The First Avenue Bourbon Club is hands down one of the most wonderful spots in St. Petersburg. Becca and Mike are the best bartenders in town — they know how to make a cocktail better than anyone else in St. Pete. And Marsha is an absolute gem. She truly believes in community, and you can feel that in the way she’s built a place where people come together over a shared love of great whiskey. If you’re not a local, fair warning — this isn’t a tourist bar. This is where real people gather to enjoy life, connect, and sip some of the best bourbons you’ll find anywhere, all at the best prices. There are plenty of other bars in town if you’re looking for something flashy, but none as down-to-earth and true to the spirit of great whiskey drinking as this place.
Hands down, best Bourbon bar East of the Mississippi. The selection is top-notch. They've got allocated in cabinets that rotate, everyone is allowed up to 2 oz per day at extremely reasonable prices which is more than fair so that people can get to try hard-to-find bottles. There's also a monthly raffle system based on purchases, fantastic bottle shares every other week (Whiskey Wednesdays) as well as guest distilleries doing tastings multiple times a month and cocktail classes. Owner Marcia is really doing things right, and Bartenders Becca, Mike, Nuni and Reneé are the best around. Becca and Mike have won best bartender awards and also have seasonal signature cocktails. My husband and I have become personal friends with them all. They're like family! Lastly, 1st Avenue offers lockers where members can keep a few bottles on hand. Ask your bartender how this all works. We've got one and I can honestly say, have made SO many good friends thanks to this little gem of a bar. A MUST visit whether you live here or are visiting.
GREAT prices for the good beverage selection they offer. Service was also very friendly and swift. I ordered a Snickerdoodle latte that was tasty and a great size [16 oz. for $5!] Came around lunch time on a Monday and some renovations were taking place inside though, so keep that in mind if you're thinking on coming here to work [outdoor seating would be best, then]. Beautiful venue too - would love to go back for a wine and charcuterie date or girls night! I'm sure any construction work would be wrapped up for the day by then too.
Service can be slow, don’t go if you’re in a rush. this is the kind of place you stop in and chill for a while. I look forward to taking coffee meetings here in the future. They have a great library/sitting room that can be nice to work or chat with a friend in.
I’m so glad I finally tried this place. The drink selection was impressive. The self serve pour stations were really fun and simple to use. I liked that you can get different sizes from small samplers, to classic pours and even large pours. They also have a full bar if you want cocktails. The pretzel sticks were great and we got fresh popped popcorn as well. The staff were very attentive and kind. They have several weekly specials and events like couple date nights on Thursdays and karaoke. I highly recommend giving this place a try! I will definitely be back.
Wow is this place an awesome find! Cool decor and vibe with upbeat smooth music. Have great wine and bourbon auto pour service options and have beer too! Charcuterie boards come in varies offerings and can define your own ingredients if wanted. Free popcorn and son loved the Bavarian style pretzel sticks. Bourbon pours even come with oversized ice cubes..a small thing that is great for connisuers! Will be back many times as happy hour every weekday is 20% off and Wednesdays wine bottles are 50% off 😁 Now have beer and their bourbon and dessert tasting event was awesome! Super caring service and we loved every bourbon and dessert!!!!
We visited this bar with a group of 6 people on Sunday evening. The atmosphere of the bar was very good, no crowd, clean, stylish. We ordered all the cocktails from the first page of the menu! and they all turned out to be very tasty and different! The bartender was very friendly and treated us to espresso martini, which was also very tasty. Our group really enjoyed staying at this place! 5/5 👍🏻
Really fun staff and tasty cocktails! Curated spirit selection and an open space flow so you don’t feel packed in like a can of sardines. Perfect for a chill happy hour during the week or a night out with friends. Great addition to the neighborhood.
Great atmosphere, awesome staff (Juliette is so fun!!), and the wings are our new favorite! I can’t wait for football season! This will definitely be our default!
Went there a 2nd time the watch the Buc game. Now it’s my go to spot. They do a free raffle during halftime and give away t-shirts. I got an awesome Evans one yesterday. Ricky the owner is a great dude and the staff are friendly and responsive. They get their food from Nicko’s Pizza which I’d learned to love months ago before the NFL season. They have plenty of TV’s so almost every game is on.
This place is so cute. Right off the downtown strip, it’s in such a good spot and not only has great food and drinks, but also turns into a fun karaoke bar at night. Whether it’s busy or quiet, it seems like the type of spot where you’re only going to have a good time. This was my first time coming here, and the two dishes I tried did not disappoint. The meatballs had such a rich, bold flavor—super tender and seasoned perfectly. The linguine was just as impressive, cooked to the right texture and packed with flavor in every bite. Honestly, the food was a solid 10/10. The only thing that threw me off a little was the service. It wasn’t awful, but it did feel a bit slow and awkward at times. Nothing major, just kind of whatever. Luckily, the food completely made up for it and carried the whole experience. All in all, I’d definitely come back—whether it’s for another plate of pasta, a fun karaoke night, or just to hang out in the lively atmosphere.
