We celebrated my wife’s birthday here while we started off here and then we finished off at a really nice restaurant but the service here was outstanding. The drinks were amazing. The service was perfect. I forgot the gentleman‘s name who served us, but he had a fabulous sports coat. It was very, very nice. My wife enjoy the caviar and the champagne. I had a few mixed drinks but highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful it was perfect. It’s small. It’s intimate. It’s just right.
Love, love this champagne bar. We’ve been here many times. We usually make reservations. We’ve had cocktails here in addition to champagne (and food), those are excellent as well. The service is friendly and they have introduced me to caviar, which is another indulgenceI I now enjoy. Thanks Zac!! And I’ve tried many champagnes and wines - all wonderful quality yet varied. The interior is pretty and thoughtfully designed as well. We will be back soon!🥂
I had a great time at The Bunker. I only had happy hour drinks and appetizers but the atmosphere and bartend staff were awesome. Plenty of big screen TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. Next time I will play some golf.
This was the perfect venue to host my husband’s surprise 30th birthday party. The event coordinator Emily was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The service was fantastic for the event and all of our guests had a great time. Thank you for helping make his party an unforgettable night!
Dive bar with craft beer, doesn't get much simpler. The outside is a bit deceiving since they have tables tucked on the other side of the room for additional seating. No food at all but packaged goods to go. About 12 craft beers on tap, chill vibe overall.
Hi there! Local dog-owning-regular here. Where do I even begin with this institution? At it's surface, Pint Sized is a gathering place for anyone interested in trying high-quality local beers on tap, and an even wider canned variety in the cooler. You won't be disappointed, it's by far the best selection in Saratoga. More important, however, is the vibrant community August and his delightful cadre of bartenders have developed over the years. It is the one place in town where you are easily able to meet new people, both local and visiting, have fantastic conversations, and develop lasting, joyous relationships. We have met some of our dearest friends and neighbors here, and will forever be grateful for this delightful cocktail of humans we get to visit with regularly. If you aren't sure, just stop in, it's worth a visit. Have a drink. Stay a while. And say hi to the dogs!
It’s never a miss here. Can count on quality, consistent cocktails and food is always on point. Open kitchen concept, craft cocktails made to order, service decent and very quaint atmosphere. Highly recommend for a local place to visit for great cocktails and food
A really wonderful experience. Great atmosphere, well prepared dishes and excellent cocktails. Just what you're looking for on a sunny evening in Saratoga. We'll be back.
This place is awesome! $10 craft cocktails, music that won’t make your ears bleed, a beer and a shot combo known as “a Lucy” for $8, and if you haven’t seen the holiday decor yet then you are truly missing out! Added bonus, one of the owners is the most devilishly handsome man that I’ve ever laid eyes on. It’s been rumored that his looks are so good that it was really his piercing gaze that turned Medusa to stone.
Loved it here!! Stopped in while visiting from MA, the decor is so cute (shout out to the Danny Devito rum ham pic), the drinks were delicious and the bartender was super friendly, he answered all our questions about the area and gave us great drink recs!
Nice spot. Stopped in for a drink for the first time. It is cozy on the inside and there is also outdoor seating as well. The bartenders were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend stopping in and giving it a try.
Great little bar to stop at and have a drink. They do not serve food but you can have a local burger place deliver food there They offer a happy house where tap beers are $6 and cocktails are half off. I had a peach cocktail and it was delicious. Husband had an old fashion that was great. Indoor and outdoor seating. Merchandise area and sample tasting as well. Parking in street is free but limited. Parking lots are also located near by.
Seasonal fare & craft cocktails are presented in a trendy space set in a former feed & grain store.
I can’t say enough about Hamlet and Ghost and I am not an easy person to impress. The intimate lighting and stylish decor create an inviting space that feels both special and comfortable—perfect for a date night or a celebratory dinner with friends. The drinks were very good. Each cocktail is crafted with precision, utilizing fresh ingredients and innovative combinations. Whether you prefer something classic or are in the mood for a daring concoction, the skilled mixologists here have you covered. Each dish we ordered was not only a feast for the eyes but also an unforgettable experience for the taste buds. The ingredients are clearly sourced with care, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The chefs have managed to master the balance of flavor, texture, and presentation, making each dish a singular entity of culinary artistry. Impeccable service is another hallmark of Hamlet and Ghost. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food and drink offerings. In conclusion, Hamlet and Ghost is an extraordinary dining destination that masterfully combines outstanding drinks, unforgettable food, and impeccable service in a memorable atmosphere. The complexity and texture of the dishes will linger in your memory, prompting you to return again and again. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough—if you’re looking to treat yourself to an extraordinary culinary experience, this is the place to be.
