We had a great time at western night for there fund raiser. We will go next yr to. Maybe just a little earlier next time.
Great Atmosphere, I always have a good time here, a safe place to go hang out & enjoy the night with friends!!!
My wife and I stopped in on date night and thoroughly enjoyed it! The owner was tending bar and made us our drinks. I had the El Caballo and my wife had the breakfast old fashion, an interesting creation. I recommend stopping by and having an cocktail.
This is one of the cutest spots here in Columbus. It's an ideal location if you're looking to unwind or get to know someone because of how intimate it feels. Upon entering there's a sign which directs you to go order a drink a the bar before seating yourself. The bartenders take their time preparing your drink. I tried the Alma' Gosh and Saddle Up drinks which were NOT good. My cousin enjoyed the Boss Bit?! and Old Fashion she ordered. I plan to return in the near future to try other drinks. Maybe then I'll be able to update this review.
I grew up literally right around the corner from here back in the 60's and early 70's. This was my Dad's neighborhood hangout. Was back in town visiting recently and had to stop in for a couple of beers - it's the same great place now as it was then. It hasn't changed much, and I mean that in a good way.
Cozy atmosphere and great drinks at fair prices. The staff were friendly and quick, and the music added to the vibe. A solid spot for a relaxed night out.
Sports-bar chain known for its waitresses, serving American comfort food in lodgelike surroundings.
Brianna was very polite and professional. She answered our questions. We really enjoyed. The food was delicious.
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Saying at Town Peaks, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Saying was attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right times and making sure we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and her friendly personality really made the dining experience enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who balances professionalism and genuine care so well. Saying truly went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend asking for her if you’re dining at Town Peaks!
First time in Gray’s and have to say it was awesome! The “regulars” was amazing Especially Mikey and Grimm! The bartender Ashely was awesome, made us feel like family! And cant forget about the “ chick magnet”.. definitely coming back when we are in town!
Great place! Awesome atmosphere! You feel like family within minutes! We will be back to see Ashley, Micheal, and definitely the chick magnet!
This is a great new bar with a old concept. Nice open space with bar service only and lots of tables they have two pool tables in the front room. And a great selection of beers and cocktails. This bar is part of the nonic, jarfly, multitude group. So great people and very friendly staff.
This is a non smoking bar, they dont have food. Bartenders are friendly and personable. Id recommend this place for solo drinks and hanging out with friends.
The wings were really crispy & flavorful! I like that the music was diverse as they played a little bit of everything. It waitress was nice & made sure to check on us. Shots were fairly cheap too
The Wings and drinks was hitting, and the customer service was very attentive. Overall atmosphere was grown and sexy with positive vibes! A great mid-week spot to just kick it.
Microbrewery known for its wood-fired pizza & a variety of burgers has a brick-lined pub setting.
The sliders were TO DIE FOR. Drinks were good, beer was good, fried pickles GOOOD! The bar-top itself is huge with good seating but it’s really close to the wall so you kind of have to move out of the way when people pass bye but not a huge deal. The host was kind and showed us to the bar, the bartender was ok her personality was meh and wasn’t talkative but was attentive when asked for another drink. They have their own beer which my fiancé enjoyed trying 2, they also post the color of the beer next to the name on a huge menu screen so you know if it’s light or dark. We loved that feature. We 100% will be back for the food again, the location downtown is great as well we walked down to the riverfront afterwards.
Very accommodating to us even though we were a party of 12 that just popped in. Sweet hostess and very nice waitstaff. The food was pretty good (my Monte Cristo was overdone and I was surprised it was even served looking like it did) but it still tasted ok. We had plans that afternoon or I would've had it redone. No worries though. Everything else was AMAZING! The Buffalo Cauliflower was delicious. My husband and son loved their After Midnight Burgers! Very nice atmosphere! We will definitely be back!
Great wings and fries. Staff were friendly. I showed up on a Thursday and it was kind of dead, but this place looks like it would be AWESOME on a Friday or Saturday evening.
I can only really speak to my patronage of Friends, which is the cigar lounge. It's roomy and has a nice atmosphere and ambiance. I would suggest making friends with the bar staff, because if you're just visiting the lounge when the main room is busy. Your service might be a little slow and aggregating at times, but overall, it's a nice spot.
Spacious dining room for updated Southern cuisine & brunch with beer, whiskey & house cocktails.