A Night to Remember at Lala Karaoke Bar! Started with Darby’s smile and gregarious attitude. What an unforgettable night at Lala Karaoke Bar! From the moment we walked in, Darby’s energy was electric and welcoming. The atmosphere was vibrant, the song selection was top-notch, and the sound system was on point — but what truly made the night exceptional was the incredible Patrick and the amazing hostess. The team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling — they brought such a positive vibe that made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to the hostess, who was an absolute star! Her warmth, enthusiasm, and ability to keep the night flowing smoothly truly made the experience feel personal and memorable. Whether you're there to belt out your favorite tunes, dance with friends, or just soak in the lively atmosphere, Lala is the place to be. We left with sore throats from singing, full hearts from laughing, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend — 10/10 night out
The best country spot in town! There is always live music, and even a DJ outside on the weekends. Drinks are cold and the people are nice. Welcome to the Farm is the kind of place that becomes more than just a bar if you live around here, it becomes a home. It’s the most popular spot in town for good reason. If you go on a slow day, the bartenders and Barbacks are more than welcoming, it’s like they are all a family. If you go late night, there’s all the action you could ever ask for and incredibly fast service from the bartenders who clearly hustle to serve people even through a big crowd. It’s a joy to be here and the staff is the highlight of that joy. Dani is always on the back patio, a pretty, funny girl that can serve you any drink you can think of, what else can you ask for?! The manager, I think Josh is his name? is amazing and will figure out any problems you have! He runs a tight ship and it’s reflected in how well the staff treats everybody. Overall, this place is somewhere you can always count on for a good time and has become a second home to many of us st pete residents. I’d recommend it to anybody and everybody!
Great atmosphere. We came here for the famous brisket, we were asked for the IDs at the entry, sadly our Europeans ID cards were not accepted, and we didn’t have our passports with us, except if one person that got in and been told that there is no food at 9pm, as it’s music only. Music atmosphere is cool but troubles with ID and food.
I had the most incredible time here this past weekend. Each item given to us off the menu was absolutely delicious, each handmade from the restaurant themselves. For my tea lovers there was an amazing selection of tea to choose from. The service was top tier, Staci took care of us and truly the experience would not have been the same without her. I’d love to have her everytime I go as she made the experience even more magnificent than it already was. She was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and present. I’d ask for her when you reserve! Thank you pluma lounge!
Absolutely loved this cocktail bar! The decor is stunning and the ambiance is warm and inviting—perfect for a night out. The drinks were delicious, and bartenders Ryan and Juan truly went above and beyond, crafting custom cocktails that were spot-on. Everyone was friendly, and the overall vibe was great.
Such a cool and chill place to have a casual dinner. The service was amazing, and our server Lisa was a paragon of what it means to be an attentive and awesome server. She was really kind and accommodating even though we split the bill four ways. I had the fish and chips, which was delicious and much larger than I had been expecting! And don't even get me started on that delicious Oreo milkshake. Will definitely be coming back again!
Wow. Delicious! So so good! We asked to cut the burgers so my husband and I can share each other's and the server (Kaitlyn I believe) plated the two different burgers on the plates as one of each for both of us! So kind. She was very nice to our children. The kids meal was huge! Would come back!
Chill American haunt featuring creative burgers, hot dogs & lots of craft beer, plus sports on TV.
Wow! I sure did smash this burger up! It was exceptional and delicious. And the service was great! My man rarely eats meat but he had to fast this day due to a test he had to get done and got so hungry he said “find us a good burger joint” and let’s just say google reviews did not disappoint! I was led RIGHT😍
Delicious, juicy, and generously sized burgers. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick. I recommend coming with a big appetite and going straight for the burger, as the portions are very large and filling. Personally, I don’t recommend ordering an appetizer because it’s hard to finish the main course afterward. An excellent choice for burger lovers in St. Pete.
We Loved the atmosphere at this place. All source of happy people dancing and having fun around. Great service, great music.
Love this place! Being a bartender I actually don’t go out to bars very often these days, but I stumbled onto this place a few Sundays ago and was super impressed! All of the bartenders are cool, but JuJu really ties the place together. It’s a whole vibe! Definitely my go to when I do wanna get out on the town. Probably going to be the place I take friends when they visit as well. Do yourself a favor and stop on in lots of cool other bars on the strip too so you can kind of pop around!
Their food is top tier, especially their Cuban sandwiches. The bartenders and servers were amazing. It's a drive for us, but whenever we're in the area and need a good spot to get a bite or drink this place will be that spot. Thank you!!
Cool spot. Really awesome, fun pirate ship vibe. The cocktails were very fun and ambitious, but in my opinion they didn't always work in practice. I had 2 and neither was bad, they just also weren't spectacular, and quite pricey for what they were. Bartender was very friendly, though. Also, the two tables just inside the door have video games you can play (one had a NES and the other had a SNES). We sat at the table with the SNES, but unfortunately the B button on one of the controllers was broken.
Bustling, trendy bar mixing old-school & specialty cocktails in a dimly lit, retro-style interior.
Me and my husband love coming here. It's always a good vibrant vibe, and it's fun. The bartenders know their craft and drinks are on point. The decor is rustic and really cool. Went for New Year's and then went back a couple weeks ago for St. Patty's. If you are a bourbon/whiskey drinker, this is a good bar to visit.
