Oh my gosh. Went out tonight for a girls night (there were 12+ of us.) We had an absolute blast! The food was delicious, apps, soups, entrees (oh and the crab cakes….awesome. Very crabby, not fillers) all of it great. Drinks were decent (i am not a drinker but the rest of the gang seemed to enjoy them.) The entertainment was fabulous, Off 24. We had so much fun singing and dancing all night to their music. Finally, the service was amazing! Natalie was BEYOND awesome. Quick, helpful, friendly and just so sweet. We had a slight issue with the bill but the owner game out and fixed it at lightning speed. Easy peasy. Great bunch of folks running the place and working there. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back.
Several restaurants have failed at this location in the Midway Shopping Center, but I think this one will be a success. A group of our friends went here on a Wednesday night. There was a band playing oldies. There was a small dance floor where you could dance. The food was excellent pub food. I had pulled pork and it was very good. They are closed on Tuesdays. They have a different band each night. They also have one night a week for singles_couples. The theme is beachy as the name implies. Check it out and you will be pleasantly surprised. Also, the drink glasses are large.
Relaxed pub featuring simple American food & lots of beer, plus happy hours & live music events.
We went here for my birthday weekend and had a good time. We are commanders fan but enjoyed the energy from this eagles fan base ale house.
I walked past several spots before choosing this one. I'm glad I did. The food and atmosphere were perfect. Service was great. They even had live music, which usually sucks but not today. It was perfect. Thanks again
Went to big chill Cantina to find Shote Island food truck. Brandon the owner is such a positive vibe and great chef. I’ve been following Brandon and his food for years now. I loved the rib and Mac and cheese empanada and my partner who grew up in Puerto Rico had a little piece of home with the beef empanadas. Whatever the menu Brandon has always been an amazing chef.
My family and I are from out of town and we stopped here on the way back home and right away Lady was very lazy and rude, saying if we want drinks we can come see her , that should would not be waiting on us, needless to say we didn’t stay for food or drinks. My daughter who is well over the age of 21 did not have id and she definitely judged us as if we were trying to get over on her or something and threw us out immediately, you can tell this isn’t a friendly place, as soon as we walked in you could feel everyone staring at us like we didn’t belong. They definitely are not welcoming to outsiders. So if you’re visiting with family I wouldn’t recommend this spot.
Gay-friendly American seafood restaurant with outdoor patio, video bar & regular themed events.
Came here for a wedding last weekend. Its definitely a vibe here. The staff are friendly and the drinks are great. Definitely will visit again next time I'm in DE. 🫶🏽
Awesome place — can’t wait to go back! Despite a packed, lively atmosphere, our group of six was seated comfortably where we could hear each other. The service was exceptional, the food and drinks were great, and prices were very reasonable. Jake was outstanding — hope he serves us again!
New American entrees feature at this easygoing neighborhood tavern with a patio & biweekly karaoke.
Dinner here during a long weekend vacation. Wife made reservations, and glad we did because they were having two large birthday parties there just after we were sat. Food was good. Server was nice but seemed spread too thin across a lot of tables.
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner for six people at Rigby’s! While the atmosphere is pretty nondescript, the food was EXCELLENT. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was great. Once the karaoke started, the energy picked up, but all in all, we would definitely go again.
Good local spot to watch football. Heavy on the Eagles fans during Eagles games FYI. No food but the pizza spot next will hand deliver your food if they’re not busy, or they can text you when your food is ready. Drink specials are good and they have a lots of TVs to watch all the sports
Bathrooms are covered in graffiti. Dirty too. Big hole in the wall. Dress warm it gets cold. Prices are good. Definitely a place with many regular customers. The bartenders are ok but no real personality. They need a pool table and a way to play music. The band and bingo I’ve been to have been fun.
Gay bar & restaurant with burgers & beer, bright cartoon murals & regular live entertainment.
The atmosphere was laid back and had a beach vibe. It was a good mixed crowd. The menu is a basic bar and grill at reasonable prices. We had the Impossible Burger and Cheese Steak. My partner really enjoyed the Impossible Burger and said is was very good. The Cheese Steak was just okay. It was frozen shaved steak. There was plenty of mushrooms, though. Overall, for the price, if you're just looking for a quick inexpensive bite in a laid-back atmosphere, then I recommend the Purple Parrot.
This place is very cool inside. The bartender was awesome. I had the blue cheese burger it was delicious and it was a good size. My friends had other things like crab balls which were done perfectly. And the giant pretzel which was very tasty.
We were in Rehobeth for the Fourth of July weekend and my girlfriend and I neither one of us had ever been to a drag show so we did a little research prior to coming down for the weekend and discovered the Freddys was having a drag show on the fourth, so we decide to go. It was interesting because the owner Fred actually got married that day so the place was decorated up for the wedding for he and his groom And they made a little announcement before the Drive show began. It was fun, entertaining for sure. Neither one of us had any expectations as to what they expect but like I said it was really fun and the performers or drag show Queens did a great job. I was sort of kind of like going to a strip club. They would come out and have costume changes in between and then they would dance around for like two songs and everybody would give them money so it was very interactive. We did actually get there a little before the show started and had some food which was OK it wasn’t great but you know I guess most people are coming there for the culinary side it’s more for the drinking and the entertainment site so nonetheless what we have is good I guess it was to be Expected. My only negative thing was the main woman who sort of announced every person at one point came out wearing a political dress which I thought was classless you know they’re here for being entertainers entertain. We’re not there for your opinion on politics and I just don’t feel like it had any place thereaside from that everything else was great. Have a good time. I would definitely recommend going here and if I were to get back into the area, I probably would go again.
SUPER Friendly gsy bar with mix of all ages, Drag show was fun and karaoke was a blast! Didn't eat the rebut food looked good. Great staff, service and nice crowd! FUN, went both nights while there!
Good crowd fun time live music Pamela Stanley (70's singer) doing a great job on a variety of hit songs & some of her own...at 73 she was Excellent long sets of good tunes. The crowd seemed to be into the music, good drinks good times. There is a food truck there, but, I did not check it out.
Great experience here excellent outdoor area. Excellent bar service. Parking is an issue however what are you going to do, it's Beach at summer. Hey do you have a small parking area out front but get there early if you want to claim a space. The place has been recently remodeled and everything is clean and shiny. Thank you owner for the smoking lounge need I remind every non-smoker that smoking is not illegal and you are not a more virtuous person for not being a smoker. Moreover I'd rather be a smoker than chomping down on fast foods, processed foods fried foods sugar coated, breakfast cereals and sodas, process pizzas and hot dogs and becoming morbidly obese. Perhaps we should start vilifying obese people and morbid people. I digress...., however Diego's is awesome that's all I can say, I'll be back day after day.
In my 34 years I have never stepped foot into the building. I went geek mode from the door, everything retro i grew up with. Very relaxing atmosphere, great staff. And if cream soda isnt available for the butterbeer - go dr pepper. Its amazing.
Love this place so much we went two nights in a row! We had The cheese curds and scallops and wings the first night and the second night we had the loaded fries and the lemon pepper wings, burger and chicken teriyaki. All the drinks we had were great too!
