Craft cocktails in a funky hotel bar with arcade games & a motorcycle on the ceiling.
I’m surprised I have yet to leave a review for my favorite bar! David and Noah are my favorite, and have made drinking cocktails there so much fun (specifically a Last Word). Fridays are for Wayward! 🤍💃🏼
"The best service ever! I was not expecting to be treated to a 10-star experience. We visited Savannah after a convention, and the staff took great care of us. Specifically David! We are so happy to announce that this is the best place in town to visit if you want to have a great time and enjoy a drink. Come and say hi—don’t hesitate!"
Helpful tip if you’re new here: find the seating where you feel comfortable to chill, look over the menu, and then place your order and payment at the bar counter—nope, no one will come to you 🐺. Any questions you have, you have to approach the bar 😉. I even had to wipe down the wood bar table myself because of water stains from old drink glasses. I picked this lounge to meet friends because the drinks presentation I saw in other Google reviews looked pretty. I felt the lone wolf vibe when I entered. I didn’t feel welcomed (maybe that’s the vibe they wanted to give 😅 to match the brand?), but I made myself comfortable by leaning into my extroverted side 😎. I even convinced my friends, who were about to step out, to stay. The bartender seemed aloof and reserved, but his 🍹🍸🥃🍊 mixing skills were 👍🏼👍🏼. I tried two of their crafted selections, both delicious, and even the mocktail my friend ordered was yummy.
Easily one of the best bars in Savannah with the best drinks, bartenders, and ambiance! If you are brave enough you can even enter the cobra room!
Cool place, came here because I’ve heard they have the best burger and fries in Savannah. Their burger is nothing special, smaller patties not smashed and well done. Their fries on the other hand are the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Perfect in every way.
A tiny dive bar that has old country music playing, Texas vibes, and delicious bar food. Bartender was super friendly, revolving door of regulars, and the vibe was awesome. Will definitely be going back when in town again. And definitely order the fries, they were insane.
Simple setup featuring a sandwich shop by day & pub with specialty cocktails until late at night.
Ok, look at the picture of my sandwich. It looks kinda boring right? I mean, nothing really says wow, that's different right? I don't know how they do it, I'm trying to figure it out, it's driving me crazy! That turkey club is pretty freaking good? Each bite, I'm expecting to taste like any other club I've had? It's gotta be the meat and cheese or something? I know it's expensive, I'm cheap too but my two sons have told me over and over how good it is. It is good. The potato salad is really mustardy but it is pretty good too. I will be back! The neighborhood vibe is pretty cool too.
Came by Monday afternoon with a friend and managed to snag some seats at the bar. The bartender was very kind and courteous even though they were busy. I got a turkey sandwich for there and it was delicious. The overall ambiance was cute and intimate even though its a bit cramped in there.
Really cool spot. Great vibe. The super creative mixologists were delighted to make you any cocktail you like. Friendly, funny and laid back. The space was also very clean and had convenient hooks under the bar for purse, umbrella or whatnot. Had a smoked old-fashioned, another with rye, and a Sidecar. Delicious and expertly prepared.
Probably the coolest and authentic-feeling speakeasy I’ve been to. Atmosphere: on point. Cocktails: top tier. Service: most genuine and entertaining bartenders. We mozied into The Bootlegger and found we had so much fun we didn’t really want to leave. It was late and hot and muggy, but this place was air conditioned, dark and charming, and the guys helping us with our scrumptious cocktails were so much fun! Bubs and Lucky are the best. Come in and see them for a unique and entertaining drink or meal.
Had one beer here and when the glass was empty just sat there while the owner and a bartender walked back and forth past me for over 10 minutes. There were 8 people here at most and seemed like they'd rather hang out with there friends than make new customers. Very disappointed!
Nice environment, great drinks, and the bartender was friendly and a mixologist.
Ice-based drinks, shots & cocktails delivered in a perennial cash-only venue with a vintage vibe.
Stumbled across this iconic and historic dive bar on Saturday. (Thanks to Yelp) It was close to 100’ outside and there was a full bar inside. Cash only. (You can take your drinks to go.) Not food service. No tabs. No outside seating. It does have tons of local flair! Everyone seems to know each other and they were very welcoming to us. We stayed for a while and really enjoyed our visit to Pinky’s.
Pinkie Masters was recommended to us by friends and new friends alike. It is AWESOME. Total throwback, no frills, but Matt the bartender was fabulous, and the atmosphere can‘t be beat.
My wife and I visited Better Than Sex in Savannah this past Saturday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is intimate, dimly lit, and playful—perfect for a date night. The menu is packed with witty, suggestive names that make ordering as fun as the drinks and desserts themselves. We tried a couple of cocktails and shared a decadent dessert, and everything was top-notch in flavor and presentation. The staff leaned into the theme with charm and professionalism, making the whole experience feel seamless. If you’re in Savannah, this spot is a must for something fun, romantic, and unique.