I love the vibe of this place. Music is awesome and prepares gorgeous cocktails, my favorite one...the old-fashioned. Besides, the decoration of the bar enchanted me!!
Don't serve food but giving hot dog wit toppings for the 4th of July. Great bar tender and saw friends from 5 years ago, which was so awesome.
I am taking the time just to aware everyone else about this incident that happened to me in this stablisment. There were 2 male bartenders behind the bar, 1 white tall good-looking guy and the other one thin short old bad attitude man. This last guy with no reason to give me attitude, so rudw and it was my first time at this bar and definitely will be the last one thanks to this old man. He overcharged me without my authorization. It was only $2 but that's not the issue, the issue here is this man did it to me and I am sure that he has been doing it to many guys in this bar. That's not right and he does not have the right to overcharged to anyone The bar MUST to have honest employees behind the bar. Just be careful everyone else if you are planning to go to this place. By the way, thank-you for nothing bartender, specially to this man that did it to me without nonreason for it. P.S. Another customer advised me to take a photo of my receipt, apparently because these incidents happen very often here. I did it and I am attaching the proofs of it. I did initiated the dispute process with my bank. don't steal from me!!!! Next time: If you want tips, give an excellent service to gain it. Work for it don't steal it I don't pay for bad service and being robbed.
Chill, old-school tavern, a former haunt of Jack Kerouac, offering beer, cocktails & pool tables.
Flamingo sports bar just recently celebrated their 55th anniversary. This is a small dive bar filled with many local regulars, cold beer and great conversations. This is a full service bar, with 4 beers on tap, good selection of bottle and can beer. Well liquor specials along with most common liquor selections. Limited wine. Surfside tea and lemonade varieties are available as well as nutrl varieties. They have two valley coin-opperated pool tables open from 12pm-4pm with a $5min purchase and open all day/night on Wednesdays. This bar is also known for the late great author Jack Kerouac who befriended the owner and had his regular spot at this bar.
Bartenders and owner are awesome Cash bar only so bring cash and a great time
You definitely will catch a vibe here! The atmosphere is electric but in a subtle calming way, like like sinking into a warm bath after an exhausting day. The entertainment was awesome and played a wide array of past and present hits ( also a lite tribute to The Great Chuck Mangione) The service and drinks 🍸 were great and in a timely matter! I definitely recommend the Habiki 17 Japanese whiskey. This is also a cigar bar so if smoke bothers you I recommend the patio.
We spent time here listening to a new artists and just loved the close vibe and the environment. The music was love and real and sounded so good. Drinks were Greta and service was very good.
Dozens of domestic craft brews plus live original music nightly & local artists' work on the walls.
That such a wonderful, welcoming place could be dreamt up and succeed in this unassuming courtyard is a testament to the attention to detail of ownership. You want great music, generally for free. Check You want great beers and wine at a reasonable price served through regularly cleaned keg lines. Check You want access to a community of people that frequent and love the place. Check. I could go on, but what I can tell you is that if you want a great place to hang, and have a great time/ then you have found it.
This is a gem of a spot tucked in right don't. Music is really fantastic, the vibe is great. Beer selection is vast, much of it on tap from local (and not so local) great breweries. Do not miss this stop if you love music, great beer and positive vibes.
Low-key neighborhood tavern dishing up burgers, ribs & other hearty pub eats until late.
This was our first time visit and the place is a hidden gem, doesn't look like much when you walk up to it but it's got a cool bar inside nice little dining room and the food is comfort to the max, my wife and I and our son each had an entree one cocktail and two bottle beers and the bill was $50. Will definitely be back.
The Joint St. Pete is a fantastic place to try unique burgers, and their Greek burger is a true treat for the taste buds. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, and the combination of flavors—from olives to feta—added a distinctive character to it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and relaxing, making the meal even more satisfying. The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely return to try more dishes from their menu!
We came to The Wheelhouse because of Google reviews saying their chicken wings were the best near Clearwater/ St Pete's. After trying the Dry Rub Lemon Pepper, Whiskey Dry Rub, Mango Habanero and the BBQ, I am pretty confident that they could be the best in the area. They were crispy and juicy and really flavorful. The Big Al's fries were delicious too. Crispy crinkle cut fries with melted cheddar cheese and bacon, served with ranch on the side. The bar/ restaurant is pretty small with maybe 10 tables and 12-15 bar spots. It's very unassuming, in a strip mall with other small businesses. Don't let that deter you. Great service, great food and interesting conversations with regulars... you can't go wrong.
Checked out The Wheelhouse today for the first time. Pretty cool laid back atmosphere with great music and themed decor. Was greeted and served immediately by friendly staff. Service was efficient and helpful in menu choices. Food and drinks were brought out promptly. Food had great flavor along with nice presentation. They have a great variety of menu items and also an extensive beer selection on tap available. Definitely recommend!!
Cool little dive on Central, used this spot as a meet up for our larger group of 20 for a birthday for our Sunday Funday Pub Crawl, barkeep was cool (loved her shirt), had the right attitude for working in this jawn for sure! Good drinks, fast service..CASH ONLY!
