Drinks were excellent, just a little pricey. Espresso martini and Muddled Old Fashion. Bartender was extremely friendly and really knew what he was doing.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary with all of our closest friends and relatives. It was beyond perfect! The staff is absolutely incredible, and really care about the clients. Everything went off perfectly, and I didn’t want the night to end. I will absolutely think of this venue for any future events, and I will never stop coming here now when I’m downtown looking for a drink. I can’t give a higher recommendation. They have a customer for life.

Went with the Young Black Professionals of WNY Meetup group for happy hour and despite our large group, we all have excellent service from the staff. Enjoyed the overall vibe and aesthetic of this being a bar in the theater district which was cool. I got the Wednesday special which was $20 for the pizza of the week, beer, and a house shot. Overall a really great value and the pizza was really yummy. I also tried two different cocktails to get a sense of their crafting. One was simple and just bourbon with apple cider which you can get hot or cold, and the Matinee mule which the bartender indicated was their most popular cocktail. Both were well made and tasted great. Overall, this was a really great spot and definitely look forward to going again in the future!

In the heart of Buffalo, soft lights aglow, There’s a bar where the dreamers and night owls go. Matinee—where the reel still spins, And every quiet corner feels like a win. With shadows flickering black and white, Old films dancing in gentle light, Each sip feels steeped in vintage grace— A whiskeyed hush in a velvet place. For lovers of theater, it’s perfectly cast— A pre-show sip or a nightcap at last. With curtains and cocktails, the timing’s just right, To toast to the stage and the city’s bright lights. Their menu's a marvel, a lover’s delight, With bottles of bourbon aged just right. But don’t overlook the star on the tray— That flatbread pizza steals the play. Crisped to perfection, with toppings divine, And “Pizza of the Week” deserves its own sign. Each slice a surprise, each bite a refrain, Of flavor that sings and lingers like rain. And oh—the bathrooms! What a surprise, The cleanest in town, a joy for the eyes. Stocked with the things you may have forgot— From hairspray to gum, they’ve thought of the lot. So here’s to the nights that drift and swell, To stories on screen and cocktails that tell. Matinee, my heart you keep— A Buffalo gem where the spirits run deep.

FST is such a vibe. It feels like home right when you walk in. That sounds cheesy, but it’s a actually a big deal because everyone’s actual home feels so different, but the bartenders do such a wonderful job at making each customer feel like they belong and they are right where they needed to be. The paninis are yummy and made to order, there’s a great selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and the music adds such a nice touch to the atmosphere. I love it here and I think you will too!

Great place. I highly recommend. Friendly atmosphere, make you feel like one of the family. I had Beef on a Weck. Superb.

I’ve been in Buffalo a few times and this place impressed me with their food and overall experience. It is a local bar or pub but the service was excellent and welcoming even to an out-of-towner. The food: I had the beef on weck one day and the portion was perfect, the weck or bread was delicious, add the horseradish and the dipping sauce and it was amazing. The second time I stopped by specifically for the Buffalo wings. For starters I had the most delicious cup of clam chowder, even better than the ones I’ve had in my hometown, San Francisco. The Buffalo wings came next. Wow! I ordered them crispy with medium spicy Buffalo sauce, and the usual blue cheese dipping sauce. By far, the best wings I’ve had anywhere. You have to check this place out and ask for Joe, the chef. He is a Buffalo legend in my opinion. Eddie Brady’s is a Buffalo must.

We were looking to get some grear wings and Adolfs delivered, we had the medium and the lemon-pepoer, great crisp and size, the hot sauce flavor was different than other wing places, a 4 out 5. Of course, had to have a Guinness, with the clover and great head! Fun place and wait staff was very attentive.

Wing Wednesday special not till the evening. At that rate the wings are a good value. If you're in the area it's a good place to grab a few. 10 South City sauce 10 hot garlic parm. ..hot garlic parm were spicy, garlicy, with grated Parmesan. SC sauce was sweet, tangy with some heat....

Stopped by for dinner while in the area. Bar tender was also cook & server and she was GREAT! Nice local atmosphere with delicious food with reasonable prices. Definitely didn't expect house cut curly fries, but they were awesome. Excellent meal. Our waitress Tatum was great. Veronica tge event manager accommodated our group nicely. The kitchen manager checked in with us to see how everything was. Highly recommend this for group dining. We had 30 in our group. We had a private area in the upstairs loft (no elevator) The area was loud with the football game but they graciously turned the sound down in our area so our group could talk. Highly recommend Vice!