Visiting in town and the Wicked Hen was an amazing setting- top tier service and phenomenal experience. Tim, Rebecca and Abby were awesome. My mom and I couldn’t rave enough about our experience. Whenever we come to Columbus, we will make it a point to visit The Wicked Hen! Make sure to try Tim’s Lemonade- it’s a perfect blend of sweet with the infused mangoes and mandarin oranges and a hint of spice with the jalapeño.
Celebrated National Drinking With Chickens Day now that Wicked Hen is open for lunch again. Filet was cooked perfect. Trout was amazing and the seasonal vegetables were perfectly cooked and placed. Deviled eggs has a really unique lox/cream cheese spin that really stood out. Driving through town on our way to Dawson and had to stop. Enter in the back, no street access. Plenty of parking.
This place has some of the best food in town that I’ve found so far! Don’t let the looks of this place fool you or you will miss out. The bartenders greet you as soon as you sit down, very fast service, the cook came out to greet me, the people were extremely friendly and nice to me. Not only was the burger absolutely delicious but it was huge!!! They are not stingy with their food portions! Their prices are very reasonable. I love this place. 10/10 highly recommended!
I don't think I ate there and I did not order my own drinks so I really didn't deal with the service there while I was there. Also it may be beneficial to know that the date of this is visit showing that I've been there, I just pulled in and parked on the most recent date but I had been here when there was a band I think it's called the Damn Skippy Band, I did go there a time before this time too and this is more so the review it was one of the last time that they ( the band) played there. It was a fun atmosphere. The lead singer's girlfriend of the Damn Skippy Band is very welcoming and she was at the door, she's cute and she's,you know, friendly. I like that she talked to women that came in I totally thought that was pretty cool! Even some of "his" (the lead singer of the band ) other female fans were also right at the entrance, kind of, and dancing and interacting with the lead singer in the band. When I pretty much first walked in the door she was very friendly as well to me we were dancing, these ladies really made it an even better experience. So they had a band there the night that I actually went inside. I also played pool that night and me and my date played as a team we played some new acquaintances that we had just met there. We won the pool game, however, it was a close game as I recall. I also thought it was pretty neat to meet someone there that has been through some hard times and was on The rise showing some real success that he wasn't quite advertising to just anyone either at the time he figured he would advertise it after it was over or after it was already passed that beginning chapter I respect that there's wisdom in that. Other people were very nice and very complimentative and all the females were pretty cool and that says a lot to us, females, when deciding on where we want to go as a preference. However, I went there last night and I parked in the parking lot just for a moment. Deciding if I was going to get out band go to the bar solo or not and it was quiet as a mouse but it had about 15 - 20 cars in the parking lot but it was so quiet they must have soundproof walls. But then again drums playing live, mics, instruments in the band, I'm sure it was a lot louder outside then than last night without a band
Great place good vibes first time experience at a strip club really enjoyed myself girl are beautiful and nice treat them with respect and there treat you with respect
Took my gf here to celebrate her passing a big test. The dancers were very attentive and we had a great time! Lots of fine ladies who were very kind. The mixed drinks were great - and we played pool for a while too. A fun spot
It just a nice place for a drink, and to meet new people. Bar food outside tables so service is a little slower. But it's a local bar. Just sit and chill order two beers at a time if outside reorder after 1 1/2. No big deal
The Hangout...in front of Mellow Mushroom Our girls happy out choice.... I ordered the chicken tenders. And honestly one of the best around. Not alot of breading which i like, and chicken was juicy. Fries were ok We got our usual lemon drop shot (we order one from every place we go too) and it was decent, not our favorite, but not our worst. The vodka cranberry was on point though. Server was nice, friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I'd come back for the food and atmosphere
THE BEST BAR IVE BEEN TO! Hands down the friendliest bartenders and owners I’ve ever met! The bartenders remember your drinks after a couple visits so it feels like home even if you are just visiting. They have three pool tables and three dart boards so you don’t just have to sit and watch tv. Definitely recommend!
I came early on a Saturday and they were very nice people. I'd love to thank those that were there that spoke to me. I'm trying really hard not to be such an introvert.
Some of the bartenders are wonderful at their job. It's great to have a party, poker, pool, and have a drink after a hard days work.
Can I go here every Thursday for cocktails and entertainment and excellent company sometimes they have a live band and you can also have your parties there
Relaxed bar & grill offering Mediterranean & American comfort food, a hookah room & live music.
I've been here several times but thus was my first time going to the other side and it was a total vibe. I love how you can go from 1 side to the other and both were fu ,high energy etc. I danced all night and experienced the spicy Latin music.