I’ve been eyeing Better Than Sex in other cities, and finally made it here. Now I’m convinced Houston needs one ASAP. This concept would be a guaranteed hit! The Popcorn Pimp Cheesecake was pure indulgence…..A++++. I still can’t decide what I loved most: the salty-sweet crunch of the chocolate-covered popcorn or the luscious caramel-coated cheesecake cake beneath it. Either way, it was a perfect tease. Then came the Caress My Carrot Cake…moist, rich, and downright irresistible. Every bite was a wink and a nudge to keep coming back for more. Between the seductive names, creative flavors, and cheeky atmosphere, this spot lives up to its name and then some. Definitely worth every sinful bite.
Hip basement bar serving a wide array of cocktails in a brick-walled space with booth seating.
Hands down the best vegetarian slider I’ve ever had. Ever. The mushroom sliders came with two delicious, cheesey, meaty mushroom delights. After the food, the unique menu and vibe of the bar are hands down reason to come back - tomorrow! Cool tasty drinks and an underground room? Sold.
Great to bring outside of town friends. Very trendy good mixology bar. I enjoyed dressing up a bit to go. In the alley you go down some doors and enter a larger bar well decorated. Excellent for date night, or just to feel like “you went out” Dimly lit. Had a specialty drink and a classic dirty martini. Both well done.
Sophisticated speakeasy in a restored armory with imaginative cocktails & an extensive bourbon list.
Stopped in Artillery Bar during a recent trip to Savannah because I had artillery punch on my list of "must try" in Savannah. Lucky for me it was one block from my hotel, convenient since I had a few drinks. I started with the artillery punch which was delicious and came in a cute little pineapple shaker. And I loved the little kick from the champagne at the end. Artillery punch aside, they have a comprehensive menu of drinks to suit whatever your preferred drink might be. I followed-up with a paper plane and it was delicious. I came solo, but this is also a really great before or after dinner spot to meet up with friends. And obviously great solo too!
This bar is a very intimate and curated experience. The host greeted us at the door and was extremely personable and funny. The seating is very intimate and we went on a slow night so it was very relaxed. The server was also very kind easy to chat with. The bar felt very social with the people working as they were consistently focused on giving you a good experience. We ordered absinthe service and the bartender took very good care of us to give us the best experience. The drinks were absolutely incredible. We ordered an espresso martini as well and it was fantastic it was chocolatey, beautiful coffee flavor and creamy. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxed, they played upbeat house music in a vintage styled bar with some Moroccan influence. It was beautiful and a memorable experience even with the high prices.
As self-proclaimed whiskey snobs, The Whiskey in Savannah blew us away. Their selection is top-tier, including their own custom single barrel Knob Creek that was smooth, complex, and worth the trip alone. The bartender was sharp, funny, attentive, and knew his stuff, which made the whole experience even better. The vibe is like a modern speakeasy dim lighting, stylish but unpretentious, and the perfect place to unwind. It was laid-back and intimate, just right for sipping something strong and actually enjoying the person you’re with. This place is officially on our must-visit list for every Savannah trip. We’ve already told all of our friends about it. A hidden gem for true whiskey lovers.
One of my faves of Savannah! Great bartenders - top notch! Fantastic bourbon selection & great mixed drinks
Amazing rooftop which was perfect for a weekend brunch! The loaded fries were great and the smoked salmon toast was even better. The drinks were expensive but good!
Super cool and unique rooftop bar. Loved the vibe up here and the drinks were really good and refreshing, we had the mule. Got to watch a few container ships leaving the ports while enjoying the breeze.
They have a daily M-F lunch deal. I had the Friday pork chop. It was awesome and thick. The cheesey potatoes, corn, and black-eyed peas were perfect as a side dish. No complaints It's a tavern, so you have the bar atmosphere.
A few pool tables and some good food. We tried the Philly cheese steak with tots, and the club with fries and they were all really good. The ladies waiting the bar were sweet and quick, even with a large Friday crowd.
Reserved entire place for Friday night for a reunion . There 6 hours. Over 100 people from all over the US and some international. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The venue / atmosphere was beautiful. The staff were impeccable. The service was fantastic. The communication was great. Easy to work with. Incredible night every way possible. Food and drinks were delicious and the bar service was top notch!!! Victor and his staff made this night PERFECT. Thank you so much. 10 star!!!
The view of the Savannah river was very beautiful. The food was amazing too. I recommend ordering the seafood dip if you're able to eat seafood, of course. My waitress Eillen was very polite and sweet as well. A++++
I have a lovely time here with bartenders Kristen and Kayla. They're both very attentive and knowledgeable... also the multiple choice trivia on Mondays is quite entertaining.