Loving the vibe and industrial atmosphere at Vice Restaurant in downtown Buffalo! Great menu to choose from! Delicious appetizers in shareable portions. I've been here on several occasions trying everything from their wood fired pizzas, salads, and on this visit I had their chicken cutlet entree which was really good! I really appreciate their creative cocktails and extensive bourbon selection too! This is a great place to dine before an event. They know how to hustle service if you have timed tickets for a show. I definitely recommend making a reservation. One odd thing I noticed this dining experience that never showed up before was an automated gratuity charge for only two people. We had already left a really generous tip and I didn't notice until the next day when I looked closer at the receipt. It was fine since the service was great but if they continue to do that for any size table not just groups it really should be mentioned when the bill is presented. Otherwise it was another great dining experience at Vice!

I finally stopped in for the first time the other day. It's a really neat place. Decently spacious venue, the food was very good, however I would like to see some more options for different restricted diets. Bartenders were efficient and attentive. The music was at a good volume. Loud enough to be an immersive experience, but not so overdriven that you can't talk to your friends or leave feeling noticeably deaf.

The first time I went to Lucky Day, I went for a birthday. We rented out the corner lounge space for approximately 20 people. I was very impressed by the ambiance. When I was standing at the bar, I saw pasta that someone was eating and I knew that I had to come back to try dinner here. I love seafood - so I do not say this lightly - this is the best shrimp cocktail I have ever had. They were big, clean, and tasty. Both sauces they were paired with the cocktail sauce, and a cream based sauce were so tasty. I do wish I got a bigger piece of lemon with it though. The oysters were good, again I wish the slice of lemon was bigger. The mignonette sauce was good but I wish I had cocktail sauce with it. I did order the shrimp and the oysters at the same time but the oysters were served way quicker than the shrimp so unfortunately I couldn't use the cocktail sauce from the shrimp because I had eaten the oysters already! My friend ordered the Mac and cheese and the burger. He loved both! The Mac and cheese had Goldfish crumbles on top which I tried and the pairing was tasty! My friend ordered two drinks as well. A cocktail and a glass of wine, he loved both. This is a place that I will keep returning to. The pictures for Instagram are perfect. The lighting, the atmosphere and everything paired together is such a unique experience. The staff were nice, polite, and accommodating. The host specifically had an extremely bubbly personality and you feel special from the second you walk in the door. We made a same day reservation and were seated right away. The band that played, a keyboard, an electric guitar, and drums I felt was just right to set the tone and the mood. The drummer did not take a smile off of his face for a single second! He looked happy to be there and it was nice to witness. Great music! Thank you!

Amazing service! The food was great and the whisky flights were awesome. They have so many options for an old fashioned and so many whisky options in general. The hostess and our waitress were both friendly and amazing. We ordered the Caesar to share and it was a perfect portion. The fried whisky pickles came out hot and crispy and the steaks perfectly cooked. They said they would have a live band later that night and I wish we returned but didn't have a chance to. Can't wait to return!

Great staff , walking in you can smell the aromas of the kitchen. Staff are happy to share favorites dishes from the menu , if you’re indecisive. The Menu offers a vast array of options including ( vegetarian) 🙏🏽. Late night menu open to 2:45 am. The pastelios are so good with kick of spice 🤤, the wings also a favorite and highly recommend by other patrons. Right now the dinner menu I have to recommend the appetizer buffalo chicken egg rolls. Brunch , the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon , oh and peppercorn steak . Amazing tastes and good prices. My wife and I have stopped in here several times for a beer or two before a concert or hockey game, last weekend we dropped in after walking around canal side. She had the Carmel Pumpking and I had the IPA both of which were very good! For an appetizer we ordered the whipped Feta with pita bread which was AMAZING. I had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich which was excellent, my wife had the Hierloom BLT, also excellent. Our waitress Shania G was friendly, knowledgable and the service was excellent, the restrooms were clean. Southern Tier is now our go to spot when at Canalside!

This venue is perfect! I've been a fan of going to Buffalo for shows for a long time and this was well set up and ran. We went for Bayside's first night of the Errors Tour and the sound was right and not overbearing and was well mixed for the venue.

Awesome place to see a show! Lots of space on the floor and multiple tiers of elevated standing space as well. Not a bad "seat" in the house. Plenty of space at the bar too with service being quick and prices not too bad for a venue. Would definitely go see another show here!