Food was excellent! Best Mediterranean salad added ( gyro meat ) we have had in a long time. Gyro wrap and pizza were very good. Pleasantly surprised since everything else in the area was closed. Drinks were great and priced well. Staff very friendly and on point! The inside could use a makeover, dated and very worn tables and chairs. We returned the next evening for drinks and music had a great time! We recommend and we would return if in town again.
A super chill & laidback spot with a cool vibe. My first time here & enjoyed it. Just order at the counter, seat yourself, & enjoy! The beer wall is a fun touch with a great selection to choose from. I had the mozzarella sticks & chicken quesadilla - both were delicious & hit the spot. The ovens were pretty cool too! Definitely planning to come back next time I’m in Columbus!
Wanted a salad late Friday night (after 10 PM) and got a great one here. Super helpful service and my friend got the Wings. Even though it was busy we got our food quickly.
Owner is not friendly unless you are friends with her. Place needs upgrade. No parking unless you are the regulars that come there. Been there a few times in the past month she is always playing games on her phone. I always end up going to Mr wings and get lost in the crowd. I love dive bars. This is a dive bar but the owner just has her regulars and is not interested in anything else except her phone. Just live 2 blocks from the bar.
The best hometown "Dive" feeling bar with great people, cheap beer and a family oriented owner. You'll step through the door and be in the bar you want to be in and feel like anywhere you want it to be. Keep Hitch 'N Rail alive and the same forever.
Had a fantastic time at Players! This place is so much more than a pool hall—we played a few games of pool on their excellent tables, but also had fun with the mini bowling and arcade games. The food was surprisingly great for a sports bar, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It's a great spot for a casual night out with friends. We'll definitely be back!
Went to shoot pool for a colleagues birthday. It was fun and the table are reasonably priced @ $1.25 per game. The bar is a bit 6 drinks are good, but do not order a lemon drop as they serve lemon drop shots and try to pass it off as the drink lol. Otherwise, pretty good.
Tipsy has plenty to commend it for those passing through. The location means you'll need to drive or be kind to your Lyft driver, but once you're settled in, the staff here will be sure to take good care of you. The servers and bartenders are friendly and quick to help if you need anything. The bar is well stocked and one wall of the joint has dozens of games to pass the time, as long as you have the coin to spare. The food has your classic American fare on one side of the menu. However, I was most happily surprised by Latin and Indian options on the reverse side. From kebabs to street tacos, there's quite a few new treats to try here. Come through during your next visit to Columbus.
Atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very clean. Not too sure how long the stools will last. I went and switched to a wooden stool. The food was great and was not of a frozen origin. The beer was nice and cold and tasty. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning.
Had a great time at Hideaway Lounge for a night of bingo! The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The food and drinks were both really good. The only downside was the lack of servers — it seemed like they could’ve made a lot more in sales if they had more staff available to take orders. That said, I’ll definitely be back!
The lounge has a good atmosphere but they always seems to be overwhelmed when a large your event is going on, the food service becomes extremely slow . I’m not sure how many employees work in the kitchen but an event at the lounge completely changes the time to get your food to almost an impatient mode.
We were there for a birthday celebration. I would have given it a better had the restaurant been fully staffed. The bartender was busting tables, taking food, and drink orders. The service was good but again could have been better. I give props to the bartender for really doing a great job. We didn't let that stop the celebration. We had a great time. The food was okay, but it was bar food for sure. The drinks were on point. The atmosphere was great! Overlooking the Chattahoochee River was wonderful with the music playing. I would recommend this spot to have a great chill time after work or just for a social gathering to friends and family. They also have jazz music on the last Friday of the month.
A posh, upscale rooftop lounge and bar that overlooks the beautiful Chattahoochee River. Take the elevator up to the 7th floor and you walk out and into a beautiful lounge with living area seating and windows overlooking Uptown Columbus. Continue walking through and outside into a covered, expansive, and intimate rooftop balcony. Swing seating, Riverview seating, bar seating, and couch seating are your options. The service was great! Eunice was extremely helpful and was such a breathe of fresh air. The views of the water were beautiful, especially as the sun was going down. They have a limited light bite menu. I ordered the fried oysters. They were very fresh. Slightly seasoned. They have a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages. I really look forward to additional visits.