It's a small Bar with a Cheers kind of feel. Most of the people there are regulars. It's a mature crowd. The drinks are VERY reasonably priced and made pretty well by either bar tender. There is a pool table, a dart board, digital games, and they have live bands play from time to time and they do karaoke. Not big enough to provide food. But the Cannaboils(find on IG) pop up they once had on site..... AMAZIN food made to order. There is a reasonable amount of parking and a covered outdoor smoking area with some seating and fans.
Abraham Lincoln-themed tavern pouring craft beers & cocktails in a rustic-chic setup with a patio.
Abe’s was one of our stops during our haunted cocktail walk. The amount of drawings of Abraham Lincoln is astounding! They are literally everywhere you look! Drinks were tasty and the vibe was fun. It’s a smaller sized bar so we were kinda packed in there while we were there. We had a great time and would definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area. Bartender was great.
Hands down my favorite spot to get a few drinks in Savannah! The staff is great and the drinks are not only on point, but they are reasonably priced. We make it a point to always come back! While you're there, ask for a paper and pen, they'll let you pick a spot to add your Abraham Lincoln drawing. Love this place! No food here, ear before arriving!
Hanging Edison bulbs set a cool vibe at this bar with regular live music & many screens for sports.
Had a blast at the barrel house, Jeff and Layla were a great, I’m a tourist and not familiar with the area they made the night life amazing and the atmosphere is dim with great music. They told me about all the local spots and places to visit while making me great drink. I never had to wait for drink! They were on top of it. Jeff is awesome told great dad jokes and Layla was a stunning young lady that made my night with stories. All around great experience I would love to to visit again!
Came here on a Saturday night and it was very crowded! There was a $5 cover charge. Upstairs there was a DJ and tons of people dancing. Downstairs was a more relaxed vibe with a ton of pool tables and chairs. Downstairs only had one functioning bathroom though and there was a very long line
Stumbled into this place as it was near Boomy’s where we ate superb Thai hot drunken noodles, glad we did. Super awesome jams on their playlist - most we sang along - attentive bartenders and affordable cold beers. Wish we could’ve hung out longer.
When planning a visit to Rogue Water, it's essential to approach the experience with an open mind. While you won't find a full restaurant menu here, be prepared for the reality that drinks can be on the pricier side. However, what truly distinguishes Rogue Water from other bars is its exceptional bartending staff and the vibrant, inviting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you walk through the door. The second floor offers an exciting karaoke space that adds an entertaining twist to your night. In between karaoke sessions, you can enjoy a carefully curated selection of music that keeps the energy alive and the good vibes flowing. Keep in mind that this venue tends to draw large crowds, especially during weekends and special events, so it's not uncommon to encounter long lines as you wait to get in. Given that Rogue Water is a popular hangout for college students, expect a lively and bustling environment, particularly during peak times. If you’re looking for a lively night out filled with fun and entertainment, this spot is definitely worth checking out!
Collegial pub in an 1890s building serving beers & drinks alongside pigs' feet & pickles.
What a fun dive bar! We happened upon there anniversary party where they provided free food, music and hosted a silent auction. Cool bartenders and patrons.
We came for a drink and stayed to enjoy the music and it’s open til 3am. We had a great time. A fun place to hang out the last days of 2024.
Playful pub with 80's & 90's decor, offering beer, cocktails & old-school video games & pool tables.
Located under street level, this was quite a happening place for a week night. Karaoke, pool tables and pinball...what more could you want in a bar? Yeah, I was the oldest chicken in the hen house, but when you are out to have a good time with friends, age is relative, and the atmosphere of the bar took me back to my 20s again. It was rather busy, so bar service could take a few minutes when ordering.
This is the best bar in town. karaoke, stand-up comedy, even sometimes a show, cheapest drinks, best music, good condition pool tables, best vibe. All 90's themed. Will definitely recommend & will definitely come back.
Bar Julian is hands down one of my favorite spots in Savannah. I absolutely love this place—the atmosphere is super nice and the views are incredible. From up top, you can see all of Savannah, and it really makes the experience feel special. The food is always amazing, and the cocktails are some of the best I’ve had anywhere. I love that they constantly update their cocktail menu—it keeps things exciting, and I’ve had some truly fantastic drinks here. The vibe honestly reminds me of a rooftop bar in NYC, but with that Savannah charm and stunning skyline. Whether you’re looking for a night out with friends, a date spot, or just a place to enjoy good food and drinks with an unbeatable view, Bar Julian never disappoints.
✨Step into this stunning bar with breathtaking views of downtown Savannah!🏙️ Enjoy delicious food or the cocktails. Pepperoni pizza was good and would recommend. 🍕 FOLLOW FOR VIDEO REVIEWS @GHSTLENS TIKTOK | INSTAGRAM | YOUTUBE
Upscale American pub fare & craft cocktails in a handsome, casual space with bar seats & brunch.
