Amazing experience from start to finish! The calamari was hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service matched it every step of the way. Ardit was a phenomenal host—attentive, welcoming, and made the evening truly special. Highly recommend!
Service was superb, and that made it such a fun evening. I started with the espresso martini, not only did it look beautiful the flavors were perfectly balanced. The meal was very good, pasta you can’t go wrong. I ordered the filet. It was good, cooked a little more than my medium, came out more as a well, so maybe clarify what you want with a color center. The peppercorn sauce gave it a spicy kick, you could enjoy the steak with or without the sauce. Vegetables were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The only thing I would do differently, the potatoes. I believe they were oven baked, which makes them healthy and not greasy. However, I like a little crispy outside so I would have pan fried them in some oil to give them more texture. Again, their way is healthier. Dessert, I tried 3, and all three were delicious, but the tiramisu was out of this world. As far as atmosphere, we could hold a conversation but a part of me thought it would be fun if they were playing the soundtrack to Bronx Take in the background 😂 Highly recommend.
Great service from Maria! Thanks for the amazing food :)
We were sceptical when we entered the restaurant but the warm welcome we got changed everything in a second. Menu not too long but the selection is pretty good. Ordered 4 different things from the menu. At the beginning we had some doubts about the quality of food but when the first plates arrived we got really surprised and impressed. Everything was fresh and tasteful, actually way better than some of the “fancy” restaurants on Mamaroneck. The server was so nice and attentive. We will definitely come back!
Colorful destination for painting classes accompanied by a selection of finger foods, beer & wine.
My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience at Muse Paintbar “Paint Your Pet” night! We painted our two American Shorthair cats, Bamboo and Coco, and it turned into an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, creativity, and great drinks ;) A huge shoutout to Jose, Jose, and Mel! They were incredibly helpful, patient, and encouraging throughout the entire session. As beginners without any painting experiences, we truly appreciated the guidance and support they offered every step of the way. Their energy made the night so much fun! I’m especially thankful to my wonderful husband for finding this activity. It was such a thoughtful surprise and a perfect way to create new memories together. Highly recommend this experience for couples, friends, or anyone looking to try something unique and heartwarming!!!
Had an amazing time at Muse Paintbar with my mom and brother! 🎨🍷 The whole experience was so fun and relaxing, and the staff made it even better. Huge shoutout to Kay, José, and Martin for their incredible service. They were friendly, helpful, and really made us feel welcome. The painting session was fun for all skill levels, and we loved the food and drinks too. 🍕🍹 Perfect spot for a creative night out with family or friends. Highly recommend Muse Paintbar. We’ll definitely be back!
Always good. Pictured is curry chicken with fries and shrimp poboy. Both excellent. The patio is bright and comfortable in summer.
Love this local place! Always impressed with what comes out and the food is always better than I remember it. (Blackened fish tacos appetizer is my favorite - more of an entree than an appetizer -a very filling meal.) Phillip is an attentive bartender who remembers you and takes care of you. This place gets PACKED. Would not recommend for large groups.
Glitzy, sprawling dance club with multiple rooms hosting DJs, live acts & private parties.
We had a fabulous experience hosting our daughter’s bat mitzvah kids party at the Coliseum. It’s pretty much a dream space for almost any party and especially for teenagers. Dan is an absolute pleasure to work with. You can relax taking in all of his suggestions! The food is incredible too.
This place was the BEST!! We had our daughters sweet 16 it went off without a problem. Josh and Dan are great they made us feel comfortable the food was good everything was included in the package staff is very attentive to our needs, really i cant say enough good things about this place worth every penny oir daughter had a blast they made her feel like the princess she is. Thanks Josh and Dan you guys know how to treat your customers waiting for the next time we need to book a party. GREAT PLACE.
Dark, intimate saloon with a 1930s theme serving cocktails, plus global eats from brunch to dinner.
We visited the Blind Pig on Fathers Day for Brunch after bailing out of a horrifying experience at Red Horse up the road (see my review on Red Horse). The folks at the Blind Pig really saved Fathers Day for me, my best friend, and our families. We walked in without reservations but they still found a place for us on a very busy day. The food was delicious. My friend ordered the steak and eggs. I ordered the duck egg and sausage croissant. The kids ordered the Japanese pancakes. We also ordered drinks which were terrific. The food was a little slow coming out because of the busy day so the bar tender sent over free additional drinks for everyone without anyone asking ($60 of value). Now THAT is how you treat your customers and provide an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you Blind Pig for saving the special day for two hard working Dads!
Visited this little gem in White Plains NY. Greeted at the door, with great hospitality I chose the bar. The bar/restaurant is quaint, warm and very inviting with a cozy atmosphere yet vibrant. The bartender straight from Ireland was incredible, watching him pour drinks, utilizing a blowtorch for those "special" bourbon drinks was a work of art. Now on to the food, I ordered the tuna tartar, small portion as I also ordered the chicken tacos. The tartar was exquisitely tasteful on a toasted rice patty I believe with sauces an a jalapeño topping. The chicken tacos were tasteful, nicely spiced. My intention was to order a full dinner but honestly that was pleasantly enough. A great place to enjoy drinks an food in a beautifully designed room. Highly recommend.
Abundant draft & bottled craft beers, basic pub grub & multiple TVs in roomy, comfortable digs.
Food is amazing and the service is really nice. The food comes out super fast as well! Great experience overall and will def be back. If you enjoy watching sports they have tons of tvs and sports fans to share the experience with. Great local place.
