My husband and I had the privilege to celebrate our marriage over lunch at Burdick's. The staff put in so much effort to make our celebration one to remember! We were treated with so much kindness and respect. The food was delicious and the dessert and champagne made this such a memorable experience!
Always been a fan of burdicks nachos. Haven’t had the chance to get them here but frequented the wings west location. I was at the bar and the couple next to me got a burger and it looked and smelled good enough for me to switch up my plan. Superb. The tv behind the bar is awesome. Can’t wait to watch the masters on it come April. Only thing better than the burger and tv was the service bartenders were awesome. Shoutout to Kaelynne for the burger build. I said surprise me!
I’ve never left a review before, but my recent experience at this bar was disappointing enough to speak up. The staff here were extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. From the moment we walked in, we felt more like a burden than paying customers. Our server barely acknowledged us, took forever to bring drinks, and had an attitude when we asked simple questions about the menu. The bartenders seemed more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to guests. Overall, the poor service ruined what could have been a fun night out. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with basic respect.
I called ahead of our visit to see if they cooked their food in Soy Bean Oil and they do. I have a soy allergy. When we got there it turns out everything they have , has soy bean oil , so I ordered a salad with falafel with the server. No rice . the GM came by and we talked about food options because the bread had soy bean oil. so I ordered another falafel salad . But by the time he went back , our food came out and it was just bell pepper , olives and cucumbers. He didnt have a chance to correct my order , then I found out the falafel was cooked in soy bean oil. So I ate cucumber and red bell peppers. Before we left another manager came buy again apologizing. I said it was not your fault. But thank you. She took the meal off the bill. Even though I couldn't eat anything, the server ajd management was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.
Not off to a great start Burdicks! The new design and look are amazing but the food in particular the smash burger I ordered was not that great. I mean who puts pickles on the bread it came soggy and wet and the top bun came hard as if it was stale and the meat was way over cooked. Hope you adjust pretty fast. On a side note the rest of our meals were good and delicious.
