Down-to-earth staple known for hand-pressed burgers served on paper napkins, plus fresh-cut fries.
My husband and I came to Stella’s years ago. We couldn’t stop thinking of it. We had to visit it while we were in town. The burgers were cooked well, juicy, and tasted great. The fries were hand cut and fresh. I wouldn’t say they were out- of-this world. They were made fresh and the place felt homey. We would definitely come again. So good. It is a little pricey though.
Stella's is always a pleasure to visit. Best fries anywhere! It is a bar and grill, but absolutely family friendly. I personally have been going here for 18 years now. If you have not been given a try today!
I've never been treated so badly by the old town tavern until this past week. I stopped in and I really dont do the bar sceen, but came by on my scooter as I'm disabled and road it inside as always I have short memory loss and not to good on names at all I found Greg and talked to him for a min then he went to take care of something in the basement. I was going to get a beer and hope for conversation and some popcorn, but an old irritable old guy told me I have to leave. I told him I haven't done anything wrong to be asked to leave he said quote" yeah but your talking" I told him to shut his mouth and don't tell me what to do. I took that to heart as disrespectfully and violating my 1st Amendment right to speek. Then a lady turned to me and said you can leave out the back door I more less told her to mind her business. I was wanting to get a beer but by that point, a rather young guy said to go I again said I haven't done anything wrong I got upset with the crowd and I felt the whole place didn't want me there as I've stopped in before and usually have a beer but not to often like a regular. I ride my scooter all over town here for my mobility issues I suffer from. I get treated like fine by citizens of the city all over and told Thanks for my service in the U.S. Army and given the respectful and caring of attitude I've never had an issue at the bar but this cake customers and a bartender whom I refer to as a punk, violate my constitutional rights and humiliate me in a public business with no reason at all except I was talking to them. Wow that's great I don't want to ever be downed by that treatment again and no worries I will not be in that Devils work shop where people drink and converse and tell me I'm excluded. We'll have a few more drinks you all and talk shit to people you violate and disrespect God's watching and Jesus has my back. I'll pray for you all.🙏😇
I love this bar! Nice hometown feeling and everyone is so awesome. Beer is cold and KENO is hot!
Typical bar venue in Bellevue, with ample seating, plenty of tvs, & standard games. The bar was clean and modestly decorated with dim lighting. Stopped in for lunch and was very impressed. Started with the mac & cheese bites; delicously cheesy and more than a single bite. The burgers were huge, with a generous side of fries. It might just be "bar" food, but it's a step above the average.
We were on this side of town, and Papa Chuck's came up as a restaurant nearby. I figured we'd give it a shot! Honestly? No regrets!! Portion size for the price is seriously amazing, we ate off the app sampler and still had enough left to look like what most other restaurants give in the first place..for our leftovers! Pork tenderloin dinner was tasty, plenty of gravy. LOVE their fried green beans and cheese curds! And last but definitely not least, the wings! Oh my goodness, the spicy honey bone-in wings were SOOOOO good! They've definitely got a kick, and 100% worth it. Papa Chuck was there, very kind man, even came up to shake my hand and thank me for coming to his establishment. Nothing disappointed, and I'd definitely eat it again. 😊
Jammers has the atmosphere of what the British and the Celtic Countries refer to as their “local.” The staff is friendly, the clientele are easy to get to know. It is a very military/veteran friendly bar. It has been my go to bar for about 10 years now and that’s not changing anytime soon. Only down side is that the only food they have is popcorn, which is free and frozen pizza and chips. You are however welcome to bring in food from somewhere else as long as you don’t make a mess and clean up your table after.
It was crazy busy but fun. There is no food. Drinks were affordable. Songs tended to be more country or oldies.
Great bar to go to with your friends, very nice bartender. 10/10 experience
It had a big event and believe that's why service was a little slow, it was very crowded, I didn't eat so can't say anything about how food was, other ppl seemed to like it a lot
Best bar in town. Open early. Fun vibe. Great energy.
Got my drinks quick and Acacia really friendly. The vibe was chill. 😎
Nice and pleasant service! Inexpensive beer, only Budweiser and Busch light on tap. They have fantastic bloody Mary's!
First time there… awesome Bloody Mary do- it- yourself- bar on Sunday!! Easy going relaxed fun atmosphere.. Angie ( owner/manager/ bartender) was an absolute delight! Friendly and welcoming….occasionally have food dependent upon whatever holiday etc. may be going on… pay is by donation. Say hello to Oshi.. the bacon guy! He’s great! Come check out this amazing local hole in the wall! You won’t be disappointed!!
Local sports-bar chain serving pub grub & American food in a contemporary space with multiple TVs.
Food is middle grade at best. Daughters Mac and cheese came out hard. Had to send it back. Burger was not good. Wife's wrap was not good. Tab: $67.00 😯. So many other places with way better food for muuuuch cheaper. How is this place popular?
Order was wrong. Waitress was useless. Never got change. Ignored any requests. Never checked on us. Argued with guests over there order. Refused to give reciept. When finally did get food it had been sitting until cold
Felt like I was at the movie theater with dim lights and no music. Good IPA tho 👌 The service was nice. I just could hear everyone's conversation while the movie was playing
I've come here a few times to watch pool tournaments. The owner and employees were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. The chicken strips weren't great and the tater tots were decent.
We went for my birthday Nov 2024. I used to go here when it was still opinions and it got so bad I stopped going. I've been 3 times since it became sorties. John needs to come back and resave this Bar! Kitchen is closed, no food. You can have pizza delivered. The tables are all peeling, like 7 people in the whole bar for the 1 hour that I was there, the bartender he could care less and the other lady bartender, that was working she was ok, but yeah, overall, i'm a little disappointed at this bar took another dive after the show. Walls had paint peeling and floor was dirty and the ladies bathroom was nasty. And I served in the Air Force, both my parents served in the Air Force, all 3 of my brothers served in the military. They joined the Marine Corps. I'm really disappointed and a few locals or regulars that were there. Kinda just stared at me, my daughter and her friend. Almost the whole time, Joe. I was uncomfortable.
I gave this place a try for the first time. I was looking for a decent local bar just to hang out at. This place is uncomfortable. The regulars do a great job of making new potential customers feel unwelcome. As a military guy from outside the area, it was like an interrogation to sit there. Definitely the most unwelcoming place I've visited in the local area.
