The food was amazing! Our server was such a doll! Restaurant Review I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! I ordered the shrimp and grits, seafood toast, potato bowl, and chicken & waffles, along with a mimosa flight and margarita flights. Every dish was absolutely delicious, with flavors that were rich and well-balanced. The presentation of the food was top-tier—each plate was beautifully arranged, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was just as impressive as the food. The décor was stylish and inviting, creating a warm and vibrant ambiance. The music selection was on point, adding to the overall enjoyable vibe. From the food to the drinks to the atmosphere, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting! I’ll definitely be back.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this location twice. Each time the service staff was excellent, the drinks and food is absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable for the food. The portions sizes definitely met our expectations. Everyone left with carry out bags. The hookahs are top notch with several amazing flavors to choose from. The inside is decor is really modern and cool. I just thought the seating arrangement is not accommodating to a large group. However, the outside seating area is nice. Although, I do recommend changing the seat to something a little softer for better comfort. Over all, I definitely recommend this place and give them a 5 star review.

Where nobody asks, and everything makes sense Annette’s Tavern is the kind of place you go when you want to disappear without leaving town. It’s my go-to during the day, tucked into its own rhythm, full of locals and the older crowd who’ve seen enough to know what matters. No one asks about your job, your plans, or your past. You walk in, grab a drink, and you’re left alone in the best way possible. This is a dive bar, and I say that with respect. It’s not trying to be anything else. The bartenders know what they’re doing, the drinks are cheap, and the canned beer prices are exactly what they should be. No frills, no fuss, just cold beer and quiet company. If you want to shoot pool, this is your spot. Six tables, always in use, always part of the hum. The place isn’t polished, but it’s clean enough, and it’s real. That’s rare. Annette’s is the kind of bar that doesn’t care who you are, only that you showed up. And sometimes, that’s all you need.

I went there to practice on the dart board and met some really cool people from Texas!!! It really is a small world!! The bartender and her husband were the epitome of Southern hospitality and I felt like I was at CHEERS!!! Thank y'all I was supposed to meet someone there but she had already left, and I never go to bars alone but I felt completely safe ! I shall definitely return!!!

Cheap yummy drinks, very friendly staff, I've gone twice for drag bingo which is hosted by a gorgeous queen who's very funny on stage. They hand out free shots every time O69 is called which is awesome and allowed me to try drinks I wouldn't have otherwise. Bingo prizes range from kinky stuff to local artist's pieces to books, and second place winner gets to pick a keychain or small knickknack out of a bag. 10/10 experience, I'll be here every sunday I can spare.

One of my favorite places to go when in gulfport. We actually went a couple weeks ago, as always same great service. Our bartender is always sexy and professional, drinks are always banging. Highly recommend you checking it out!!! 🙂 Ask for Josh if he is around, you will not be disappointed.