We were attending a conference downtown at River Street and wanted to get off of the beaten path and try something different. We found The Fitzroy and the reviews and pictures looked delicious. So, we made a reservation and we are so glad that we did. Everything was fantastic and very unique in a delightful way. We sat on the rooftop and just had an enjoyable meal. Zach took great care of us and we highly recommend giving this restaurant a go if you enjoy really great food.
Ate here for a private group dinner and had an amazing time, all handled very well by our sever Steve. The starters and sides are all great, with favorites being the eggplant dip and meatballs. The fried flounder was amazing, and the swordfish was good as well. The Bees in the Trap cocktail was pretty good as well.
Food: Okonomiyaki with pork belly and short ribs. Super great and interesting take. One thing that made the Okonomiyaki different was the toasted Bonito flakes. Super savory and a good mixture of textures. If you're not into savory onion and fish flavors, it's not for you. Drinks: Low Country Luau (great for people who like tart drinks) , A Dapper Mellow (if you're not super into fruity rum Drinks and are more of a bourbon or whiskey drinker this is for you), Tropical Pleasure, Riviera Maya 2.0, Maiden's Revenge. Overall, it was a great experience and food. The price was just a bit expensive for the kind of food and drinks offered. The bar tenders and wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. If you are into trying different tiki bars in different states, this is worth the stop. The Bamboo Room has some unique offerings on their menu. I'd definitely order the Okonomiyaki and Maiden's Revenge.
This tiki bar is pure vibes. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported, colorful lights, bamboo decor, and island tunes set the perfect mood. It’s charming without trying too hard, with every corner giving off that laid-back, beachy energy. The drinks? Tropical yum. Think playful garnishes and just the right kick. Whether you’re into classic Mai Tais or adventurous house specials served in funky tiki mugs, they’ve got you covered. The staff was warm and welcoming, adding to the cozy, festive feel. It’s the kind of place where you can sip, laugh, and forget what time it is.
Global dishes & cocktails offered in a late-night, comfy bar & restaurant with a terrace.
The craft cocktails are incredible—bartenders clearly take pride in mixing up these tantalizing works of art. The place has a fun 80s vibe, with the staff looking like they pulled their outfits straight from a vintage closet. The real highlight is spinning vinyl records, complete with the occasional crackle and static. Absolutely love this spot.
Stopping here to refresh is the best. And when there’s a party in Downtown, grabbing a cocktail is always a great idea. Thank you for making us part of your cleaning solutions.
Longtime (rumored to be haunted) hangout in a restored district for drinks, TV sports & live bands.
Hard to give bar a rating. Not a huge tap beer selection. This place is EXCELLENT for grabbing a beer and having entertainment options. All kinds of games for adults to enjoy. Would be a FUN night out with a group of friends. When we visit again, we're definitely stopping back in.
Dive bar vibes, with some fun games scattered around and on the tables. The bartender was friendly but not overbearing. The drinks they have listed are definitely more on the sweeter and more main stream but reasonably priced. It seems like a great spot to host big groups for a night out, bachelorette or bachelor parties. We sat at the bar to watch a game but didn’t try any food.
Stopped in at Cheers to You on Wilmington Island and had one of the most unwelcoming bar experiences I’ve ever had. The bartender was borderline rude from the start; no drink recommendations, no enthusiasm. When I asked about specials or signature drinks, she flatly said there were none… even though there was a jalapeño margarita clearly written on the board behind her. This place seems to cater only to locals; if you’re not a regular, don’t expect warm service. I asked if she could make a specific drink and got repeated “no, no, no” responses, claiming she didn’t have the ingredients. When she finally made my drink, she slid it over with a sarcastic “good luck!” We left right after and went to Bar Bar on Wilmington, where the service, atmosphere, and drink selection were miles better. If you’re looking for a friendly bar with good drinks, skip Cheers to You.
My friends and I have gone here multiple times and the atmosphere is usually great. The sunset is great but we went here last night for my friend’s birthday and she’s never had a problem with her ID until the bartender rudely said “oh honey, I’d get this updated, not everywhere will take a vertical ID. I will this one time but you gotta get this fixed.” She said this in front of everyone. The whole bar got quiet and she caused a scene. Didn’t even wish my friend a happy birthday. She just wanted the money from the high noon she served her. Very poor experience. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Probably won’t be back again.
This place was AWESOME! We walked in and was checked by security WHO WAS FRIENDLY.. Then was charged $5 per person AT THAT TIME AROUND 9-10pm and got ID checked and found a great table! The staff was very attentive and friendly! Gave good advice on the food and the drinks.. The atmosphere was smooth.. The vibes were cool calm and fun all at the same time. They had a stage and a Dj. Our food order came at a decent time. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! We ate great and enjoyed some good music and it was a good crowd of people enjoying the many many pool tables they had available along with several tvs that had all sorts of sports playing!! So you can either shoot pool and drink and eat or just sit and watch the many tvs that they have that feature all types of sports and order some good food and drinks! I haven’t been out in the night in a while so this was A GREAT PLACE TO START! I’m hoping to get out soon with more friends and come back! HUGE THANKS TO THE BARTENDERS!! They were fast and friendly and I adored them!