Fantastic spot! I have eaten at Hamlet & Ghost twice and both visits were terrific. Both times I elected the chef’s counter to watch the chefs ply their trade. Both times the food lived up to the hype. The burger is the best in Saratoga and perhaps one of my top 3 ever. The salads are fresh and unique. The oysters with tiny apple cubes are original and worthwhile, as is the hamachi. The cocktails are another highlight. The freezer vesper is a definite repeat for me, and fennel martini is unique.
Hip, bustling destination with rustic decor offering craft beer, cocktails & New American eats.
The food here is really good — honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. It was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Paired with their Cajun fries, you really can't go wrong. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and hit the spot. Definitely recommend if you’re craving a solid, satisfying meal!
This lively and energetically fun restaurant had friendly and engaging service which contributed to a very positive dining experience. The food was also amazing. We started with the Taproom Wings. The combination of the dry rubbed lemon with pepper created a uniquely addictive wing, which was crispy and packed with a zesty flavor that made you want to keep reaching for more. For my entree, I had the Fish & Chips. The tempura battered haddock was a perfect combination of a light, crunchy exterior with a juicy and flaky interior which melted in my mouth with each memorable bite. So glad that we came here for dinner.
Old stone house with Revolutionary-era ties now supplying sandwiches, steaks & hearty American fare.
Outstanding local find while on business trip!!! Make a reservation to be safe and you'll find an ancient building (since 1773) with one of the most diverse menus I've seen on my many trips around the US. Portions are large but not insane so you'll be full but not in pain. Turkey is a favorite of mine and was told that's their specialty so based on referral I did the oven roasted turkey dinner with smashed potatoes, corn stuffing, green beans, gravy, and small side of cranberry sauce (fresh). Everything was perfectly made and for together like the very best Thanksgiving meals. I went with an atypical appetizer given dinner choice but the mozzarella sticks (4 big rectangles not greasy done just right) which had a twist. In addition to some perfectly made marinara dipping sauce, there was another dip that was dark. I tried a taste expecting maybe BBQ and instead got like a fruit taste. They explained it was a raspberry almost jam/compote kind of like for toast. I was highly skeptical but love sweet and salty or savory and color me stunned. I wouldn't say it's for everyone, but it was a great alternative taste combo so I did 2 sticks that way and 2 the other. It's a bit discordant to do both in one setting but worth the try. If you're in the area this is a MUST visit, not an option. As in future trips to Albany I would say the 30 minute drive north would be worth doing for another meal here. And for those worried about a REALLY old stone building, as someone with asthma and allergies I didn't have any issues and didn't smell anything musty or scary. Whatever they've done to clean and maintain is working. All the visual delights of a colonial building without worry about air quality.
We had heard great things about the French Onion Soup and were not disappointed. The flavorful soup had plenty of crispy cheese and was the perfect size. We ordered the very generously sized appetizers for our main course and they were wonderful. Had to save room for dessert and glad we did. The chocolate mousse was fabulous - light and delicious - beautifully plated and enough to share. We enjoyed the historic atmosphere, and interesting pictures. Will definitely return. Special thanks to Kanny who was such a pleasant and helpful support to the waitstaff - he deserves recognition for his hard work.