Went to this bar and were on our second beer when the bartender came over and said “so you guys just don’t tip then”. Never, in my 27 years, have I given a tip in the middle of service, let alone been demanded to. Confused, we said “we didn’t realize we had to yet” and she returned with “well this is my livelihood and I’m just trying to educate you since you don’t seem to understand.” I’ve never been spoken to with such rudeness, and for something that did not deserve such a reaction. We always tip; generously even, often at 30+%. Had I been able to finish my drink without getting accosted, she would have received the same. But her attitude and demands left her with nothing.
Down-to-earth bar & grill offering familiar American grub, beers & cocktails, plus sports on TV.
We stopped by Dead Bob’s for lunch and had a hard time parking as the place is packed and parking is limited. We live the Joint, so we were interested to compare the two. My husband ordered the Chicken Wings and I ordered the Brussel Sprouts and Caprese Salad. The service was spotty considering the number of people eating lunch there, but the food was enjoyable. We prefer the Joint, but it was nice to try their sister restaurant.
This tiny place is tucked away in the corner of a small strip shopping plaza. We were there on a Wednesday mid-afternoon and the place was full and bopping! We chose Bob's because of its unique name and saw that the food reviews were great. It didn't disappoint! I got the Cheesy Bob without the Cheese. It was huge - a double patty! It was also very delicious! If I have any complaints its that the menu is lacking in entree descriptions. Especially for this one as it only says "The one everyone tries again and again!" I had to inquire what came on it and I'd rather know in advance so I don't feel put on the spot with the waitress standing there wanting an immediate decision. Service was fast despite the full house where it appeared that there was just one waitress for the entire place. She was pleasant, however it was noticeable that everything felt 'rushed.' I paid in cash and she didn't have the correct change for me so that was awkward. However, all that being said, I would recommend this place and would go back again.
Old-school dive bar with patios in front & back offering a basic range of beer & mixed drinks.
Inside is your basic bar. Outside seating on Central Ave is the winner to the place and great to people watch. Took a while for service and ended up having to go inside for service. Beer was cold. Bloody Mary was nothing special. 2 ingredients and nothing dressing the top. As for pricing, paid $11 for a Modelo and Bloody so not terrible $ More on the divebar but maybe high end db? Probably would go back here with all the other bar options around.
Mastry’s Bar & Grill is such a cool spot, full of old-school charm and great energy. I love the vibes here, and it was an awesome surprise to spot a racer car display of my favorite NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt, which added to the character of the place. Tonya was an excellent bartender who made us feel right at home. She was so fun and engaging that she even talked our entire crew into buying Mastry’s shirts to mark the occasion. Mastry’s has been part of downtown St. Pete for 90 years, and it’s easy to see why it’s lasted so long. It’s a true neighborhood institution with affordable drinks, friendly faces, and a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Happy 90th anniversary to Mastry’s, and I can’t wait to come back for another round.
One of my favorite go-to bars! Been coming here since they opened and I never have a bad time! The place is decorated with 70's vintage furniture vibes. Very spacious, but it does get busy! Never had a bad bartender or a bad drink - always great service and great drinks! They have live music a lot and open mic night with very talented people! They have a little dance floor with a disco ball if you want to boogie! The only downside is they only have 2 bathroom stalls so there is a line on weekends when it is busy, but doesn't stop me from going here. It is a fan favorite in our group of friends. Mix crowd with all ages - just reflects that everyone enjoys this place no matter your age!
Trevor is an amazing bartender! He’s very personable, helpful, and creative. This was my first time in and it certainly won’t be my last. Amazing drinks, fun music, and cute vibes! Even for a Monday it was still buzzing and enjoyable
Lively, gay-friendly lounge with several rooms, a cozy dance floor, drag shows & sidewalk tables.
When I tell you this is the BEST BAR ON EARTH! My favorite place. I’ve had so many amazing nights here. Bartenders are always friendly. Drinks are always strong and the drag shows are iconic. A must see if you are in st Pete! I seriously can’t even put into words how much I love this place 😂🥹🥰
Great gay bar in St. Pete, that has been open for 11 years. Managed very nice as being the bar tender.
Chic spot for classic & craft cocktails with seasonal sharing plates in cozy digs.
Rick was the most amazing bartender I’ve ever had. The word “amazing” doesn’t even serve it justice. The selection of liquor here is absolutely insane. We had a Smith and Cross custom cocktail alongside a craft cocktail off their house menu and both were phenomenal. We ended our night with an ultra rare bottle of Del Maguey Pechora Mezcal and it brought a tear to my eye. We were here for one night out of the whole year and this place absolutely solidified to us that it’s the best bar in the area, with the best bartender to host the occasion. If I could give it ten stars! Phenomenal bar!
I love stopping in here and got a burger, which was nice. The cheese was not very well melted, but I was starving and the 2020 is always a go to. Don’t be weirded out that it has orange juice in it. It’s incredibly delectable, you won’t be disappointed.
Loved the vibe of this little spot. Tostones had great flavor, got the tapas with shrimp and then enjoyed their version of a surf and turf called “reef & beef”. Steak was tender and well seasoned and the coconut shrimp were great. Really enjoyed the dipping sauce and the hibiscus sour mocktail was delicious. The Cajun fries we ordered needed more seasoning. The service was friendly and quick, we’ll definitely be back.