It was my first time at Rack ‘Em Up and I highly enjoyed myself along with my friends. The drinks and food were good and it didn’t break my pockets. They also played great music to dance to. Can’t wait to visit again!
Seafood, steak & Southern fare in a onetime cotton warehouse on the river with stone & brick walls.
I picked the place based on positive reviews and when we walked in the ambiance made me a little nervous. However, we stayed and ate. The food was delicious. We had the hot bread and cheese which was delicious. The calamari wasn't my favorite a little tough. The steam meal was fantastic great crab. The Cajun tortellini was very good with delicious scallops, could use a little more spice. Definitely recommend eating here!
The rain made me come in. After an all day walking-no lunch break- I needed a little pick me upper that would tie me up until dinner. The Grouper nuggets and hush puppies did the trick! Lightly breaded, great flavors and delightfully crispy. Very generous portion for an appetizer. The service was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is charming. Bartender was super charismatic and my server was so nice!!
Boisterous, late-night dueling-piano saloon with songs selected by the audience & a pub grub menu.
This bar is one of your best bets in Savannah near River Street. Just a ton of fun and you can end up easily spending a few hours in here! Dueling pianos as you would expect, but this one also has the addition of a drummer, and sometimes even a little synthesizer. They mix up the singers/players every so often, which keeps it fresh. Gets fun and rowdy and they willingly takes song recommendations with a $20 or more tip. All kinds of songs and genres are performed so something for everyone. They also let groups get up on stage to sing along, again, for the right amount of cash. It gets very full and busy but even still, getting a drink was very quick in my experience. Tables are first come, first serve but whenever you see a spot open up, you can just jump on it. The place is actually pretty large but even if you can’t find a table, there are lots of places that you can stand. There is a $10 cover charge. Don’t miss this!
Very cool experience! First time seeing a dueling piano bar and it was so much fun! We went right when they opened and it was not super crowded until around 11, even then the atmosphere is lively, fun and lighthearted. The pianist do a really good job amping the crowd up and keeping the energy up! Highly recommend seeing this place if you stop in Savannah. The servers were also super nice and attentive for how busy they can get. Be prepared to lose your voice from scream singing along!
Buzzing place featuring American pub fare, plus live music & a game room with big-screen TVs.
Bartenders are awesome! Pool tables inside. Great place to meet friends and hang out. Multiple TV's inside, playing football games, which was what we enjoyed most. Live music at times which can be loud, but fun. Nice outside area and bar as well. We always visit here when we are in town.
A little after 2am on August 24th at The Social (level floor), I was dancing with my friends and I saw that my friend got straight tequila with ice and I wanted to get a little tipsy, so I asked the bartender for just tequila with ice. She said "with what?" And I said, just tequila in a cup. She then gave me a shot of tequila. I then said I want it in a cup with ice. She then poured the shot into the bigger cup and said "here!" I said I wanted more tequila...with ice...in a cup in the most casual tone possible because I didn't want to cause a scene and I respected the employees there. Then she told me no and to leave with no reason all because I wanted tequila with ice in a cup. The worker next to her also told me that I gotta go when he didn'teven know what was happening. So I casually went to my friends and told them that I was getting kicked out because I just asked for tequila with ice. Then another employee came my way and proceeded to escort me out of "The Social". Didnt know it was illegal or bad to ask for tequila with ice when sober. May not come back to this section of the establishment. Great music though!
This joint is my new "Cheers"! I love everything about it. I come by several times a week. For lunch, for dinner, for drinks, or just fartin around on the pool table with the regulars, it's the best spot. Faith is our go-to server, but anyone in the joint will provide excellent service, be it Kelsey, Anne, Anne, Ashley, John, Amaya, or whoever! Behind the bar, Pam, Ian, or Tara will get you RIGHT!! Just sayin! I LOVE THE DRAFT ROOM!!
Came in on Tuesday it was triva night, nice crowd luckily found seats as it was a full house. Good crowd we had the Nachos and added chicken, the cuban and the pub burger. As i just moved into the neighborhood, i will definitely be back
Local watering hole dishing up wings, fried seafood & other casual eats in chill surrounds.
Our first time in Savannah and we found this fun place with great drinks and awesone food! The bartenders, Ony (The Tony without the T) , Jamie and Leah are a blast! I have a severe shrimp allergy and they made sure all the safety precautions were made for me so I can enjoy this amazing food too! Oh and trust their judgement on the "mystery shots" - they're all different and so good!! Highly recommend and we will be back!!!
Great place. Extremely crowded and loud. Live music. Tons of drinks on tap. Tons of alcohol options. Great food for a bar. Chicken club is amazing!
British-run tavern serving English draft beers, plus traditional & creative pub grub, in comfy digs.