I loved the atmosphere for this bar but the food was very sub par. I could have ordered the wrong thing but please learn from my mistake. The Bradford style wings are burned and NOT charred. I loved this place walking in. And maybe I just ordered on a bad day or ordered the wrong thing but I was not impressed at all. From Texas... This was a bottom 5 wing from me... Again... May have ordered the wrong thing or came on a busy football gameday. Great atmosphere though.

We came here for a late dinner during the week and sat outside. The menu is big and there should be something for everyone who likes sandwiches and some other pub classics. We ordered the grilled cheese, which was really good. If you upgrade to fries they charge extra. We also had beef on a weck and wings, the Stormin' Norman sandwich, and the fish fry. Everything was really enjoyable. The portions are quite large, so sharing is an option. The service was friendly and attentive. They also have an extensive drink menu.

I’ve lived down the street for a couple years and was pleasantly surprised to have such a great bar nearby. The food is excellent and when I don’t want to eat one of their delicious burgers or the Yard Bird (so yum!), they have very tasty vegetarian options. The Vegan club is so so yummy. The owner is awesome. The staff is awesome. Seafood Dan and his karaoke DJ skills are awesome. The regulars are chill and great conversationalists. There is regularly a game of cribbage happening. The interior is aesthetically pleasing with fun stuff to look at. What can I say? I love this place.

Wow—my sister-in-law raved about this place, and we finally went to check it out… and let me just say, it did not disappoint! I’ve passed by so many times without realizing that this spot is a true hidden gem right here in Buffalo. It’s in the perfect location, totally walkable if you’re in the mood to bar hop and explore the neighborhood. The food? Fresh and absolutely delicious. The drinks? Incredible. They truly redefine versatility anything you can dream up, they’ve got it, and they do it right. How delightful… with a side of happy! Can’t wait to come back again. This place has earned a top spot on my go-to list!

Ballyhoo is a solid spot if you're looking for great food, a chill atmosphere, and a place to hang with friends. The creamy shell mac & cheese was super comforting, and the TJ Dawg (a chorizo, pork, and bacon sausage topped with pico, crema, cotija, and avocado) was packed with flavor--definitely a standout. We grabbed a table on the patio, watched the Bandits game, brought our own card games, and just hung out for a few hours. It was relaxed and fun, perfect for a weekend evening. The cocktails were great, but the jam cocktails were next level--sweet, unique, and dangerously easy to drink. Also, the ice cream sandwich? Absolutely massive. Like, split-with-a-friend big. Overall, highly recommend if you're looking for good eats, good drinks, and a low-key place to enjoy both.

The Wyck Recommendation: Nietzsche’s Buffalo Rating: 4.4/5 Where Buffalo Finds Its Weird About the Neighborhood Allentown is Buffalo’s scrappy rainbow painted art district. Pride flags wave from tattoo shops. Murals peel off old brick like they are tired of holding secrets. One bar sits boarded up while the next is packed shoulder to shoulder. You will spot a couple in suits trying to see the real Buffalo while a punk kid plays banjo on the curb. It is funky and frayed and when you hit the right night you know you are standing inside the city’s honest soul. Vibe and Atmosphere A chaotic dive bar cathedral with ceiling graffiti chainmail mannequins and body casts wedged into old brick. Over the tiny stage paper trees hang like a DIY forest canopy. It is surreal a bit grimy but alive in a way you cannot design. Every sticker sketch and scribble says the same thing. This place is not polished. It is loved. Food and Drink Forget mixology. Here it is PBR tallboys local drafts plastic cups and a whiskey pour if you know how to ask without acting fancy. Beer is cheap and ice cold always. Warm PBR is the only sin they do not tolerate. The real menu is the bands and whatever your bartender decides you need next. Service and Staff Zero pretense. Our bartender was the kind of legend you wish every dive bar had. Fast pours dry jokes and he knows your face before you remember your tab. He told us about Dave the ghost who tips in cigarette butts and never leaves. When someone in a suit asked where to go next he just shrugged and said stay here. This is it. Audience and Crowd Buffalo’s true cocktail. Punks bluegrass pickers off shift bartenders artists swapping sketches for beers and a few downtown suits trying to pass the vibe check. Some guy offered to trade us his harmonica for a shot. We said no so he played it anyway. Strangers talk like old conspirators. You walk in alone and leave with a ghost story and five bad ideas you will never follow through on. Hits and Misses ✓ Live music every night bluegrass punk indie chaos ✓ Decor is an accidental art piece layered in signatures and stories ✓ Bartenders who make you feel like you belong fast real no fake smiles ✓ All weirdos welcome Pride flags cheap beer open arms ✗ Floors sticky enough to rip your sneakers off before the encore ✗ Bathrooms feel like a punk encore happened last night bring your own soap and do not expect working stall locks ✗ Some nights your tap card gets you an eye roll bring cash and be ready for old school bar math Final Word Nietzsche’s proves music keeps life from being a mistake and a good bartender makes sure you do not forget it. Come for the chaos stay for the soul and trust me you will want to come back. It is on my Buffalo list as the best bar I hit. If you do not leave with an ice cold beer buzz a ghost story and someone’s number you will never text you did not do Buffalo right.

