. Then my boyfriend went to the restroom. While he was in the stall, a security guard began banging on the door, ordering him to leave for “suspicious activity.” No one had even entered the bathroom while he was in there to supposedly “report suspicious activity” as the security guard claimed. He had already been patted down at the entrance and had nothing on him. We cooperated and left immediately without arguing. Our group of 15–20 walked out together. I stayed beside the guard asking what was going on. His only answer: “We’ll talk outside.” Once outside, he still refused to explain — then suddenly shoved my boyfriend in what appeared to be an attempt to start a fight. Another guard had to restrain him, clearly aware his coworker had crossed the line. My boyfriend distanced himself, and I kept asking questions. Still no answers and the security guard just walked back inside to go find his next victim. To top it off, Gasoline Alley then refused to let us in — without reason. This was not just unprofessional — it was dangerous. No customer should have to worry about being assaulted by staff for no reason. According to many other reviews, this seems to be reoccurring. Kathy Guadagnoli and your management teams: Do better. I doubt you’ll care about this review, but I believe and have witnessed karma work its magic — and it’s coming for all y’all in these establishments whom aren’t taking accountability. We’ll be spending our time and money at better, safer places like COATI, Bloom, and Tiki Bar, where the environment is welcoming and respectful.
Large nightclub presenting a varied range of music from the 70s, 80s & 90s, plus bottle service.
if you wanna relax and chill, this ain’t the place. i don’t wanna downplay them too much bc i’m sure they’re great on busy days but definitely not the place to go if you’re looking for fun on a slow night. the staff felt extremely cliquey and overly protective. we felt very welcomed at first then they came over & told us they were closing soon and needed us to move (it was 11:45 & they closed @ 2) we went up to the bar to finish our drinks quickly and the manger aggressively came up to us asking to see our IDs. we asked why because they IDed us at the door to get in and he played it off that he was just joking. my partner and i went to the restroom right before we left. he finished before i did and went outside and tried to come back in for me mistaken i had already come out. the bouncers rudely explained everyone had already been led out and wouldn’t let him in. i got creeply followed out by a bouncer only to find my bf worried about where i was. def wouldn’t recommend.
I was upset there is absolutely nothing regarding a dress code... I came from out of town and the security which was a female with short hair extremely rude. Nothing on the website.. nothing posted. All cause I was wearing joggers. The person right behind me wearing cargo sweats got let in? Sweats should be sweats. A dress code should also be posted.