Here for breakfast, the drink menu is impressive. The food is good, except the croissant bun for the sandwich is a miss for me. It is dry and has no butter taste. The meat sandwich is generous. As for the drink, the latte is excellent, but the tea has no taste.
The perfect dive experience. Crispy Cold Beers. Food is solid. No liquor but the Sake is pretty solid as well. Elijah was our bartender and was so fun and friendly! Check out the weekly events, it’s a really good vibe and I’ll definitely be back!
Service is great!!, atmosphere is usual dive bar, but they are dog friendly and have food!!! Major Plus.. . Only negative is grandfathered in smoking bar, okay in all but summer months when doors are closed for air conditioning reasons!
Cocktails & light bites in a swanky rooftop setting at the Birchwood Hotel with cabanas & bay views.
Incredible rooftop with amazing views of the bay and pier DTSP. The food and cocktails are delicious and surprisingly affordable. Great spot to meet up with friends or go along and makes some. Highly recommended.
My boyfriend and I recently visited the Canopy for the first time and it was phenomenal! We decided to sit at the bar which was nicely shaded. The bar fans allowed the perfect amount of breeze to keep us cool, but they weren’t aggressively powerful either! Our bartender/server, Christian, was very attentive and always made sure our drinks, including my water, stayed full at all times. Huge plus!! He was very knowledgeable with menu items, too, when we had questions on what we should order. As I’m 6 months pregnant, I asked about mocktails and he provided a mocktail menu containing 4 different drinks that all sounded delicious! I went with the strawberry social which was SO refreshing! My boyfriend ordered an espresso martini which was beautifully crafted, and he said tasted perfect. As for food, we ordered the fried pickles (lightly fried, crispy, and delicious), chipotle chicken tacos (the flavor in the chicken was insanely good, and I usually don’t like spice but I couldn’t resist these), and the barbacoa wontons (my boyfriend crushed these in seconds lol they were so full and flavorful. I wish I had taken a picture of the inside). Safe to say, we will definitely be back to try more mocktails, drinks, and menu items! Hopefully Christian will be working again, too, as he really made our experience one to remember.
A Hidden Gem in St. Pete – Saigon Blonde is a Must-Visit! Saigon Blonde quickly became one of our favorite spots during our first trip to St. Pete. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was effortlessly cool and welcoming. The cocktails? Simply phenomenal. If you’re looking to unwind, I highly recommend trying their CBD-infused drinks—they’re both unique and incredibly relaxing. A huge shoutout to Aaron, the incredibly talented mixologist who crafted a few custom vodka-based CBD cocktails for me. The “Dragon Lady” was a personal favorite—smooth, refresh, and beautifully balanced. If you’re more of a bourbon lover, definitely ask Aaron for his take—it’s his liquor of choice, and you can taste the passion in every pour. Yes, we drank more than we probably should have… but no regrets here. The drinks, the atmosphere, the service—it all made for an unforgettable afternoon. We’ll absolutely be back!
Aaren is an awesome bartender! I had a phenomenal drink infused with THC and Lions Mane mushrooms, absolutely delicious and the bar is extremely cool.
Raucous bar featuring signature cocktails, frequent DJs spinning a variety of music & dancing.
I ordered an old-fashioned and the bartender was adding water to it. I have no clue why you would add water to an old-fashioned. Based on that alone first time last time. It wasn’t the simple syrup lol
My kind of bar vibe! So happy to have found this bar. Jose' (sp? Sorry!) Was a delight. Big fan. Happy to be here. Best dive, great music, much love from Savannah!!
Spirited watering hole with a rec-room vibe pouring cheap beers & hosting occasional live music.
This is my kind of bar! Big fan. Love a good dive. I wish I had this bar back home. I loved it so much! If you don't like cigarette smoke don't come here because they smoke inside. All of the bartenders was fun and entertaining.
I went in at 11pm on 07/30/25 to wait for ten mins not to get served. I went towards the bartender and she was like I have three girls at the other end of the bar to serve first. I watch her finishing serving the ladies and then proceed to serve someone else. I didn’t say a word and left . As I go to leave she said some foolish comment expecting me to wait all night. What an unprofessional , dumb bartender. She should not work there. The funny thing is I wanted a surfside a drink you don’t even have to make. I will never come back to trashy bar.
Really nice establishment with a modern fun vibe. The eclectic decor or numerous tequila adorn the walls of the curve shaped bar with a small wall partition dividing what appears to be a dance floor with a Frida mural with adjacent neon quotes. My bartenders were really dope in not only making drinks but breaking down the ingredients and how they manufacture them as well. (Also one of the created a few drinks on the menu). This entire scene was set to a background soundtrack of boy bands and pop hits. It all blended well cohesive and coherently! I had a great time, definitely recommend!!
If you’re looking for a GREAT drinks and good atmosphere, Tequila Daisy is the place. As a first timer i had a good experience here, The staff is really kind, fast paced, and make their drinks with love. Bailey was my bartender & did not disappoint. I most definitely plan on coming back and trying more on the menu.