Enjoyed the 75 cent wing special when having a late-Monday lunch. Sauce choices were great and wings were’t as big as other places on town but were cooked to perfection. We started with fried pickles as our appetizer and they were crispy and satisfying. My wife had a well-prepared mushroom swiss burger and shoestring potatoes. They were delicious! The only unpleasant surprise was no unsweetened iced tea to drink. Seems like a basic thing in restaurants. Waitress was super friendly and made our lunch a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Was excited to go for dinner tonight with my husband and sister. We ended up ordering a clam pizza and cheese pizza. I felt the cheese pizza was lackluster, and bland, with not enough cheese. My husband liked them both better than me or my sister who said the doughs were too dense. The spicy cucumber salad and Caesar salad were great though.

The food was absolutely amazing! The menu was small but offered both vegan and non vegan options. I played it simple a ordered the burger, the crispy potatoes it came with were addicting, and the burger was cooked perfectly! My husband ordered the white pizza, it was THE BEST white pizza we've had here in Buffalo! Deep dish style, thin slices tomatoes and onions, and the outer layer was nice and crispy but still light and fluffy in the middle. We can not wait to visit again and try other items on the menu!!

I reserved the Jungle Room for my birthday celebration, but last minute we went from 7 to 12 people. They were so quick and accommodating, moving us to the Red Room without any hassle. The vibe was absolutely perfect, it felt like a little slice of a fancy NYC spot, tucked away in this Buffalo speakeasy. It truly brought my vision for the day to life: friendly staff, an incredible atmosphere, and great drink prices with amazing flavors. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate.

R C4a year ago

Came here because we heard it has "speakeasy" vibes. While the atmosphere is for sure unique amongst other Buffalo bars, I wouldn't really say it' like a speakeasy. The decoration seems more 1970s. The cocktails offered all seemed very intricate and had lots of ingredients and mixed alcohols. Many included vanilla. We got the Saturn and Pickaxe. The Saturn was very sour, and the Pickaxe was very bitter. The prices were quite high, but you are paying for the ambiance of your experience. The waitress was super attentive and cheerful, and you could also eat outside on the patio that is shared with No Fun.

Made reservations for dueling pianos, and were seated upstairs. It's very hard to see the show from upstairs, we were time we could watch it on the big screens. We paid for a live show, not to watch on a screen. Friday night, no wings because of the Bills game on Thursday. Schedule came out in May, you don't plan for that? Out of wings for the weekend??? Our server was excellent, very attentive and sweet. The musicians were very talented, but the layout of the venue is not ideal for that type of show.

Rec Room. Grateful for the variety of artists and bands they showcase. Gotta park on a side street, which is usually readily available. Next to no security (good and bad). Very cramped. Service depends on crowd size. Drink menu is good but quality is inconsistent. Bathrooms are clean. Place is always hot. Worth it to see bands you love but there is definitely room for improvement.

Not advertised at all, I do not know how they stay open. The bartender was basically drinking alone with his back to the small group of customers. Being so slow I'd hope it'd be cleaner, a shame as the building itself has a historical quality. Its sports bar layout but its missing the screens, flannel crowd of mixed ages. Pro: secluded pool table room Con: regular elmwood pricing without the people watching

One of the kindest bartenders I’ve ever met. This bar had a fantastic selection of beers. We enjoyed our drinks while watching basketball and hockey. Since I’m not very familiar with sports, I asked a few questions, and the bartender was incredibly patient—explaining everything slowly and clearly, knowing I was a foreigner. When I used a translator, he spoke more slowly to help me understand and even told me my English was great, which really made my day. He stayed friendly and welcoming the entire time we were there, and even came over to say goodbye when we were leaving. His kindness made me want to stay in Buffalo one more day. Also, I have to say—he had a great beard! (And yes, I used a translator for this too!)

