One of my favorite speakeasy’s! If you haven’t been then you are truly missing out! This 70’s theme bar is curated so lush and thoughtful. You will feel like you have been transported to a private event at one of the most sexiest places. It’s a cocktail bar so eat before you go! And the cocktails are just “chef kiss”!
My sister's boyfriend recommended coming here for a double date, and we had an absolute ball! The scene was perfect, and we loved the purple rain shots. The 80s music was on point, and it's been a while since we felt so free and had so much fun on the dance floor. Jojo's Beloved is a vibe!
Super cool speakeasy in Colony Square’s food court (past the restrooms). We went without a reservation right when it opened (around 5pm) and were able to be seated quickly. They have an extensive menu of drinks, with detailed descriptions and names of the creators of each drink. I got the Tampa cocktail, which was pretty strong (our waiter suggested we mix in the pina colada foam). The ambiance was super cool — very retro, with different posters and art hung up to match the vibe, as well as a dance floor in the back. Service was good, although a bit slower than expected.
It's definitely a vibe I enjoyed myself at Jojo's. I had mocktails because I had a flight to Texas that next day in the AM. It's a great space, nice crowd and the ambiance of this speakeasy was on point. I highly recommend it !!
We had a great time! The bar is spacious and we loved the atmosphere. I liked that there was no cover around 6pm. Drinks were a little pricey but, to be expected. Make sure to schedule a reservation if you want to sit towards the front of the bar. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were able to snag a good spot. That might not be the case during busier times, though.