Having heard so much about this place I finally got to go try it tonight. Drinks ordered specifically one unsweet tea and one sweet tea and I almost had to spit it out it was so sweet. I mentioned it to the server who looked at me and said you're kidding me? Who made it? Bad start. The menus were disgusting with all kinds of stuff stuck to it, a lemon seed on one page, some other mysterious chunk of food on another part. I pointed it out to the server who should have said let me get a new menu and I'll clean this one or offered to clean it, but no, I had to try to work around the disgusting menu. Cleanliness and first impression clearly is not a priority here and I probably should have left then. Ordered first was the appetizers one, the Combination with Southwest egg rolls, Sully's Sacks and fried cheese for $13.99 and the Bang Bang Shrimp for $12.99. The apps were good but nothing to write home about. Pretty routine when it comes to comparing to other restaurants. The Combination was most definitely from the frozen aisle and deep fried. The shrimp was just okay. They didn't taste like fresh Gulf shrimp and despite claiming to be jumbo, they weren't. Neither were they hand battered it was more like panko and a boat load of pepper in the breading even before you added the bang bang sauce. On to our meal, we asked about the Mahi. So sorry we're out of that tonight but we have a special Red Snapper with Gulf Shrimp and asparagus. For a restaurant with very few fish options, there really was no other fish choice except more Shrimp so my friend got the special for $37.99, a little pricey for a small piece of local catch that's plentiful here. She liked it though so it was worth it. For me I hadn't had steak in a long while so I upgraded and got the "Prime" Ribeye 16 oz steak for a whopping $52.99! $10 more than a USDA cut. I only eat well done and usually ribeye can be safely cooked well without being too gristly. I was impressed it was cooked perfectly well done. I've got to say I was super disappointed so many restaurants now order and serve ribeye without that extra piece of meat around the edge, the piece I call the tail. Yes it's the fattiest and most tender part of a ribeye and it is missed by customers. Overall the meat was good but there was beyond too much gristle around most of the steak edges. For your protection, I won't share that picture but I'm glad I brought it home as a dog treat. For my sides I ordered salad and it was literally the best part of my meal. I went through the normal litany of questions I ask when out, are the fries fresh or frozen? Frozen. I finally saw green beans and ordered them, never thinking to ask anything about them. Always remember the only stupid question is the one you didn't ask. When my meal arrived you can imagine how upset I was to see those canned, unseasoned, flavorless cut green beans I grew up on, in a bowl on my plate along with some weird bread that had no flavor whatsoever, and that you could use to break a window (I'm not kidding, I wish I were). For as much as we were paying they should have gone and picked them beans out of a field for us after all we have some of the best fresh produce year round here (kidding but am I?). So yes I told the server to take them back and put them back in the trash where they belonged. A normal reaction for the restaurant would be to ask if you'd like something else but that didn't happen. The server communicating to us that she told the Manager about the dissatisfactions with our visit. We made it completely clear it wasn't on our waitress or the chef but do you think whoever the fictitious manager could take one second out of her empty restaurants tasks to come and at least apologize? No, they didn't, and I feel the same about ever going back there. EVER. If I decide to ever go back I'll be ordering a burger or that side salad.

Had dinner for 10 on a Friday night. We didn't have to wait to be seated. I had jumbo fried shrimp, baked sweet potato, fried jalapeno cheese curds. Delicious 😋

For the owner of the bar to write a lie is beyond me anything to make your business look good I guess but the the two people you had with you sitting down drinking your own liquor you funny really funny guy . You get so much business. It was so empty in there on a Saturday. It’s probably never gonna be a large crowd because your attitude is horrible.But for you to flat out lie under the The review that it was a Large group being bullies is hilarious . It started out as 2 women ended up being 3 ladies bullying someone no Sr that was all you Play Your camera footage back but be bowl stand behind your business release it show that your business was being bullied show how empty it was inside show your body language show how aggressive you were being with the way you’re talking show how you dismissed The bartender that was helping us release the footage.. With that being said put whatever you wanna put under the review karma is really something and you’re gonna get your karma for the way that you talk to women because if it was a man, your attitude would’ve been different trust and believe .

I love this place!! I come every Tuesday for line dancing class and every Wednesday for Chicago stepping class. The owner lets us use this place for free and we support him by buying a drink or tipping the instructor or deejay. He keeps a clean place and clean outdoor bathrooms.

Downtown area close to beach. Easy to find. Parking busy. Stopped on a Sunday afternoon killing time before movies. Tried to get a burger at aother place but they were having a private party. Drove around the corner and found Kelly’s. It’s a typical Irish Pub long bar w high top tables. Lots of tvs. The bartender did not greet us to us and appeared aggravated. She never really warmed up. No personality at all. Tourist are very recognizable and we sick out like a sore thumb w our accents. Gave us an overall bad taste from the start. Noticed the old beer smell like unclean. The drafts tasted warm and funky. Ordered bottle instead. Sticky Bar rail where we sat. Few Guys at bar watching the car races, looked like locals. The food looked good and hot. The burger dressings were good. No seasoning in meat. The burger was big. Cooked thick and hot. Not handmade. Probably a 1/2 lb patty. French fries were thick hot. Really good. She did ask me if I didn’t like draft beer. I told her no. Diet Coke was crisp. I know workers are tired but you have to be on your best game ev day when dealing w the public. I’m sorry. We liked it overall.