Hidden potential. Truly a spot for those in the know, because boy is this place out on the edge of town. Scouring the google maps for new restaurants I haven't tried nearby, and I stumbled upon this one only thanks to looking for Dock Brown's Ordered over the phone, going with an order of the Pretzel & Queso and a Turkey Ruben with Onion Rings. Given that this is an exclusive restaurant for a golf course, the prices matched the concept, and padded down my wallet for just over $40. Ouchie. Back home I found myself loving the queso, perfectly cheesy and just the right level of heat. The pretzel sadly was underbaked, as there were globs of unbaked dough very visible at a glance. At least they got the idea right that pretzel for a queso dip, does not need any salt, because the dip is as salty as needs to be already. The ruben on the other hand was phenomenal. Tasty and filling, jam packed full of turkey and sauerkraut with a nice level of swiss and russian. The onion rings were a little softer than I tend to like, but I chalked that up to being in a sealed plastic container for the ride. They did go really well with the queso though, as there was more than enough dip left over after I finished the pretzel. Overall the price is a tad bit much for the underbaked pretzel, but that singular complaint aside, this was a really good take out meal. I'd probably only come back if I were to dine in, same price for a better experience I suspect.
This place is just so fun! The food is really good but not overly expensive. They’re super willing to do modifications which I was very appreciative of. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. The view is great. We went for brunch be ended up eating of the lunch menu so we’ll have to come back to try out the breakfast. 10/10
This is exactly what you want a relaxed bar to be. The service is warm and friendly. You instantly feel like you belong there. The drinks are perfect and the prices are more than fair. Great atmosphere!
Great service and prices! Very friendly
Jazz lounge in 1880s-era digs pours hundreds of single malts & martinis over a mahogany bar.
Small, intimate bar with a mainly jazz playlist and a HUGE martini list and a wide variety of bourbons, Scotch whiskies, and Irish Whiskeys. (Pro tip: keep scrolling the drinks menu PDF). Bartenders know their craft and the area. Shout-out to Freeman on the recommendations for Familiar Creature and Solevo!)
We passed by for a drink pre-dinner and found this amazing spot. The cocktails were fantastic and David who working that night was very helpful in helping us decide what cocktails to order. His drinks were delicious and we had some great conversation with him. It felt like a local spot and we highly recommend and will be back! The vibe was very speakeasy-like and had a gorgeous unique sculpture for the beer taps
Bi-level venue offering Irish & American bites, plus live music in pub–style digs with a roof deck.
Harvey's Restaurant and Bar was our first stop while visiting on vacation—and what a fantastic way to kick things off! Matt, the owner, was amazing and even took the time to share his recommendations for the best local bars and restaurants in town. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a restaurant with a happier staff—everyone seemed genuinely upbeat, which made for such a fun atmosphere! They even gave us a complimentary drink to sample, which was a great touch. It’s easy to say this spot instantly became our favorite in town. We can’t wait to come back on our next visit. If we lived here, this would absolutely be our go-to neighborhood bar!
Hands down one of four favorite places in Saratoga. Great food, great staff, fair pricing. The atmosphere: Perfect for football if you’re a Bills fan. Every is hyped up. They’ll only put on other games if the Bills aren’t playing, though, so plan ahead. It’s an Irish bar so it looks as such, but still cute. There are additional rooms/upstairs/roof patio for events which are all gorgeous. The staff: wonderful. We know most of them by name at this point and they make a point to remember their regulars. Everyone is friendly and attentive. The owner, Matt, is a gem. Great guy, great stories, and always helping his staff. He was our bartender the first time we went and big part of why we keep coming back. The food: amazing! My favorite hot wings in the area by far and the bleu cheese dressing is unmatched. We’ve tried a few other wing flavors and the only one I didn’t like was the Harvey’s sauce which is a mix of others (but I don’t like bbq sauce so that’s a me problem). The burgers are great and the egg has always been perfect. We’ve also tried plenty of other food: tacos, Irish nachos, some sort of Irish beef stew during the winter, chicken sandwich, ruben, fish and chips. All great. The shepherds pie was divine and now I crave it on cold, gloomy days. Pretty much everything is under $20 (except for the steak/fish). The drinks: they rotate out the beers on tap and my partner loves trying the new ones. They alap always have the standard beers on tap including Guinness. I stick with my Jameson but I’m never disappointed in the drinks. It’s worth a visit! (Photos are from various night when I remembered to actually take one)
Snug restaurant/bar offering Irish- & English-inspired pub fare, organic tea & weekend brunch.
Wow what a great neighborhood spot in the arts district of Saratoga. Locally sourced comfort food with an Irish flair. I had the Irish Ruben sandwich… Irish bacon (ham) lovely garlicky sauerkraut, cheese and bacon. And you don’t have to ask for malt vinegar with the hand cut fries…it’s on the table! Dallas was our waitress and she was lovely and attentive. Felt like a local on a Sunday evening. Family friendly.