Neighborhood, wood-paneled sports bar/grill serving pub grub & drinks in a room packed with 70+ TVs.
Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill is a local staple in downtown St Petersburg entertainment district. The wait staff was courteous, professional and attentive which added to the dining experience. The variety of food options is definitely worth working through the menu. I would recommend the 57 Chevy Burger for starters since it won't disappoint. There is ample parking in and around Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill so there shouldn't be any problems finding a spot and then taking a short walk. If you are anywhere in the region this is must visit due to its local history in the area. Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill is a great place for everyone whether you are dining alone or on a date or with a large group.
What’s not to love about Ferg’s?! I came out to celebrate Ferg’s winning best sports bar in the country and hang with 102.5 The Bone listeners. I had the blackened beef tips, which were delicious. Thunder Bug showed up. I also won a pretty awesome cooler! Had a blast. Thank you guys!
Haunt with 32-oz draft beers, cocktails & discount bar food in an antique oak & neon-sign setting.
So got off early decided to get to go food. Totally different from the menu. A pastrami sandwich is a layed sandwich pictured on the menu.. sad this is a what ever mixed fried mix sandwich.. Totally disappointed when I opened it up.. Let's toss some pastrami on the grill toss some cheese and bread with mustard.. Not what is pictured or even a sandwich Sad
Went here on St. Patrick’s Day, and while the food was just okay, the cocktails were great. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredible—super attentive, fast, and somehow kept up even as the place got packed. When we first sat down, it wasn’t too busy, but that changed after a while. Even with the rush, drinks came out quickly, and she checked in on us without us ever having to flag her down. Honestly, just watching her handle that crowd was impressive.
Love this place. Love love love this place. Jess, the manager, is top-notch and on point. And beautiful. Great family business. Best bartenders. Bar backs like Mina, keep you coming back every opportunity. Every night ,honestly. And my bestie, Miss Brenda, is here with me every night. Be sure to say hello and definitely try their meetballs. Best spot in St Pete. Trust me. And if you catch me not smiling, remind me too. I have a serious case of RBF. Lol. God brought me here. RIP Charlie Kirk. Lost but not forgotten.
Awesome place! Great service by friendly beautiful staff. Drinks are excellent. Often has live entertainment and I’m loving the outdoor space in the heart of St Pete. They stole the show on Pride parade Saturday. Highly recommended.
Bartender's Morgan & Shelby are friendly, engaging, and make Artoro & I feel amazing and at home. They were attentive, anticipating needs and offering suggestions with a positive attitude.perfect stars and would be nice to add pizza to the alcohol menu just simple kind on a toaster over is solid. -Philip
I discovered this place by picking up uber passengers & decided to try it out. I’ve always loved a local neighborhood gem “Cheers” type bar. In the past month & a half I think I’ve visited 5 different times and I’ve enjoyed each & every time. I was warmly welcomed by Barb. She’s an excellent bartender and very great with people. I could tell she had skills right away! I also really love Morgan.. all the girls there are nice but I particularly go for Barb & Morgan. They’re the best! They remember my drink order, my name & always make you feel welcome. The music is also awesome.. a great mix of variety. I’ve definitely added this to one of my local faves! Cheers! 🥂
Homey bar displaying art by local artists in a funky space serving craft beers & cocktails.
Bartenders are generally decent, $20 minimum on card purchases. Awesome local art, for sure a late night staple known in the community. Judgment free zone. I recommend to those that like a little spice, a d adventure, along with a smorgasbord of personalities to ponder conversation with.
Excellent drinks. We had 2 of the old fashioned and Excellent espresso martini. However there seemed to be an AC issue and the temperature was uncomfortable in this beautiful bar. Hopefully that is a temporary issue
Standard sports bar with 27 HD TVs, pool tables & darts, plus pub grub & draft beers.
If I could give a zero start I would. Absolutely the worst pub I ever been to. Extremely extremely slow service if your sitting at a table. Not a single server only bartenders who are more worried about cleaning empty glasses. Rather loud as well. Unless your a regular you will wait until they are ready to serve you. Pub is clean and rest rooms are clean. I don't believe I will be returning as there are too many places in the area to spend money on a cold beer
Great 1st time visit & thanks for showing the Browns! Good service & food. Cheeseburger & a mushroom swiss burger were both cooked per our request & included fresh lettuce, tomato & onion. Fries were hot & crispy. Lively crowd for the various NFL games, & plenty of room for everyone. Clean women's restroom, always a bonus, especially in a sports bar! We drank beer but the bar looked well stocked with liquor. Hope to return for more football & to try the wings which looked & smelled yummy.
Down-to-earth venue offering pub grub & ample brews in airy, industrial brick-lined surrounds.
So we haven't been to their new spot and we know the food is good so let's grab a table outside and eat!! I grabbed the St Pete wrap. So many good flavors. The shaved beef is awesome. Debs bloody came with waffle chicken sliders and their tot bombs. Bombs are delicious. Bloody was awesome but the stuff on top was too much. Jason our server was great. Got the wrap at his recommendation. Awesome call. Still really good food here and the new spot with outdoor seating is nice.