Our kind of place! The girls are sweet and I love the corsets! The food was great bar food. We'll be back for sure. Update! We are regulars and love this bar. I'm working on the beer punch card to try and drink them all lmao!

I have yet to try the food here that’s why it doesn’t have any stars. Decided to stop in and try a beer… They have a full service bar, and a lot of different beers on tap. They carry flying llama brewery products. Also many other of your favorite beers on tap. They have a nice size stage. I imagine they have entertainment on certain nights. They have a lot of pool tables, steel, dart boards, the atmosphere was relaxed. The bathrooms were clean. Over all establishment very clean also!

The food is awesome! It’s the perfect dive bar experience great place to enjoy tunes. Throw darts. And shoot some pool. We love it there and the food too! Best Philly! Great wings too!

They do not serve food!! Kinda smells like cigarettes when you walk in but aside from that the bartender was very kind and helpful.

1st I definitely wouldn't even give them any stars. I recently went into this establishment for the first time ever and will never go back again and will continue to discourage others to go unless they like getting treated horribly rude to, personally me being a bartender for 20 years would never tell my customer what the bartender there told me. As goes we walk to to the bar and never being there before asked if they had wine and the bartender i think her name was Tracy was extremely rude and extremely downgrading the establishment she works at, and says we are a dive bar we don't have wine very rudely. We stayed for maybe 10 minutes and left. She also couldn't comprehend that I was paying one of my friends tab for him and she wound up ringing both of my friends tabs to my card but I was ready to go anyways so was quicker and great for me to get the heck out there and it took everything I had to even tip her $5. In all I would never recommend this place to anyone and if she's the owner then I see how she gets away with being rude to customers obviously if they not regulars and if she is just a bartender she is hurting your business with being rude and never having repeated clientele. I do think the security guys im assuming they was, sitting in chairs at the entrance on our way, they was they only good think about that place, super nice and friendly. Maybe they should be the bartenders cus they had great people skills and niceness.

This is a bar located off of Klein Road and Dedeaux Road in Gulfport…. It is conveniently located in an area that was once known as Orange Grove. From what I have gathered, it has been in the same location a long time. It has good bar food open spaces and areas so you do not feel like you are squashed. They offer a large selection of bottled beer. And of course, the bartenders J.J. and Taylor, are knowledgeable and can make any drink that you desire. Try a bloody Mary they make them excellent or a margarita! And oh my word yes they have a pinball machine so retro and a cigarette machine along with a Ms pack man can you believe it? They also have a large area available to throw darts old school no electronic boards here. They also have pool tables available, a dollar game so if you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy GOOD TIMES this place has it. !!!! Swing by and check it out don’t delay come and play. It is not fancy but it does have atmosphere a large bar to sit around and did I mention good times everyone there seem to be having a blast.!

Best pool tables and lighting ive ever seen in a bar type setting. Looking forward to returning.

Great hidden place with great quality drinks if your looking to hook up an excellent place to go

Me and my boyfriend came for the first time not too long ago . Extremely laid back environment . Very friendly, helpful and informative owners . Everyone was very respectful. The bartender did a great job and the drink prices are extremely reasonable. We’ve been back once and are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

If you blink, you'd drive right past it, but Gilligan's is a cool, dark respite from the slow Southern heat of south Mississippi. Very low brow and reserved, the crowd leans towards the Retired end of the spectrum. Super friendly staff, the manager even came and introduced himself to me, since he didn't recognize me. There's home-cooked food available for patrons sometimes and live music other times. If you want to relax & unwind and you're okay with the scent of smoke lingering on your clothes, Gilligan's is a comfortable spot to put up your feet and relax.

We moved to Gulfport a few months ago. EVERY time we go to Gilligan's, we're treated like family! Tonight was extra special. We went to go home and our car battery was dead. BEFORE we decided what we wanted to do, there were 4 people helping us! I'm so happy we found this lovely place! And singing/dancing with a bunch of new friends is always good!

This was one of the best events I've been to in a long time. Everyone was so professional. Allowed vendors to setup early. Sold out of food. I will definitely pay for a vendor spot again. Thanks for giving us rhythm and blues festival. A time was definitely had.

Love their Monthly EDM shows! Place is very clean and staff is friendly.
