If you love people, music, dancing and just a all around great place to be, this is it!! 4/21/25 Joint was jumping with Donna Angelle and the Zydeco Posse. People from Canada came to enjoy the night. Cold drinks and a meal, great times!

Mondays are free entertainment nights. A lot of the musicians are retired and play for free. They do pass a donation container, which is up to you to donate. They also give free food at enter mission. It's usually from 7 pm till 9 pm. Sometimes a little longer. Very friendly and nice environment.

The atmosphere was nice. My husband ordered fish and chips, which was pretty good. Our appetizer was chips and dip and that was really good as well. I’m a big fan of lobster rolls….so I ordered a “Lobster Roll” but this was not lobster at all. It tasted like imitation crab meat. (See pic) Very disappointing.

Exceptional Service from Alix W! I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Alix W, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we sat down, Alix greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, always appearing at just the right moments to check in, refill drinks, and make sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out was her knowledge of the menu — she gave honest, thoughtful recommendations and made sure all dietary needs were met with ease. Beyond the great service, Alix brought a personal touch that made the night special. She remembered our names, cracked a few well-timed jokes, and made us feel more like friends than customers. If you’re lucky enough to have Alix W as your server, you’re in for an outstanding experience. She’s the kind of person who turns a good night out into a memorable one. 10/10 — would come back just for her!

What a place! A beautiful music venue off of the downtown main strip. Live music every night they are open. Local artists, great drinks, magical place. Lots of space and tables for large crowds. There are private party areas along both side with booths. Main floor has plenty of tables for seating. And even better, they leave space for a little dancing in front of the stage. The bartenders are fantastic and knowledgeable. Make a mean old fashioned. Be sure to get it with Bullet Rye. Louisiana taps for beers, full bar, and wonderful people. This place is the vibe for downtown Lafayette. When things are super busy, they do have a secondary bar and upstairs lounge seating.

On Friday, April 30, I went to the Grouse Room to see a live band for the first time since the pandemic--thanks to the coverage Gerald Gruenig did about the drummer on KLFY. I had to email the establishment a few times to understand how to RSVP a spot, and I received a response almost immediately! That was awesome! It is a Beautiful and clean facility. The bartender didn't have a cocktail menu or 🍹 listing to offer...so I didn't know what to ask for (?) in order to try. It seems like you need to be a real alchie to know what you want the folks/bartenders to make for you. I am not a drinker...but I do like to enjoy a drink every now-and-then, and not to be offered a list of beverages to try with ingredients of the drink was disappointing to me. I wish they had a better food menu to offer, but I understand alcoholic beverages are the main purpose of what to enjoy here. Lol Please add Pina Coladas to the list.

Great dining experience here, came for dinner on a Thursday evening, live music was playing and the ambience is dimly lit but charming. -Side note the music is a little loud even though we sat on the opposite side of the stage. I got the smoked duck, it was cooked perfectly and had an amazing sweet glaze! The Ponchatoula salad was very tasty and unique! Good prices on the food. Service was great

We easily made reservations for 11am Sunday brunch! We were amazed at the beauty of the restaurant when we arrived. There is a gorgeous bar front and center with an amazing bourbon and whiskey collection. The wrought iron spiral staircase is spectacular in the center of the building that takes you to a second story. Many groups posed on the stairwell before leaving. Our waitress was very gracious and kept the bottomless sangria flowing. The sangria was delicious! We had the fig flatbread which was out of this world! We split the fried green tomatoes crab cake eggs Benedict. It was stupendous. We then finished off brunch with the crab claws. For dessert we moved over to the couches to listen to the super talented Zeringues, husband and wife team who delighted us with one great song after the other. Sasha's voice is amazing! Glenn's guitar playing is magical. We even got up and danced a few times. The espresso martini was the best we have ever had. We were amazed that we were there for over 3 hours. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this restaurant!

This place is a blast for a night out, offering a mix of fun activities. The karaoke and pool table would surely entertain everyone, while the art adds a touch of culture. Plus, the bartenders seem to be great at their jobs, adding to the experience. It's a lively place to enjoy with friends, attracting a young crowd.

More for just standing around, the pool tables cramps up back area. The 2 times i went, couldn't hear the music. I think a dj was setting up, but it was 10pm... still around 11pm. I never heard any good music and the dj was not playing music still. 😕

Rooftop 116 is a very nice place to go to on a Wednesday. It has a nice atmosphere and it's not overcrowded.