Awesome meal with awesome service!! Kate was amazing!! She helped us decide on entrees with great appetizer suggestions. I cant visit without having the fried green tomatoes which are the best in town!! Also had the wings and they were so good?? We had the chicken pot pie and English dip which were amazing! We finished with the lava cake!! Amazing meal from start to finish!!
The place was pretty deserted when we popped in to grab some lunch and escape the rain! Eden gave amazing recommendations and so we tried the poutine appetizer and split an order of the cottage pie with a side of truffle brussel sprouts! It was the perfect mix of flavor and cozy/comfort food. Not sure when we will return to Savannah next, but 10/10 we will be going to Churchill’s again asap!
This sleek hot spot decorated in gold offers draught cocktails & hosts live bands, DJs & trivia.
Great and unique eclectic bar. The bar has some very unique regulars who are super cool and friendly. The drinks are very affordable and the vibe is awesome. The bartender is super cool too.
We always have a great time, we are late 40 early 50 in age and it was full of kids but they play the best music! Bartender Lizzy is awesome! Can't wait to go back!
This place has been here forever. Last night they had two piece bluegrass band. It is a small neighborhood bar. Not a bad place to grab a drink.
Kate and Mel are amazing! Bar is clean and everyone is friendly. Wednesday music bingo is fun and they have a live band on Fridays. Definitely will be back.
Offering plenty of TVs to watch the game, this bustling haunt offers pizza, sandwiches & wings.
This place is a perfect stop off after shopping on River Street or just as a local hang out spot too. I’ve dreamed of their pizza after visiting back in 2012 and got a chance to visit them again in this most recent trip! When ordering the Pickle Pizza or the S Pizza, order a side cup of the wings sauce (Spicy Garlic Honey, you’ll thank me later for the flavor combo 💖 Hope to return again soon & do a custom pizza 🍕 next time in Savannah.
Great food and fun atmosphere! Delicious Italian Hoagie and Bavarian Pretzel. We stopped in on a hot Savannah day to cool off at this spot and loved it. Lots to do inside, plenty of TVs and GREAT service!
Decent vibe and atmosphere. One of the managers name Enrique was very friendly, yet professional. He made sure my group and I were taken care of and was having a good time. And to top it off, a special shout out for the bartender Lacie. She was super fun (as you can see in the photo) and also professional. I definitely recommend this place , especially if the two I mentioned are there.
This is a really cool place; granted it's not The Jinx, but that is a tall order in itself. It still has the same vibe and feel as The Jinx once did. However, admittedly I was only stopping by for a drink and to check the place out so no band playing or setting up when I was there so I cannot attest to the music taste of whomever books the venue or even how often it is booked. But I can say that the bartender was awesome and the clientele was equally awesome in the sense that they could have been transplants from The Jinx. Great booze selection at fair pricing, good company, conversations, and an overall fun time!
Local haunt for live music & comedy shows, offering drink specials, late-night eats & billiards.
A fun local “dive” bar. The bartender was great and the beer was priced right ($5.00 draft of Sweetwater 420). The bar was also dog friendly. We visited in the afternoon but it looks like they regularly have live music at night. They also have pinball, pool, and darts.
Been one time, it was on a Saturday night and they had two local bands, one rock and one more heavy metal. I'm not really a bar/club person cause most are filled with testosterone filled youngens that ruin the atmosphere. But this place I felt was more respectful enjoyable time to get out and be in good company, live music, and multiple gaming activities if one chooses. The free parking is definitely a big plus and located out of the downtown chaos. Lastly, the night I went there seemed to have a good mixture of different age groups. I would highly suggest giving it a try if your looking to get out, let loose, in a more peaceful atmosphere with live music. 👍
Swanky drinks, small plates & a fire pit star at this chic top-floor hot spot in the Bohemian Hotel.
We didn’t eat, just popped in for a drink. Service was super slow, but once they made it over to us she was friendly. Just few too people staffed, it would seem. Great views of the river though!
Absolutely loved our experience at Rocks on the Roof! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was incredible. The rooftop view is truly unbeatable - especially at sunset. We really enjoyed the variety of cocktails and appetizers, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a memorable evening out in Savannah!
Sports-centric neighborhood hub with bar food & ample beer choices, plus pool, darts & theme nights.
This is my favorite chicken wing place in Savannah. I love breaded wings, and theirs always hit the spot. I got the Carolina gold and spicy ranch today, great flavors. Lunch was great and I was in and out pretty quick. Service was great too. It does look like a good place to go get some drinks at too, but I was working. Go check them out!
