Our new favorite place for cocktails 🍸. Unique and so very good. Every time we go there it's a new menu of cocktails. Adding to my review, watch the video. Cute place

I almost didn’t post this review because I wanted to keep this place to myself but here we are. Not only is the beer delicious, straight up dive into flavor-town, but the food is fantastic. A fun combination of different cuisines done so so well. I got the Tikka Chicken Tacos and the Sandía Especial to drink. The beer was fruity, light and refreshing! The staff were friendly and helpful, shoutout to Jen! They also have card games to play while you hangout! So much fun! Will definitely be back

This hole brings in some interesting clientele. Beer is priced well but the pool table is a squeeze if you are playing or sitting around the bar. The owner is a nice guy but the place sure can attract a rough crowd and he isn't always around to police his bar.

Was given the fall harvest burger when I asked for the oktoberfest burger. I get that it is a monthly special thing but for them to gaslight me after I wanted it corrected means you cannot trust their server's word. Wasnt a terrible burger but I do not want a mediocre burger with apples for $16 when I expected a burger with Beer Cheese Pretzel Buns a brat patty and more.

It was loud, well one table was loud. But it is a bar so I guess that's to be expected. But they were so loud we couldn't have a conversation at our own table. The food was great. We had cheese bricks, and Italian beef and a hamburger. Cheese bricks were soooo good. Would definitely come back

I really enjoyed the Reggae music and vibe today! Bring both of the DJs back. The only complaint I have is the Taco Guy should have more beans and rice with the orders for &15.00. If you're selling tacos individually for $5 you should definitely have more meat.

Fantastic service and a great time! Love that they have private karaoke rooms - the song choices were endless and the machine was super easy to use! I read some negative reviews, and they are completely wrong. Just ask how to use the machine if you don't know - super easy to search any song title and add to your queue, as well as to skip or pause a song at any point. Every song we searched (in English) was easily found across many genres - 90s rock, broadway, pop, country, classic rock. And the staff could not have been kinder!

We love this place. We used to come every Friday until We move to another town. Bartenders are nice, when you cancha them...lol. Fridays the place it is crowded. We have never eating in there, but drinks are cheap. She loves to sing, so she had a blast with all diferent DJ's and Karaokee. Highly recomended.

Grew up in the bar under the previous owner Beverly and since its been passed down to her nephew Danny its gotten juss fithly. Dust coated all the walls and wiring right down to the floor, staff didnt seem to be interested in maintaining a cleanly environment for their customers and patrons. Yet they serve food here🤢 maybe if their bartenders cared more about the state of their bar rather than their post shift drink the place would still look good.

Mixed review here. The building is amazing and worth the trip. Service was slow to get to us. The outdoor patio quaint enough not to notice the slow service. The waitress seemed annoyed we were ready to order. Potato leek soup was delicious. The Caesar salad was uninspired. The cheese curds were just ok, we didn't even finish them. My biggest complaint is the $17 "jumbo" wings that were anything but jumbo (see posted pictures of what 20 dollars gets you for wings). They were tiny boney wings. We got the dry rub which is a little sweeter than expected, and the wings were really tasty but at over 2 dollars per wing, it was anything but a good deal. The building is great, the patio is great but has very invasive flies that land in your food and water and crawl in your clothing. Summary: prices and service need some work.

D Langeland42 months ago

Fun atmosphere and very unique. The service was decent - they were short staffed but worked hard. The apps goat cheese & cheese curds were great. Food was ok. We got filets, chicken Alfredo, pasta, burger & Ruben sandwich. Flavors all good. The beer was good. Old fashion decent.

Stopped in on a Thursday night for their Family Feud night (starts at 7pm). Even though that sounds like it would bring some energy, the vibe still felt pretty low-key — not many people around and not much buzz. Food-wise: • Italian beef sandwich: the winner of the night. Tasty and I’d recommend it. • Barbecue burger: solid flavor, but the “crispy onions” weren’t crispy at all — more chewy, which threw it off a bit. • Crispy chicken ranch wrap: just okay, nothing special. Everything comes with your choice of fries, mashed potatoes, or onion rings, with upgrades available if you want. Prices were mostly in the $15+ range. Service was fine — nothing bad, nothing standout either. Overall, the place is decent but not super lively. If you’re coming for food, the Italian beef is worth it.

Chauncey Street47 months ago

The prices were insanely expensive but again I don’t go out very often so it was a sticker shock for me. The price of the food was around $17 and I got a fish sandwich with a very thin fish though pretty tasty. and a huge bun and about a pound of french fries. I was in a group and the waitress was pretty efficient. The ambience is quite excellence and it’s easy to get to. I did not drink while I was there.

