Amazing service, great food, Wonderful vibes! Definitely would come back! We ordered the 3 for me, the triple dipper, and the Alex Santa Fe which were all super cheap in comparison to what you were actually getting. The 3 for me came with a choice of soup, chips or salad for the first part. We chose the chips and they were so big! The salsa was a little watery, but very good. The 3 for me also came with drink, and a whole meal from 10.99 to 16.99. You really get a bang for your buck at chili's!! The pink lemonade wasn't the best, but it was still very good and we were even given a refil! I thought it was amazing that you could get refills on all sodas, and that really goes to show how great the deals are here. I got a cup of hot water for free, since I brought my own coffee in my bag, and they were even nice enough to bring me some sugar! Everyone here was so nice, coming to check on us from time to time and making sure we were having fun. The cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks so was great, and not only was it amazingly seasoned but so were the fries. The molten lava cake was soo good as well! The ice cream paired so great with the softness of the cake, it was like a reward for my taste buds. The interior was nice and chill, the lighting was so inviting and the presentation of both the food and the tables was amazing. Definitely would come back!!
Drove a 30 min ride to eat here... One side of the restaurant was very loud. I had to ask to not be by a speaker or the TVs as I wear hearing aids and like to conversate with the family. The accommodated this without issues. The waiter was on point and friendly. The food came out hot and flavorful. We all left so full and satisfied.
The 3 for me is honestly the best deal in town, unlimited chips and salsa, a drink and a burger fills you up on a budget. Our server cat is a local favorite and we’re always in for a fun experience when we get her. One of our favorite spots!!!
My group went to this restaurant. The host was over whelmed and was then taken away with the manager. They were trying to seat people but I am assuming he was over whelmed then yelled at the people that tried to help seat people because there were reservations, and then walk in standing at the door way.He stated that when asked if he wanted any help. He said I just want everyone to leave me alone in from of us and other customers. A lot of confusion of if we were to wait 30 minutes or move forward. Our waitress was okay. When asking for a decaf refill she said that we don't offer decaf. That was clearly stated that there was 1 decaf and a regular decaf. She state she must have not heard that ordered. When asking for creamer and sugar when she came back to our table she acted annoyed. Just seemed like all but 2 people waitering where not overwhelmed. The food was so so. Due to the service from start to finish we will not be attending the Ithaca, NY establishment.
They forgot my Mac and cheese with my to go order. I called them and went back to get it as I live close. The portion was so small, it wasn’t worth the trip. I ordered a steak dinner and had to pay an extra 50 cents for the Mac and cheese. Happy with the steak and broccoli but not the Mac and cheese portion. Normally I’d get loaded potatoes and they come in a bigger container than this. I spent $26.23 for this meal. (To go order, no tip)
