Always a great time. Very reasonable prices and fast service. Sassy too! I may have had a little to do with the sassy part!😏 I love when they give as good as they get. Great breaded cauliflower and onion rings. Philly wrap and homemade chips. Yum. Always a favorite stop when in the area. Cowboy burger is delicious. Order barbecue on the side though or it's messy!
They used to have good bar food. We stopped in yesterday and had fish and chips. First, no tartar sauce. Fries were adequate. Fish sucked! Pre-breaded, out of the box, then in basket.....bland to boot! It was nothing you couldn't get at the grocery store and made at home for far less money. The service was good and I've always liked the ambiance. I hope the rest of their menu didn't go the same route as the fish did. I saw the owner claimed this was fresh walleye.....hand breaded every Friday. Two things......1) We were in on Tuesday, how is that fresh? 2) Worst walleye I've ever tasted! I really thought we were being punked!
The location isn't the greatest, as it's in a plaza not easily seen from the road. The atmosphere is about what you would expect from a sports bar. My visit here was just a couple hours before a Lions playoff game, so it was quite busy. Staff was friendly. I ordered a pizza with pulled pork and pineapple. The meat wasn't the freshest but it was still good. Prices were a little high but not outrageous. Restrooms were clean. I would recommend checking this place out.
Had the opportunity to come up to the Flint and Swartz Creek area for a photo shoot at Draft Sports Bar. Owner Tom and server Rachel were both very down to earth, accommodating, and friendly people. This bar is nicely furnished with large TVs, nice hardwood floors, various games, a small arcade, and a side party room. Food presented all looked exceptional and is definitely a step above just regular hole in the wall bar food. While I don't have a photo on the phone of their large soft pretzel, it looked heavenly! If you're looking for some good food in the area, definitely give them a try.