A cozy spot in an idyllic neighborhood. The shepherd's pie (cottage pie, really) was almost as good as homemade, and the fish & chips could hold its own against a Buffalo fish fry. One caveat: at the height of the lunch rush, it was punishingly loud inside. I would recommend choosing outdoor seating when it's busy, weather permitting.
Steak & seafood served in a former 19th-century horse carriage factory with traditional decor.
Great food, great people. After a long hot day at the track we didn't want to wait for a reservation somewhere else so we walked in hoping for a spot at the bar. The bartender was amazing, someone moved over to give us two seats together and the food was excellent. Definitely worth going!
The pan fried brussel sprouts were very good, balance of sweet char and pork belly bacon. Two dinner fish entre’s were sub par. The perch special was bland and over cooked and dry. The salmon was over cooked dry and bland. Our server had the night of the living dead type persona! The highlight was the negroni, excellent. The bar is very traditional and has character. For dinner, find another venue!
A wonderful venue for our Saratoga Pride monthly Happy Hour! The owner and her team are so warm and welcoming to us all. The alternative vibes of the bar match the name, Misfit. If you've ever felt like you don't have anywhere you'd belong, you belong here no matter what. Thank you, Michelle, and your crew for being in my top 3 favorite bars in downtown Saratoga. :-D Looking forward to next time!
Absolutely best place for a private party. I hosted a Sunday afternoon retirement party and it couldn’t have worked out better. Michelle is the best. She was so helpful in the planning. So helpful the day of. So relaxed and kind. The whole team was excellent. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Cocktails were unique, fun and delicious. Love The Misfit!
The best spot for a cocktail, beer or top shelf bourbon. The bartender is fast, attentive and knowledgeable. Great live music adds to the experience:) No food, but plenty of space at the bar!
The Bourbon Room is a gem on Caroline Street with excellent craft cocktails and of course a wide selection of bourbon and whiskey at all price points. I visit with friends at least once a week, sometimes more often, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed without ever losing class. I believe it is due to the bartenders (namely Zach) who are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, as well as respectful, friendly, and accommodating, that this place can be the great spot that it is today. Stop in, enjoy some bourbon, and tip your bartenders well!
What a cool vibe right across the street from the track! Great service, plenty of TVs, and great food. Had to get a picture of the BEST wings ever before they were gone. Ask for a side of hot honey peach or hot honey mustard dipping sauce on the side. Wish they were in TX. Just have to come back for our annual trek to Saratoga Springs!
Pretty cool location right nearby the track (walking distance). Very reasonable drink prices, especially given what they charge across the street! Has a bar vibe but is also kid friendly. The food was basic bar food but perfect for what we wanted. The server was cool too. Overall a good pick if you are looking for a couple beers and a snack after the track.
Live-music scene with DJ-fueled dancing, weekly game nights & walls decorated by local artists.
Very intimate vibe, the staff is super friendly and does not take away from the experience at all. For being such a small place the sound is fantastic, just a really great hidden gem. Good music, good people!! Love this place and can’t wait for the next show!
Awesome intimate venue in downtown Saratoga Springs! Nice outdoor patio, big bar, great sound and a good stage. Only con is no easy way to get water.
The music was all hiphop, evenin the upstairs disco room. Would have been nice to have had more dance or trance music. Was there on a Saturday night
Hate to be bias to any club (especially being a DJ in this area) but Night Owl is BY FAR my favorite club in Saratoga to visit. Alex the owner clearly puts effort into running the place, I always see him out helping out the staff, working the line, etc. He always greats our group of regulars. Music wise this place brings in some of the best local DJs and out of area DJs. I can't say the same for some other venues in the town but I LOVE how much they switch up the talent so you always see new DJs and hear new music. Love how usually two rooms are open so you can bounce between DJs. Lots of times they have one room playing Trap/HipHop and the other playing more house so you can switch it up every so often. Mixed drinks arent as cheap vs other spots but it's Saratoga it's expected and its not unreasonable. Friendly bar staff as well! Amazing vibes and would deff recommend anyone check out this spot.