The staff was very pleasant and service was really quick. It was much less busy than I thought for a Saturday night but that was nice because everywhere else had wait times. The drinks were good, some were unique yet very tasty. The food was also very good and had some good diverse options. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

First time here, and a really nice place. We came during dinner on a Saturday night and we're surprised at how slow it was. From what we experienced, the place was nice and food was good. The inside was clean and well furnished with a brewery style decor, the staff were quick, responsive, and pleasant. And the food was hot. With the appetizer, we had the hush puppies. They were good, but didn't expect the sauces that came with it. It created a good depth to them. Tacos were amazing, and I loved the presentation. The dessert was ok. I'm not the biggest fan of desserts in general, and this one didn't wow me. It was good, but nothing special. Overall a good place.

Pub 56 was such a great place to get away and just enjoy overall everything from the great drinks I recommend the watermelon and cucumber margaritas you won’t go wrong. Food wise I recommend the original wings the garlic parmesan sauce was good and the homemade bbq sauce as well. Also try their cheese curds, pretzel bites with cheese and cauliflower wings it was very flavorful and delicious to the point I wanted to order seconds. My waiter Carlos was very friendly and he always came back to check on me and my friends. Visited Miller’s Ale House and had a great dining experience overall. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful—an excellent appetizer to kick things off. For drinks, I tried the virgin passion fruit mocktail, which was refreshing with just the right balance of sweetness and tang. The highlight of the meal was the Chicken Parmesan Pasta — generous portion, rich in flavor, and the chicken was cooked to perfection with a crispy coating and tender inside. The marinara sauce and melted cheese paired really well with the pasta. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming — perfect for a laid-back evening out. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for good food and a relaxed vibe.

Awesome place. I love it. Great food and generous portions. Jason is a top-tier bartender. Wonderful service here, all of the staff is super friendly. Wouldn't accept my girlfriend's ID, who is 22 by the way, because of it being vertical. Non expired state issued ID mind you... Been here a few times already and never ran into an issue so I find that funny. Only good thing is the pools cheap, but it's not worth being around anyone in that dump. The funniest thing is this is the only time they've even come up to me in this place, so don't think it'll be easy to get anything you want lol. 👎

Great karaoke and good times. Very reasonable low prices compared to others nearby. It is classic in the sense that alcohol is the main feature or goal and any food or snacks are a later after thought and secondary of the main function. As opposed the other way around most places where food or dinner is the main function or goal before drinking. There were some unsavory or undesirable characters loitering on the sidewalk in front entrance, but staff got them to go away. Bartenders make it fun and enjoyable experience.

My wife and I used to go here every few months for drinks amd lunch. Our last visit was a horrible food experience. Apparently there's a new owner and it shows in the quality of what they serve. We ordered their Nachos with everything. Basically when it arrived it was a plate of cold chips. There was minimal tiny pieces of chicken which was cold. A tiny sprinkle of barely melted cheese. And barely any other toppings. The fountain drinks were broken, leaving them to serve soda in cans. This atmosphere looks like it's getting rundown without maintenance. The bar was totally empty for 1pm on a beautiful Saturday. Save your money and look elsewhere!

The pub has a calm atmosphere with just a few people around, no hustle and bustle, and light music playing in the background. The overall experience was very pleasant. Our waitress, Erin, was warm and welcoming, serving us attentively for about three hours. We ordered Chicken Tenders, Chicken Wings, Onion Rings, French Fries, and of course, some drinks. The highlight was enjoying the drinks out on the patio—it made the visit even better. I really like this place and would love to come back often.

Parking in downtown Aurora is always a hassle, but we came in for First Friday and decided to give this spot a try. It took a while to get seated since many tables weren’t cleared or cleaned yet. I ordered the chicken pot pie, which came in a bread bowl—a nice twist I actually enjoyed! However, the potatoes tasted grainy and unwashed, and I noticed the filling portion was smaller than it used to be before they started serving it in the bread bowl. Still, the meal was hearty and filling. My 3-year-old had the butter noodles and loved them, and her French fry portion was impressively large! My friend ordered a burger medium, but it came out overcooked with no pink in the middle and hard edges. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

I came back yesterday for the first time since hosting my wedding rehearsal dinner there last July. The food and service are always great. The parmesan crusted chicken meal is my favorite dish & I love the Irish potato chips!