This place has been on my bucket list for a long time, and I finally made it! The restaurant is quintessential South Buffalo: Friendly, No Thrills, and Proud. There is no pretentiousness here, just great wings and proud Buffalonians. These are fantastic wings, with great flavor, the perfect "crunch", and a moist chicken center. I'll be coming back! Pro Tip: Get the french fries, and also be aware that its cash only.

This place is often recommended as the top wing spot in Buffalo. I went with high expectations, and they were nearly met. I got there within 10 minutes of opening on a Thursday, and the wait for food was already an hour. Shortly after I arrived, guests had to wait an additional half hour to get a table. My order of hot wings was indeed brilliant. Saucy, spicy with complex flavor, and hot! I really enjoyed them, but would I wait an hour for them again? Unfortunately not. I've had meatier, juicer wings at Gene McCarthy's. Blackthorn had comparable sauce. Overall, this place was really good, but not worth an hour's wait. Hopefully when they expand, the wait time goes down!

I recommend this bar if you're looking for cheap and tasty cocktails in the area. I haven't tried their food but their Coppertone cocktail is my favorite. The vibe on the inside is very interesting. If you're looking to hangout with friends, don't sit on the couches because it's too loud there. Definitely a place worth checking out though. Also sometimes they check IDs to get in.

Ruben Gonzalez1in the last week

I went to House of Charm for the first time with my partner and we were excited to go to a dive bar known as an LGBTQAI+ inclusive space. As we entered, the live music was great and the aesthetic was on point. Unfortunately, the bar was a different experience. The bartender who served me was extremely rude. They failed to acknowledge my existence, as I stood at the bar with my credit card in hand, as they past directly in front of me four different times to greet and chat with other customers. They then acknowledged me and said “I’ll be right with you,” to only check a cell phone next to the cash register. It took me 5 minutes to get two drinks at a bar with less than a half dozen clients. They made my drinks, which were average, and my partner and I continued to enjoy the music and aesthetic. When ordering our second round of drinks, the rudeness continued. After being ignored various times, the bartender came up to me, greeted me, and then said “one moment” and preceded to look at a text message from another customer we arrived after me. These drinks, like the first time, took me five minutes to receive and with the same amount of customers at the bar. The music and atmosphere are nice, but be careful about who may be behind the bar.

A cool bar with great wings! Of the many wing places I've tried, these sauces were the most flavorful. Southie Gold was my favorite, never had a wing like it! It's worth trying a few different kinds!

18% administration fee is kinda wild when you have to tip on top of that.. but we’ve been here a few times and all our servers have been great, food was always hot and drinks are always good. Thank you for bringing good shows to Buffalo.

Went to see a few different comics here. They were funny. The funniest was Jess Hilarious. When she comes back, I recommend you see her. The food was amazing. The drinks are hit or miss, but everything else was just awesome. I had an amazing time and can't wait to go back.

Let's start with the service from Ann, amazing! She was prompt to take our orders and bring out the food (which came out quickly). Then she had a great personality with a whitty charm. You just don't get that anymore so I had to make sure she was recognized!!! The wings were definitely worth the stop. They were crisp, hot, and just the right size!! Then the flavor was perfect mix of hot and flavor. We tried the sweet potato waffle fries and those even met expectations, not bad for a northern restaurant. So the family of 5 left full, happy and wanting more next time.

Since Anchor Bar is the home of the original Buffalo wings, I had to give them a try, and they did not disappoint! The wings were absolutely delicious with that perfect balance of flavor and crispiness. The service was excellent from start to finish, friendly, fast, and attentive. What I loved most is that it didn’t feel like a “tourist spot” at all; it felt authentic, welcoming, and full of local charm. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re anywhere near Buffalo, you won’t regret it!

Stopped in for early dinner on Labor Day. Plenty of seating available. The building exterior is lovely, and the interior is comfortable. The ceiling fan system is very unique. All the fans are driven by one motor and interconnected with pulleys and belts. Fun to look at. Lots of TVs for sports, and interesting wall decor. Great looking place. They also offer gluten free options for sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. We ordered the Cajun Shrimp Salad and the Ditch Digger burger. The salad was great except for the avocado which was inedible. The burger was cooked far beyond the medium temperature requested. Our server, Julie, saved the day by replacing the avocado and giving up a free second beer (Lake Effect Pale Ale-which was awesome). We didn't ask for a new burger because the beef was very tasty in spite of the overcook. Large selection of house brewed beers and ales, both on tap and in cans, plus a well stocked bar with lots of spirits from which to choose. In spite of the food glitches, would give it another shot.

I enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Soho in downtown Buffalo this past weekend! Great food and excellent service!! I've been to Soho countless times over the past two decades, always in the evenings. It was cool to see it in the daylight, an entirely different atmosphere. Super clean and well kept. The owner and management go above and beyond to care for their customers! I highly recommend visiting for brunch. We arrived early at 11 am so it wasn't busy yet which was nice. I had their Espressoho martini and egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. I also couldn't leave without trying their salted caramel cinnamon roll! They are made at their sister bakery Forno e Gelato, so good!! Parking was easy, we found a free space on the side street. Overall, it was a fun way to start the weekend!

Such a lovely place for brunch ! The options are delicious and the service is wonderful! The only negative I would have is that the waiter was not 100% familiar with the menu. I wanted a item that stated that it had an egg involved, but the waiter said that it was poached. So I had to change to a different choice that had no egg involved. When my sister received her meal, which is the one I wanted, it had a fried egg on it. I wish he would have doubled checked before I made my decision. Mind you, my alternative option was delicious. I certainly didn't suffer for a change! Now I know next time I go I can get that choice. Other than that, it was lovely ! We were served complimentary strudel after we sat down, which was a nice unexpected surprise. We were not rushed and the vibe was relaxing and upbeat ! Definitely planning on going again ! Would recommend it to anyone! We went before a Shea's matinee performance. Perfect start to the day!!

Great place to chill and play pool or darts or drink with interesting people. Unfortunately I was very late to show up and missed the shows and most of the crowd, but the folks there were so friendly and I had a blast even though it was last call. Drinks were reasonably priced and tasted great. Definitely looking forward to going back. 🤗

The atmosphere was beautiful the scenery was beautiful!!! My food and the service not so great. They forgot about me ordering and when I did get my food they got my order wrong and my food was cold. I ordered truffle fries and a double order of wings half mild half hot garlic parm. It took an hour to get my food. My fries were cold and they sent me a double order of mild wings. When I said something they gave me a cup of parm to sprinkle over my wings. I really like it the establishment, but please do better with the service!!! I will try it again!!!

I was having a great time until I tried to close my tab at the bar. The bartender that I was getting drinks through all evening told me that my tab had already been closed and my card was missing. I ordered three drinks, but they told me my tab was closed after two. They showed me a receipt that showed only two drinks, but when I looked in my account after I left I was charged for the third one separately. Very weird. Also, the bartender I spoke to told me that it had to be the other bartender that closed my tab but when I tried to get his attention he ignored me. Something fishy is going on and I won’t be giving them my patronage anymore. Update: The owner seems to have missed the part where I said my card was missing. My tab was closed without my knowledge. The reason I mentioned getting charged for the drinks is because it was weird how the bartender showed me a receipt for two drinks when my tab was closed but a separate third charge was on my account. I don’t mind paying for what I bought. I do mind you guys mishandling my property. How was my card ran again? Who did you guys give my card to? Is it still on the premises? I had to cancel my card. That is the issue. Please don’t try and paint a different picture than what actually happened. You guys lost my card and closed my tab without my knowledge.

This place wasn’t very friendly. The security guards were beyond rude and no manners whatsoever. Apparently it was a private event so we weren’t allowed to enter. If a sign was put in place most customers would’ve known so they know not to waste their time trying to enter this establishment. Honestly the owner/manager should consider getting new security guards to have a better reflection on their establishment.

We went to see Drake Bell this past weekend and it was very fun and a very cool event. We paid for a table and bottle service upstairs and while it was a nice corner, the steps were extremely unsafe. I was the first of several people in our large party to fall. I slipped and bruised my back and elbows. After that, I went to the bar and asked for paper towels or something to help with this as it was so unsafe. I was handed 3 napkins…..throughout the night 6 of us had slipped and fallen on that step. One of them even literally broke his arm. In total I asked for help with this 3 times and was dismissed. I feel like because it’s a bar they can easily claim it was alcohol related but it clearly was not as so many of us got hurt. They seriously need to fix those steps and I feel as if everyone who got hurt should be compensated. The bathrooms also are some of the most disgusting I’ve ever seen even for a bar. But that’s a small deal. There’s no phone number to call them, so speaking to a manager would have been my first choice but a review will have to do. This was absolutely not okay and people should be made aware of this and it should be fixed and taken seriously for the future before something even worse than broken bones happens.