Lively brew pub serving its own craft beers & an eclectic food menu sourced from local ingredients.
Terrible name, horrible logo, ridiculously expensive, great place. Excellent beer. Pretty darn good food. Super service. Good atmosphere. $195 for dinner for four, not including tip. Unless you're wealthy, which a lot of people around here are, it couldn't be your regular place. It's literally $30 for one (wagyu) burger, fries and one beer. But it's all good and we'd recommend it and would go back. (Just get that logo redesigned) Lol.
We hosted a large event with over 50 people in attendance and the staff did an excellent job. They gave us the perfect amount of space, provided great food options, and had excellent bar service. We appreciated how attentive they were to our group and kept the tables cleared. We had more people attend than expected and they gave us easy options to add food. The cookies as the dessert were excellent! We will definitely come back again.
Traditional hangout with a down-to-earth atmosphere, plus a pool table, darts & live music.
Beloved and iconic dive bar in the heart of Saratoga. Plenty of booze and character to fill your evening. Attracts a young and vibrant crowd. Start talking up the bartenders for more colorful antidotes about the local area.
I went here during Chowderfest. My buddy and I wrapped up pour festivities with some hot cider, Deadpool Pinball, winning a foosball game, MORE CHOWDER, and plenty of booze. Having run into some friends earlier in the day, coming into DA's at the end of our day was definitely the best thing we could've don't at that point. I love the down-home feeling of this place and will definitely keep coming back.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Every dish that came out was packed with flavor and beautifully presented — you can tell a lot of passion and detail goes into the food. The portions were perfect, and everything tasted fresh and made with love. On top of that, the overall vibe was lively yet comfortable, making it a place you could enjoy for any occasion. I can’t recommend this spot enough — definitely a must-visit!
Had visited the coat room indoors previously and had a good experience. The indoor restaurant was closed for a private event, so we instead went up to the rooftop. There was a teenager "working" in the elevator - literally pressing the button for you, not speaking or saying anything. He had a tip jar by him which made me feel slightly uncomfortable because it felt like such an unnecessary job. The rooftop is definitely trying to be "club-y" - the seating areas are for larger groups and uncomfortable to find a good place to sit for just two guests. I tried to order at the bar but they insist on a waiter coming over to you - the bartender was another teen and to be honest I did not trust him to make a good cocktail. I changed my order last minute to a beer. My husband got a martini but it was pretty horrible. This place is over priced and trying to be something it isn't - I wish they got back to basics and just offered good drinks with a good view, vs trying to be a "club" / lounge as if we were in Miami or somewhere super boujee. I honestly will not be back and will spend $20 on a cocktail elsewhere for actual good drinks.
Laid-back joint with happy hour & live music serves American eats ranging from pizza to smoked BBQ.
We stopped by briefly to enjoy drinks with coworkers. Since the horse race was still happening, we avoided the crowds. The food was good, and wow, they had tents set up along with a stage for a band. It seemed like a fantastic spot for a social gathering after the race.
The Horseshoe has really evolved over the years. We went for breakfast before a day a the track. Both the food and service was excellent. They have made a number of positive changes with their layout.
Unfussy sports tavern featuring a full bar & basic American bar eats, plus multiple TVs & a patio.
Had another decent visit to this restaurant, the food and service were pretty good. We ordered a birria quesadilla off the specials menu but upon arrival, it was simply a "shaved beef and cheese quesadilla" as labeled by our waitress when we inquired about the consomme. That was the only real disappointment. Still, a good place for some bar food, their dinner items are good too.
Party of 3 we placed our order and waitied an hour for our food the server never checked in or refilled drinks. After I flagged her down suddenly the food gets delivered. Only problem is my son's pizza is cold slop on a plate. My wife's Ruben didn't have sourkruat on it and it was cold. The wings weren't crispy. When we tried to communicate our dissatisfaction the waitress was rude said it wasn't her problem she doesn't work in the kitchen when I pointed out while you don't work in the kitchen you could have updated or checked in on your clients at all which you did not. She said " I'll just comp the bill ... im not going to be yelled at" (no one had raised their voices) and then she walked away... as we are leaving I tried to get a gentlemens attention who seated us and i start to tell him we had a problem and he kept walking away as well. We live locally and have been to your establishment many times the food has always been good. But after our experience today we will never step foot in your restaurant again we have never been spoken to by any waitresses this way before and if yours are allowed to behave this way then I'm sure we won't be alone. I only write this because if I owned a business and behavior like this is going on then I would want to know so I can address it. ,
We got garlic, Parm wings. A meat, lovers, pizza, both regular and gluten-free. We were at Wilton mall and we’re just looking for a local area to eat that would be gluten-free this place was available by call to double check. Great atmosphere great experience great food. Service was great. PS we have eyes on the hamburger burgers for next time. They also do gluten-free.