My first visit to Tailgate and the wings did not disappoint. The lemon pepper, their version is "dry & naked", was definitely on point, fresh, hot and a good size. (Their wings are available "naked" or breaded, with a list of flavors for each type available - a nice touch that can satisfy most people's tastes.) I ordered 8 wings, which came out with a side of tots done with chili and cheese. Unfortunately, the side dish was not up to par, arriving at the table only warm and quickly became colder at the table. The service started well, as we were greeted quickly and our order taken with the initial drink order delivered promptly. However, towards the end of our visit our waitperson was absent for way too long and after a 20 minute wait for the check we wondered if we might have to go find some help. Not good, since that also meant drink refills didn't happen.
Boisterous, multi-level nightclub known for dancing, drag shows & a basement video bar.
Had a freaking blast.. My new place to hang out. Folks were fun, kind and great to party with.. Great show they had. It has 3 floors of fun. Each floor had their own atmosphere and I hanged out on all 3. Karaoke @10. That was fun as heck.. the divas did the dam thang. Great job ladies
We went for a burlesque show and it was a great time! The show was amazing, if I could go back in time I would have paid for the table for sure. After the show we decided to check out the downstairs for the drag show. They have some arcade games, s*x toy claw machine, and pool tables. Such a great club so much fun and the community that hangs out here are so welcoming and fun to be around. The drag show was AMAZING. I wish I could go to every show. Highly recommend, if you are in the area/visiting. It is a great time!
Hidden speakeasy located below Flock of the Work. Such a cool vibe. Craft Cocktails were delicious! We did not have food but nibbles were available. This is a must visit in Savannah.
Drinks are great! Wish I could go back for more, but I live out of town. This place is totally worth stopping in! The speakeasy vibes are on point!
Lively restaurant & lounge in an inn offering all-day American comfort fare, plus weeknight karaoke.
It’s a neat little bar with fun karaoke on Tuesday nights, but they don’t tell you that you have to pay to participate. I came in with a group of 8 after choir rehearsal to have some fun and the bar had only 4 people in it. It gradually filled up, and after well over an hour, we still never got to sing (we didn’t have money in our choir binders). It was such a bummer—they will put people ahead of you endlessly if you don’t pay. I tried offering all the candy I had in my bag but the DJ was diabetic (lol). Big downer. Just be prepared, come with cash if you want to do karaoke.
Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. But DJ Grizzly for karaoke night is the highlight for me. I went to the karaoke night after having a long Tuesday and it was nonstop laughter, energy, and fun. 10/10 highly recommended. If you haven’t experienced karaoke with DJ Grizz you are missing out!
Casual hangout done in brick & bamboo with American pub eats, lots of TVs, full bar & various games.
This spot was really good but man, the staff appeared overwhelmed. We watched as a party of 6 came in to watch college football and the waitress refused to wait on them because she said she had too many tables..I probably watched 5 tables come in and leave..lots of money out the door. The food was great and our waiter busted his butt..I would recommend this place.
Now, this place has fried pickle spears done to perfection, not those cooked to nothing pickles. Fresh cut shoe string size fries. The service by Alicia was exceptional. It's a really nice atmosphere with a lot of TVs. Thanks for the response, 🌟 up!
Casual, brick-walled hangout known for its chicken fingers & happy hour, plus pub grub & pizza.
This place is kid friendly, although there's a bar near the front entrance. The menu had a good variety. The turkey burger was flavorful, the kid's pizza was cheesy, and the chicken tenders taste more a of beer batter instead of the dry flour baste. Overall good.
Spanky’s is a Savannah classic! The location on River Street is perfect, with a fun and laid-back atmosphere that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The food is exactly what you’d expect — casual, hearty, and great for sharing. The chicken fingers and spuds definitely live up to the hype, and the honey horseradish sauce was a standout. We also tried the pizza and burgers, which were solid and hit the spot after a day of walking the riverfront. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that some dishes could use a little more seasoning, and prices are a bit on the higher side compared to the portions. But overall, it’s a fun, convenient stop with good food, a great location, and plenty of Savannah charm.
This rooftop bar is a gorgeous space! Reservations were needed for the seating in the garden. But, the indoor seating is equally comfortable and beautiful. The views of the river are the real winners along with the fried chicken & french toast-a must try! The services was great and reasonably paced timing. I'm looking forwarding to visiting again. This was a great experience
I love the outdoor seating with rooftop view. The bartender was kind and genuine. He made delicious refreshing drinks. The duck breasts, I wouldn’t recommend. Still has a duck smell and strong taste. So I ordered pork belly buns and it was good. Buns served warmed and thick pork belly slices were well seasoned.
Lively, industrial-chic tavern with an ambitious craft-beer list, cocktails & American comfort food.
We stopped by Savannah Taphouse on a Tuesday night and really enjoyed the lively atmosphere—great music and TVs everywhere, perfect for a chill evening. The food overall was good, and the drink selection was impressive with plenty of options to choose from. However, the dessert was a bit of a letdown. We ordered the key lime pie, but it looked and tasted more like a cake than a traditional pie. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but she did forget an item from our order, and it took a surprisingly long time to get a simple salad. That said, the place was clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a go-to spot!