I thoroughly enjoyed playing pool here. The food was way above what the outside shows. Don't let the outside look fool you, this place has some of the best pool tables I have played on. They were Brunswick tables but shot like a mixture of Diamond and a Snooker table. If you play pool, you really must experience these 9 ft tables. Did not play on the coin tables but they all worked and had good cloth on them. If you are ever in Columbus and like to shoot pool, you have to give Legends a try.
What a great place to go hang out and shoot some pool. The waitress couldn't speak so she listened great, and was very easy on the eyes, always making sure we had a cold drink in our hand. The oysters were a little smaller than what I like but they were good.
Broadway does not need a late night rooftop bar. It regularly ignores city noise ordinances and guest DJs aren’t held accountable for their volume. It disturbs the entire block and dining at other venues and is too loud after midnight. Would be better if the restaurant Smoke and this rooftop bar switched and the noise was at least enclosed inside a building.
Hey I have to disagree with the 1-star revue talking about the music. I definitely went to this bar because of the music, and I thought the DJ was doing a great job. Actually mixing and playing old with new. There were people there dancing and having a great time. It’s a cute spot, the location and view is a definite plus. Good vibes, and not too loud. The point is to draw people in. If you don’t like volume, don’t move into a commercial area of a city. And $10 cover is fair.
Place is closed! From the looks. Quite awhile!
Acer's Bar and Grill is known for its friendly staff, great food, and lively atmosphere with karaoke and pool tables.
Typical bar fare, draft beer & cocktails offered in dark, easygoing surrounds with sports on TV.
Not from Columbus. Went looking for a bar the felt like home (no where central Illinois is where this is for me ) and I found for place for my current stay while I’m here. Highly recommend this bar! Great food! Cold beer! And great friendly service!!
I typically am not one to write reviews but my experience today must be shared in hopes to give recognition to our waitress, Sara(h), who deserves all the praise! My MIL and I were out for lunch after what’s been an extremely rough week for all of our family. In the midst of us debriefing and being each other’s shoulder to cry on, Sara(h) came to our table to close out our tab. In doing so, she so graciously felt it in her heart to share a word of encouragement with us, not knowing at all what a difficult week we have had! Her message was perfectly timed and I believe to have been from God Himself. Aside from being a GREAT server (food came out perfect) she was kind, soft-hearted, and ultimately a savior to the both of us who needed to hear a kind word from another human being. Mr. Wing, you have a gem in Sara(h)! We had a delicious lunch with great service. Everyone else was also very kind and attentive. Thanks for a great lunch!
Eatery & sports bar serving American fare, Sunday brunch & cocktails in a brick-walled space.
We ordered The Office Bird and the Spicy Chicken Pasta, and both were excellent! The Office Bird was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and had just the right balance of seasoning. The Spicy Chicken Pasta had a great kick without being overwhelming, and the sauce was rich and delicious. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot. Overall, we were really impressed and will definitely be ordering again! ❣️Shout Out To Morgan-Beautiful Smile❣️
Stopped in to try the steak special. The steak was awesome... the onion rings were also excellent... as were the appetizer of fried mushrooms... I sent the Brussel sprouts back... they were very bitter and very tough... i wasn't offered anything to replace them, redo them... or discount them from the bill... the service was a bit slow... inattentive... tip and all... with two cocktails was $100... I might return.... when I'm back in town.... not sure yet.....
The atmosphere was chill. The food was deliss and the added bonus of karaoke was lit. Will definitely be back.
If you like old school jams, southern soul, and an older crowd, this is the place to go. They do not serve food, but the vibes are great. 30s and up crowd for sure!!!
Great place to go and party with your friends. The staff are amazing!! From the the door to the DJ. The bartenders, security, and Mr. AL, the restroom attendant. It's like a family get together!
Great spot. Good music. Cheap drinks. They have sections you can rent with the purchase of bottle. We plan to come back for a birthday party. Fun times
I visited this establishment expecting an enjoyable evening of pool and drinks, but unfortunately my experience fell far short of that. The customer service was unprofessional, with staff members displaying a dismissive and at times outright rude attitude toward guests. What stood out most, however, was the behavior of the security personnel. Rather than maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, several of them appeared to escalate situations unnecessarily, even going so far as to instigate conflicts with patrons.
Dive bar with 7 pool tables and 1 dart board limited to 4 players. PBR pints are $3 on Wednesday, maybe other days too. I wanted to play darts but 4 people were already playing. It’s an old board. They do have a change machine, which is required to get quarters. (You can’t pay the machines with a credit card.)