Gets over crowed and doesn’t let people in even with a ticket needa to be bigger if they want a bigger crowd.

The bar is a great asset to their event venue next door. 20 steps away from a cold drink after a work event!

I attend the monthly Cars and Coffee event. Plenty of parking, nice shade trees, beautiful classic cars and trucks.

1st time here and will be back! Over 40 beers on draft, fun drinks and food! Chill atmosphere.

Good bar food. Beer selection was weak for porters and dark beers. Zero barrel aged. How are you a tap house with zero barrel aged options? Not one KBS even. Nice people and great customers. Nice TVs. Music not too loud so you can enjoy company.

I've never been to a comedy club before, so have nothing to compare it to but I had a lot of fun and my friend said it was one of the nicer ones they've been to.

We definitely had a good time! Great atmosphere, great comedians!

Got to check out Kenny Wade and The Experience, and they rocked the house as usual!!!! Always phenomenal!! Pretty cool little joint with a chill atmosphere. Also, it was nice they had Paradise Park beer 😉

The remodel is AWESOME. After some years of being in rough shape, the new owner did a fantastic job fixing up the inside and outside. Reminiscent of the old Artmosphere with appropriate upgrades while retaining the character we all love. Hopeful of where they'll go from here!

No food, good drinks, nice pool tables. Good people!!

Fantastic vibe! Lots of space for socializing, great drinks, friendly bartenders and perfect ambiance. One of the better bar scenes in Lafayette for sure!

I don’t hand out 5 star reviews but I couldn’t find one thing to ding this joint on. Plenty of bartenders - I came on a Friday and didn’t have to wait once getting a drink. Food options are solid. Drinks are stiff. Enough TVs to watch what you what. Outdoor seating that comes equipped with fans. Tables big enough for larger groups. It’s a great spot.

Nice place make strong drinks and good music. Does not take credit card.

The atmosphere in the club was electric from the moment I walked in. The vibrant lights and energetic crowd set the stage for an incredible evening. The layout of the club is also impressive, creating an intimate yet lively environment that encourages dancing and socializing.

My friend came down from Texas and when I say I was so ashamed of bringing her here. Mind you this is my first time going as well! lol never again. Let’s start on how we walk up to the bar, 5 people behind it taking shots not even trying to come service us but more so waiting to see who would. Not sure what the deal was but I hate that my friend had to feel like it was a discrimination thing. They don’t even deserve the 1 star! You don’t treat people like that! The girl who annoyingly came over like we were bothering her or something was trying to say the music was so loud she may not be able to take our order that’s how I knew yeah this isn’t it! Literally leaned half way on top of the bar so she could hear me well 😂

I’ll never visit this place again. Parked behind It. No visible tow sign. Even cop agreed. Leave and my brand new car was towed. with no where to stay bc from out of town. Didn’t care I had kids back home to get back to. Will never spend money there again. And the worker saw park there and instead of asking me to move, he stated, it have him more joy to have me towed

This bar is not worth the stop. The floors are so sticky that you can barely lift your feet off the floor. Also they have a dress code for men ,but you will watch them switch up the rules as you wait in line. Also the dress code is not posted on the outside of bar. The staff are all intoxicated. Which wouldn’t be a problem if they were not so aggressive. I would not go to this bar alone as a women. Just was not a welcoming feeling at all. There are much better bars further down the strip.

Just started going there recently I’d say I’d been there 5x but no more than 10x. The drinks are a reasonable price, friendly atmosphere, service is good too. Also, never dealt with any racism there as a young black woman, great place I definitely recommend!!

We had an absolute blast! This is a college bar for sure and they like to have fun. Loud music, great drinks. And lots of smiles. Plenty of bouncers to make you feel safe, police staged outside; such a great time!

First time going there. We had a blast! Not a 5 stars because if you don’t pay for a table you can’t sit all night, drinks are expensive ($10 for a Corona)and on lady’s free night before 11 pm the guy at the door wanted to charge us. VIP table was $350.

Love it here!! Friendly!! Fast with our drinks!! They change up the music!! They don't play the samething all night lol my friends and I go atleast three or more times a month!! I highly recommend a night here with your friends!! The bouncer is a sweetheart ❤