Me and my wife went Sunday evening and everything was great. We were greeted and sat down right away. The server was very friendly and had a bunch of recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the menu overall. We got the waffle loaded fries as an appetizer which were so good. Definitely ask for the fluffer nutter beer (not on tap but def worth it). On the other hand their tap list is definitely worth a visit.
Hip rooftop bar offering specialty cocktails & New American bites in modern digs with river views.
Top Deck was one of the highlights of our trip to Savannah! The food, drinks, staff and atmosphere were top notch. Zach and Jess were super kind and helpful, provided excellent service and hospitality. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out onto the river and the gorgeous views. Great way to enjoy an afternoon! We especially liked the pork wings- definitely a must try when you go. Top Deck is definitely a gem of Savannah!
The views are beautiful! They have indoor and outdoor seating. We chose outdoor! You can sit on the shady side or at the table with a big awning covering them! The server was wonderful and made it so fun. The drinks were incredible! We got a couple appetizers to snack on. The pretzel was delicious. The charcuterie board was amazing! The local honeycomb was a great touch!
Family-run sports bar featuring burgers & pizza plus pool, darts & high-definition TVs.
Amanda is the best waitress I have ever seen!! She remembered every single order for everyone without writing one single word down!! Gave us great suggestions and was absolutely amazing!! Just the sweetest thing! We stopped on our way out of Savannah and I wished we'd come earlier so I could go again!! The cook/ manager was equally amazing and the food.... Delicious!! We played pool with the kids and they are autistic and they even loved this place!! We had a blast here and I highly recommend it for families, couples and even if you're just out alone. We met some of the regulars at the bar and they were also amazing. The whole atmosphere was laid back and casual with upscale quality food and service!!! Get the wings, the burger, or quesadilla... You can't go wrong!!! Thank me later!!
The establishment is delightful, Rachael is a truly exceptional person. I appreciate having had the opportunity to speak with the owner, she made me feel incredibly welcome, like a best friend house.
Massive nightclub with three floors of DJs spinning tunes, drink specials & special theme events.
Ok so we were super early, (9pm lol) music was on point though, 3 levels of fun lower level is Latin and hip hop, 2 level is mixed all over the place, super diverse, 3rd level is more shill there are games you can play.
We had an amazing experience at Club 51 Degrees in Savannah! Nikki went above and beyond to help us set up a VIP section for our large group, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. The setup was perfect—plush seating, stylish décor, and a fully stocked area with mixers, waters, champagne, and Red Bull. She even made sure we had the specific liquor we wanted, which was a huge plus. One of the best things about Club 51 Degrees is the three floors, each offering a different vibe and music style. Whether you’re into latin dance beats, hip-hop, or a more laid-back lounge feel, there’s something for everyone. DJ Leo on the Latin floor kept the energy high all night, playing an awesome mix of music, and even gave a special shoutout to the couple we were celebrating and there was a personalized marquee sign, which made the night even more memorable. I also really appreciated how accommodating the staff was regarding accessibility. Since there’s no elevator, they made sure we had a fantastic setup on the first floor, ensuring I was comfortable and able to fully enjoy the night with my group. Nikki was incredibly attentive throughout, checking in on us and making sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was lively and everyone had an unforgettable night. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a top-tier club experience in Savannah, Club 51 Degrees is the place to be. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere! Everyone was friendly. Girls are beautiful, the bartenders are super knowledgeable. The bartender Siera is smoking hot and friendly. ATM is $10 fee so if you don’t want to pay it get cash before going
Listen, if you've never been to this club for FOOD, you are MISSING OUT , just view the pictures and you'll understand !!!! I had wings, which are BIG and JUICY, fries, a BLT and onion rings.
I lost my wallet and can't get in contact with anyone up there to get it back and I forgot my knife with security
Good place to look for a pleasure...
We came around 8 pm there’s no so many girls dancing and in the club .better things to say is that is a good environment and have a pool table. Prices for dances are 40 $ per dance, no full nude. The owner was very attentive. Maybe we can to early. The only entrance was 20 $.
The girls dancing were great but the management really sucked. They had no regard for drink prices. He does no promoting for the girls and when talking to the girls, i was told they make no money and have tip outs for other dancers that are their “house mom” but she also dances. It doesn’t make sense. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Girls aren’t provided with any supplies so why is the house mom getting their money? Hope the girls find a better place to dance with!
Upbeat bi-level lounge with a dance floor, pool tables & two bars offering weekend drink specials.
If u like second hand smoke. Men staring at you with pure hate and envy. Women ghetto as they can be. Or waiting to get shot over some foolishness. Negative atmosphere. Well this is the place for you. I’ll pass on it.
The bartenders where nice. Good priced drinks. However bathrooms where the worst I've seen downtown which says something. The dancers/bartenders looked barely 17. It felt alot like a brothel with woman outside trying to sell themselves.
