I just spent an evening at Chartreuse, and I’ve gotta say — this spot is quickly becoming one of my absolute favorites in Southwest Florida. If you’re anywhere near Bonita Springs and you’re in the mood for a cocktail, this is the place to go. It’s got that perfect mix of laid-back and upscale that makes it ideal for a date night or just catching up with a friend over drinks. The atmosphere is dark, moody, and low-lit, which gives it a cool, intimate vibe. As the night goes on, a DJ usually starts spinning, which adds some great energy — though I’ll admit, the volume could be turned down just a notch. Still, it’s hard to complain when the drinks are this good. Seriously, the bartenders here are pros. They don’t just pour — they craft cocktails. If you’re going to spend the money on a drink, you want it to be exceptional. And that’s exactly what you get here: top-shelf quality and precision in every glass. Chartreuse is a hidden gem with style, great music, and cocktails that actually live up to the hype. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful evening with excellent cocktails. We were a bit undecided at first, but one of the staff gave us a fantastic recommendation. The whole team is extremely friendly and we truly enjoyed our evening. We will definitely be back!
Excellent vibes and excellent drinks! My husband loved the Dragon 88 Mai Tai, pictured. My favorite cocktail of the night was far and beyond the Downtown, a gin gimlet variation with pineapple & yellow chartreuse tasted distinctly like the smell of a fresh orange peel upon expression - perfection. Out of my whole party, no one had a drink they didn’t enjoy. Vibes were high, music was excellent, and lighting was perfect. Would highly recommend to all looking for a true cocktail experience with an establishment who truly cares about the drinks they make!
Wonderful! Speakeasy The drinks were very exotic which my taste buds really enjoyed. Coming from California. This is a great change. I cannot say on the food because we didn't order anything to eat. It was just like a little after drink.. will be back 🌹🩷
Oh, my, goodness! This place is spectacular - so good, we visited twice the same night. Craft cocktails, expert preparation; wonderful recommendations, stellar whiskey flight. Free parking is ample and close by, and the atmosphere so chill and relaxed. We had a great time, and recommend this to anyone that likes a quality drink at a fair price, with exceptional ingredients.