They make the best margaritas. I tried some new food items this time around and the stuffed tots will not disappoint. They are so delicious! Sliders are good too
Large pub serving American eats, sushi & cocktails in modern digs with sports memorabilia & a patio.
In the area for a weekend trip and chose Courtside as was impressed with the option of sushi as well as some cool takes on the usual sports bar dishes. There's plenty of TVs to watch various sports games. Bar service was attentive without being intrusive. Opted for the fried stuffed mushrooms, pork chops, and MVP sushi roll. Fantastic tastes! The mushrooms with a great balance of crispy and juicy. The pork chop was very meaty and the mash & gravy were deep in flavor. The sushi roll was delightful - tasted like it was freshly made, held together well so able to manipulate with my less-than-perfect chopstick technique. Also took an Italian sub to go and that was packed with meat. All in all, very impressed and would definitely return if back in the area.
We come here a few times a year when I'm in the area. To start...this place has a huge menu with something for everyone, including a great sushi menu. The restaurant is spacious with big booths and a lively atmosphere (which can get busy and noisy at times but it's manageable). We have always had incredible service at this place. Very well trained and friendly staff. We ordered a variety of food (including some from the regular menu and some from the sushi menu) and all of it was amazing. And their sangria is darn tasty too. Casual place that feels upscale but with reasonable prices for what you get. Give them a shot if you're in the area.
My sister and my ex-brother-in-law's me favorite bar!! I was invited to join them for my sister's birthday and football on this past Monday the 15th! I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and absolutely plan to come and hang out again!
Jake is a great and welcoming bartender. The other one is nasty and aggressive and clearly doesn’t want people to come to this bar. Not coming back.
Really hands down my new favorite bar food spot. I had the rodeo burger with the localz tots absolutely banging. We also ordered boneless wings and the toffee butter cake to die for would definitely go back. Only downside was as a fat girl the barstools are uncomfortable they do have benches outside though. Updated review can’t lie I have door dashed this place quite a bit last two weeks and I just tried their pork sandwich and dear goodness it’s really unbelievably delicious. So good I had to come back to edit the review and add new photos
Bartenders are great and food is fantastic. Plus their specials each day of the week are great deals. One of my new favorite wing spots. Fried in beef tallow and not breaded.
I never use to leave a review but I was impressed by the coktail’s menu! I travel a lot and have never seen that. They started with 269 (as their direction) choices (and now reached more they told me) of very originals and audatious cocktails and shots. The choice, the visual, the taste, the sympathy of the bartender/barmaids, the decoration… really cool! Best cocktails in town. Very inspiring. And respect to the servers for working with this big menu. Curious people, COME HERE. And the price is lower than other bars 🤌😭 Thank you!
We had a great start to our Friday night at Pour Judgement. The drinks and extensive selection of shots were amazing. Our bartender was engaging and she was very helpful. We highly recommend checking out this bar if you are in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5.
Wide selections of whiskeys and bourbons. Bartender was super nice and helpful. Nice decor and funny signs there. Was shocked to see they had Courage and Conviction from Virginia Distillery as it is my favorite whiskey. Do not have food but you can order from nearby and bring it in
The ticker tape is a great idea. It’s a dark basic bar that works well. Certainly has a good deal of choices in whiskey. Place inside looks like it’s in need of a clean up. Bathrooms are not that clean.
The Dj (Bishop) made us feel like we was welcome. He walked up and greeted us and let us know that if we had requests, he would love to play them.for us. The food was really good and the drinks were blended perfectly. Alexis is a good bartender
Lovely atmosphere! Hospitality off the chain. Diamond is the best bartender ever! She made it fun and exciting! Thanks for making my night! I will be back with friends!
Great vibes & a great club! Plenty of different reasons to stop by, there is pool tables and games and music and 2 bars! I for sure recommend this spot
My friends and I have dubbed this place as our birthday celebration place! We always have the best time when we're here. There's a small game room and bar on one side, then seating, dance stage, bar and vip area on the other side. There's also a backroom for private dances which I highly recommend. The women are gorgeous and will always put a smile on your face and make it "hard" to leave.
Unfussy hangout offering bar bites, a game room & football broadcasts in a simple setting.
Witnessed the supposed owner who appeared to have already had a couple of drinks, rudely approach a girl who walked in with a coffee and yell and threaten her. As she quickly walked out, he followed her and a friend outside and half way down the parking lot yelling at them. Very unnecessary and inappropriate to follow women out like that after they were already leaving
Ladies beware!!! Never go to the place alone. I and several other women have come out with flat tires. Both of my tires on my driver's side were flat and the cap off of both rims were missing. Fortunately, I lived close by. Hubby was home and I had "Miss Nina" with me.
What a beautiful space! We went for brunch on a Saturday around 1 and there was plenty of space. Our food was yummy and the espresso martini and Bloody Mary were delicious. Ariel was our server and was sweet and attentive. We're definitely coming back!
