The grove has a good atmosphere and ambiance. The service and the staff are great and friendly. Serves halal food. The taste was a little bland to our taste and found the serving size to be a tad bit too small. The chicken strips had less chicken and more batter. The stuffed breast had an exceptionally small portion, and the rest was full of veggies. The chicken sandwich was also a little dry and full of batter. Lastly, the mango chicken was good, but again, the chicken strips were too thin but with decent quantity. It tasted great with rice in the side. Edit: Went to The Grove a second time and ordered a different set of dishes this time around. The double need burger was good. The sizzler with chicken tasted great, and so did the penne pasta. The chicken sliders were awesome. The staff was very nice and active.
We were traveling through Binghamton, looking for a place to eat and found The Grove online. When we arrived, it was empty. We were seated and we ordered food. Nothing elaborate, a burger and a chicken sandwich. The wait was very long until we were served. About half way through the meal, the place started filling up with college aged people. Then, a DJ started playing some loud music. Next thing we knew, the staff started clearing away all of the tables around ours. It seems we were seated in an area which was about to become the dance floor. Needless to say, we hurriedly finished and left. While the food was average and the service was okay, there had been no mention online of this bar/grill turning into a club at anytime. And, why did they seat us on the dance floor when there were plenty of open tables when we arrived?
The Grove delivers a good dining experience on an incredibly busy evening! We visited the Grove for the first time on a weekend evening during an event downtown. The establishment was VERY busy. On our visit we waited about 15 minutes for a table. After we were seated it was about 10 minutes before a server took our order, at which point we ordered both our drinks and entrees consisting of a couple specialty cocktails and the chicken Philly Cheese steak and the Lemon Pepper Filet of Fish. I was a little disappointed to see the lemon pepper filet of fish wasn't dressed quite the same as their menu photos, but this was ultimately a very minor gripe considering how busy the establishment was at the time. The food was good with good portion sizes. We were in and out of the building in about an hour and 20 Minutes, which isn't too bad for how busy they were. Overall we would give The Grove another visit. We were happy with the food we received and would be interested in trying them again on a slightly less busy day.

Great burger, good fries. But that Grove Salad is awful, hot salad, hot tomatoes, hot broccoli, hot peppers and onions, all greased up. Photo of the grease below.