We were back in town to visit the family and they wanted to do taco Tuesday with us and their friends. We made a 5pm reservation just in case but it didn't seem necessary. One of the friends was there already and seated so we had our table ready. Everything seemed to start ok but started falling apart shortly after, our waiter took our drink orders and it took a minute to get them. Once the rest of the party got there it took longer and longer to get stuff. There were only 2 people taking care of the entire restaurant inside and out. Our waiter just got overwhelmed with everything as well as the whole staff. The margaritas were a little one the weak side, a ton of ice and you could barely taste any tequila. Once the food came out it was good. I enjoyed my burger, it was a good size and tasted good. It was a little over cooked for my liking but enjoyable. The fries were good and cooked to order. The wife's tacos were good as well and everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. Overall it's a decent place but seems like they could use some staffing upgrades.
Came here to Quaryers to watch a band play. Sat at the bar was excited went to order some food and right away the bartender Lisa said we're not serving food, but you can go next door and eat it here, Really....? Ok, I guess so ordered slices. Then the person next to me ordered poppers and other couple got chicken wings then 2 couples walked in to get espresso martinis Lisa the bartender said we dont serve those here the nice patron next to me said she lying. She's over whelmed I said does she own this bar? He said no. The poor owners I'd fire her so fast. I can only imagine all the money and ppl she turns away. Her customer service sucks. Unfortunately I wanted to like it thr but I will never return. She needs to go.
Place is cool. Very happy for the new owners and what they've done but I'm a bartender and just had an opportunity to have a drink there . My neighbors were hanging full beers...2 women behind bar not looking at me at all . One woman with dreads pops beers for guys in corner ...I'm quiet for about 4 - 5 minutes ....that's like forever when ur dying for a drink after a busy bar night ....lol....the woman says we called last call already so u can leave .....I just smiled shook my head and walked out peacefully. Not cool in my opinion and I won't walk outta my.way again to go there .
Cheap drinks, dude playing acoustic guitar was amazing. He was playing bass with his feet. A big surprise for small bar in a small town
It was my first time going there, the place was bright and spacious. I went to meet a friend and play some pool. They also have many dart boards, so lots to do. The service at the bar was quick and friendly... A place I would go back to!
Airy, refined venue offering wines from its Cayuga Lake vineyards, New American dishes & tapas.
Lovely atmosphere to so in for a wine tasting or dinner. The staff was winning and accommodating talking and entering we got star we wanted and killed what e we had. Cute married couple that was adorable had their weekly date night next to us and loved it so much they said there were heading this place a regular. Bowie was yummy and salad was refreshing.
My daughter hosted a party here for about 30 people and everything was top notch! The room with the bar is open and airy with beautiful light through windows, setting the atmosphere. She says the owner was easy to work with and accommodating to our dietary needs, and all the food was delicious… I especially enjoyed the crab cakes, the Caesar salad was “the best Caesar salad” my husband ever had, and the whole group raved about the BLT wraps! The wine was outstanding and Christine was so attentive, noting when each of our glasses needed a little refill ;-). Would definitely host a party there again! Kudos to the chef and staff for helping to make an amazing day!
Comfy bar & eatery in a 1902 landmark building, offering American fare, a full bar & outdoor patio.
This was my 1st time visiting this city and I just returned from the trace track a few minutes away. I had previously looked at places to grab lunch and this is the spot I chose. Its just located a block away from the main shopping area on Broadway. They offer both indoor & outdoor seating but due to how hot it was i chose inside. Since I already looked into this spot I knew what I wanted to order which was the red Ruben which would also be my 1st time trying this sandwich. It didn't disappoint it was very good I got with a side of sweet potato fries. The places was not busy so I didn't have to wait long. They also have a bar if your looking to grab a drink or two, also multiple TVs. The ladies working were very nice so worth visiting if your in the area. The prices were reasonable. Restrooms are available which are kept clean.
