Jackson Heights Upstairs Bar has a great vibe and friendly staff, making it a solid spot for a night out. The drinks are creative, though some felt a bit too strong or overly filtered. The espresso martini, while promising, had a slightly burnt taste, and fresh-squeezed juices would really elevate the cocktail experience. That said, the atmosphere is nice, and with a few tweaks, the drinks could match the ambiance perfectly!
GREAT for a first date night around this area. It’s set up for having a conversation. Chill atmosphere!! Deco.. 5 out of 5 Cocktails.. they are okay, they could be better for the size of the place. But I understand! This is the business (maybe I’m judging to hard)(I’m a lover of craft cocktails) Overall.. I’ll come back and bring my partner and friends over!!
Speakeasy type of cocktail bar quietly hidden above a fried chicken spot in Queens. Lee, the owner and bartender, is so warm and welcoming. His presence sets the vibe of this cozy spot. It’s easy to lose yourself in good conversation here. Highly recommend. Cash only, establishment, but accepts venmo
Really weird atmosphere with cramped space. A lot of reshuffling of seats throughout the night due to couples wanting to sit next to each other but taking up two tables at a time. Felt super itchy as soon as we were seated. The drinks were very disappointing for the price. Ordered a Lillet strawberry with no strawberry flavor in it. It was a very pale drink compared to the picture they have posted which is visibly more red in appearance due to some sort of strawberry flavoring. Very disappointing
Quick and friendly service, tasty drinks, and comfortable seating ! Perfect 2nd spot after fried chicken (UFC) on the 1st fl !