Restaurant Critic Review: Cane & Barrel Rooftop Bar – AC Hotel, Downtown St. Petersburg ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Food & Atmosphere) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Service) Perched atop the AC Hotel in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, Cane & Barrel offers a trendy rooftop escape with a Cuban-inspired vibe and a modern cocktail lounge twist. Though we weren’t able to enjoy the coveted outdoor seating area due to private party reservations (which, from what we could see, boasts stunning views of the water and city skyline), our visit still delivered a worthwhile experience. We chose to dine indoors, where the ambiance felt vibrant yet relaxed—stylish décor, energetic music, and just enough buzz to keep things lively without being overwhelming. As for the food, the sliders and wings hit the mark. Nothing groundbreaking, but definitely satisfying. The sliders were juicy, nicely seasoned, and plated with care. The wings were flavorful and crisp, served hot and fresh. Both items were priced fairly for a rooftop bar and felt like solid choices for a casual rooftop bite. What truly stood out was the service—friendly, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. The staff made us feel welcome without hovering, and they were quick with drink refills, suggestions, and updates on our food. While we missed the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic views from the outdoor terrace, the indoor experience still made for a pleasant evening. I’d recommend checking out Cane & Barrel, especially if you’re already in the area and looking for a relaxed, elevated spot to grab a drink or light bite. For the full effect, though, try to snag a table outdoors—preferably around sunset. 📝 Best for: Pre-dinner cocktails, casual bites, and out-of-town guests 📍 Location: AC Hotel, Downtown St. Pete 🍽️ Must-Try: Sliders and wings for a classic, no-fuss choice 🌇 Pro Tip: Call ahead if you’re hoping to sit outside—reservations for that area go fast!
Pizza, mac 'n' cheese, wings & loaded fries served with drinks in pitchers & teapots until late.
8/31/25 stopped in for lunch, 🥪 yummy, reasonably priced food! Mom got the potato 🥔 skins, I got the Polynesian chicken wrap with the fries 🍟 and sauce, tasted great! Music was perfect too! Emo, rock! 🎸
$15 bottomless mimosas and the best part was that they brought me a full glass of champagne and 3 different juices: CRANBERRY, ORANGE, AND PINEAPPLE allowinge to control the amount of juice in my mimosa. I don't care for them to be super sweet. Every place should do this - BIG FLEX!!!
We love it here! We always have the best time. Best advice: Dress COMFORTABLE!!! It gets super hot! Cute shorts and top is perfect. The girls at the bar make a solid drink!! You won't find a watered down drink in the house. The live music on Friday and Saturday keeps us coming back! The DJ afterwards plays a good variety too. We've never had a negative experience while dancing either! I wish they did have food!!!
Great music, fun vibes, but they really need a better ventilation system, doesn't smell great and you'll be sweating profusely while dancing, but even then I think it's worth it and I'll be back. It's so fun that I'll put up w/ the heat, just bring your own fan maybe
Pinball, pool, arcade & outdoor games occupy patrons of this lively bar with cocktails & tallboys.
Music was good. Drinks were very good too but this place is horribly dirty especially the bathroom it was 9pm when I used the girls bathroom and there was throw up all on the sink the the toilets had pee all over it. Staff should be cleaning these bathrooms regularly. The throw up seemed like it’s been there a while .
Park & Rec DTSP is truly an adult playground! There’s so much to do—from games and dancing to just vibing with friends. The music was on point all night, and the food definitely hit the spot. Parking was a bit tricky, but we made it work and it was totally worth it. Perfect spot for a fun night out in downtown St. Pete!
Jay was amazing! So attentive. I literally can't believe there are negative reviews on here. Everyone here has been amazing. So personable and kind! We came back twice tonight and even with a new bartender (Ryan) we had an amazing time! 👏
I was bestowed with the good fortune of being the personal driver for the crew of Cocktail for the best of the bay awards but upon getting to know everyone within minutes I was met with kindness, warmth, friendship and acceptance. After my job was finished I was invited to hang out with the gang and received a tour of the venue as well as exemplary service. I was even gifted the coveted cocktail shirt and made to feel like part of the family. Outstanding place where all are welcomed. Thank you David, Lee, Evelyn, and the rest of the gang for such a fantastic time!
Lively watering hole with country tunes, billiards & bar games, plus a mechanical bull & TVs.
This place is an amazing time but the water dispenser gave me moldy water… Do better to hydrate your customers.
First time there last night. Were told by the guy managing the mechanical bull, he needed a $50 tip for him to let us ride. This was after we filled out the waiver, nobody was riding so we asked when we could go. When he responded that, we walked right out the door next to him. Won’t be back. Walked a block down the road and had a blast at Welcome to the Farm. There’s a reason we could walk right in to this place and had a half hour line to get into the other place.. loser employees will ruin your business. Owners need to pay attention.
A friend recommended me to slide, Gotta say this… totally not what I was expecting. It’s beautiful. Shouts to Safari, Lyndsay, Ashley, and charity. The entertainers was cool, relaxing, and not pushy. The bartenders were clutch. Drinks are a little expensive but it is downtown. Everyone from door girl to the security team very professional, chill, and laid back.
A steer clear club that is not worth the money all was fine but when you got more women than men there on a friday night. Also there is a night club right near by so more are most likely there than here at this club. I am glad I didn't have high expectations as the limited touch is a strange thing. Wont be back there anytime soon and good luck with parking