Great place downtown Saratoga. The patio in back is open now that the weather is improving. Summer vibes and music out there. I sat inside. Enjoyed a beer, their lobster bisque (delicious!) and a burger. Food was cooked well, would have liked the bisque a bit hotter, but it sure was yummy. Staff very friendly. Wasn't busy when I went in, plenty of seating. Nice and clean, airy atmosphere. Will go back for sure. I need to try the French onion soup!
No food. Snowstorm and left my mate outside. Not worth it considering you got lads stumbling out the bar but wont let someone smoking one cig out the bar, while sober.. it’s been a great bar and no reasons to hate until the bouncers couldn’t “let her in cause of one previous bouncer”. get the head bouncer tryna be careful and didn’t get a chance to chat to the lad but hope he’s well and that next one he thinks a bit more on it. Nothing personal love this place great time and great fair prices.
Its cute, but they are not the nightlife got to say. They were wicked dead that night. Their music choices were ok. Smallish downstairs kind of area, but plenty fun looking.
Chic, bi-level hub in Saratoga Casino & Raceway with two bars, live music, dancing & VIP lounges.
I've been here twice already the first time was my idea the second time with someone else's and we had no choice. THE DRINKS ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, as is the food. The dance floor was nothing to brag about.. all I can say is if you have a budget this is definitely not the place to go.
Went last night 5/3. Three of us. Ordered 3 rounds of malibu/bay breaze. Had a different bar tender for each round. Each round was a different price. $25, $30 and $31.50. Definitely will be reaching out to the appropriate persons to look onto this
Easygoing spot featuring BBQ & American fare with sports TV & an outdoor patio with lounge seating.
Waiter was really good, the chips were great, good drinks, burger was well over done, but the great service made up for it
Heather and the staff are on point. Lady in kitchen can cook.. smoke wings was the best had long time. Pork bbq fries was fire.. came in for sport games. Well worth it
All-in-one sports bar, grill & dance hall spread over 5 floors is topped by a scenic rooftop patio.
After the dinner, went for a drink. This place a great live music. The band was great. Totally enjoyed it. The place was crowded however we managed to go in and the bartender there were very nice, and so were the securities. We did enjoy playing pool, as there was Small section of pool house as well. Will visit soon again.
Great place. Eva was extremely friendly and an excellent bartender. Great vibes. Clean. And drinks were good as well. Plenty of TVs too. Eva was playing some great music too. Went on a Monday night, and it was pretty quiet. Didn't get food, drinks only.
Amazing service and amazing people. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, even when it got busy. Our bartender made sure to check in with everyone, including us who had been there before the rush. Danielle was our bartender and she literally is a gem on earth. Five stars for Danielle and Trotters!
It was one week ago (5/29/25) that I had a strange and off putting experience at Trotters. I was in town for a conference so I popped in for a quick lunch. I sat at the bar and ordered a soda and a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The food prices were posted on the wall but I didn’t see drink prices anywhere, with the exception of some beer specials. I finished up and put a $20 bill on the bar. One of the barmaids asked if that was mine, I confirmed it was and the other barmaid cashed me out. Then I waited, and waited, and waited… Finally I got the attention of the 2nd barmaid and said, “Was there any change?” At this point she printed out my check and put $2.25 on the bar in front of me. She seemed upset at me. I said, “I’m not a regular. I don’t know your prices.” Anyway, the grand total on the check was $17.61. So the change from a $20 bill would be $2.39. But she gave me only $2.25. This leaves me scratching my head… First she gives me no check and no change. Then when I ask for change, she gives me less than it should have been. Obviously I am not upset at the 14 cents difference. I am upset with the whole transaction of 1.) no check 2.) no change, and then 3.) incorrect, lesser change. Normally I would overtip in this situation and give $5 on the $16.70 subtotal. But the barmaid cost herself a few bucks with her mystifying and rude behavior. I’m still trying to figure this one out. Weird and off putting. I suggest the owner investigate before crowds show up for the horse races.