Stopped by Ron Blacks Beer Hall and the staff was great—friendly and quick to get us seated. We ordered two brisket sandwiches that unfortunately came out cold, but the team handled it right away and replaced them without any hassle. The beer was solid and overall it turned into a good experience.
A wonderful greetings by Dave the mixologist. My first time here, atmosphere was smooth and not loud. Very romantic settings.
Came in to OMC on a Monday and had the best service I’ve experienced in a long time! Ewan was so professional and his hospitality was above and beyond, it made the entire visit more than worth while. The liquor selection is amazing and another bonus. The food menu was very diverse. Had we not eaten prior there were a lot of options we would have ordered. The truffle popcorn was the perfect touch to munch on while we drank. I can’t wait to come back!
Quirky pub dedicated to the owner's dog, with comfort eats, craft drafts & TVs tuned to sports.
As a first-time tourist in United States I was amazed by this place. First of all, Emma is such a cute dog and there were lots of her pictures around! Secondly, the atmosphere gave me a real American experience. And finally the food was delicious - I’ve ordered an onion soup with fish and chips and my friends went for some salads and all of us were very pleased with the choice. Our waiter was a very funny and kind man, unfortunately we’ve only been passing through Westchester but next time I’ll make sure to come here again!
Waiter was very attentive, service was stellar as this is a five star place. The bread sticks were dry and hard. Not great. The steak was ordered medium well but came back not even well done but “congratulations” if you know what I mean. Super dry and way overdone. Not good and inedible. The beer selection was good.
Artisan pizzas, small plates & a raw bar in a modern tavern setting with vintage decor & a patio.
Cute spot with lovely meals. I enjoyed the big meech pizza, but the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was not hot at all. The fries were crispy but slightly stale. The fish sandwich was okay. Service was a bit slow, and one of the sandwiches came with a hard bun. We went for brunch on a weekday, and it was not busy. I did not have a reservation. There is a paid parking lot right behind the restaurant; you can enter the restaurant from that parking lot.
Legitimately such a waste of money. I’ve worked as a server at a lot of different places, and done a lot of jobs where most of my paycheck relies on tips or commissions. If you’re working like that for most of your wages, you better make sure you’re not ignoring your customers or clients. They’re not going to automatically give you 20% to treat them like garbage. Industry or not. Do better. It seemed like everyone in there had an attitude. Idk what it was, but the vibe was so off at that place. Food was ok but not exactly as advertised. I can go more into detail about that but I feel like this is long enough already. Also please someone in your kitchen/management/whatever… look up a recipe for white bbq sauce cause what you gave me was basically Panera’s cloyingly sweet apple salad dressing, idk wtf that was but it ain’t white bbq. You do know white bbq has vinegar in it, right? Check your ratios maybe. Def doesn’t have apples. Update: It is the next day, and I have had a stomach ache since last night about an hour after leaving. Not sure if something didn’t agree with me but figured I would mention it. I had the gnocchi, the cauliflower, and the fried chicken. I mostly ate the gnocchi, had only a bite or two of the cauliflower, and one piece of chicken. Gnocchi was really tasty, although a bit chewy and not made in house. I didn’t taste the sage but it still could have been in there. Fried chicken was a bit in the drier side, it was also pretty bland and could use some salt and a bit more other seasoning, but the breading was crispy. The “hot” honey was not hot at all. I’m actually very sensitive to “heat spice” and this had no heat. Cauliflower was ok but not for me. Breading was done well, but again, it was lacking in flavor, just needed some seasoning. The basil aioli was ok but needed salt as well. It mentioned coming with shallots, but I only saw maybe a piece of shallot as a garnish, and some chive on top, but shallot didn’t seem part of the flavor profile of this dish. The cranberry fizz cocktail I ordered advertised rosemary as an ingredient, and it did not come with rosemary. It’s part of the reason I ordered it, it’s not just a garnish but part of the flavor and olfactory sensation, it creates a cohesive flavor profile. Without it, my drink was just a vodka cranberry seltzer. That’s not what I ordered or what was advertised.
Happening watering hole with sports on the TVs, pub fare, patio seating & DJs on the weekends.
Dropped in for happy hour. The appetizers were great, the flavored margs were refreshing. Waiter was attentive. The desserts were good. Pretty sure the toffee Bundt cake was burnt so it was hard but the flavor was sto there, enjoyed it regardless
Had a fun Saturday night at The Brazen Fox in downtown White Plains, but it wasn’t a place I’d recommend for dinner. The vibe was lively and the music was great But the food fell short: the menu is basic and nothing stood out as particularly tasty or good value just “simple,” not enjoyable enough for a meal. Inside It was loud and crowded, which meant chatting wasn’t an option felt more like yelling over a crowd than a social night out. It’s a good spot if you just want a fun night out with drinks, but not the place for a satisfying dinner.
Lively hangout offering hundreds of craft & international beers plus pub grub & happy hour.
I love this place and regret not coming sooner. The drinks are amazing (get the lazy girl!) and the food is to die for. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Highly highly recommend!
Relatively good food that’s reasonably priced but took a bit long to serve or we could have been hungry. I thank Ms. Claire for the hot water that I requested. The Saloon in on a major thoroughfare and has a good atmosphere with high ceilings so it’s spacious. I liked my right portioned soft chicken tacos with guacamole & salsa. I wish the plantain was riper with two more slices and less rice. My husband was satisfied with his sandwich and French fries.
Relaxed local hangout with full bar, Mexican & American comfort foods & sports on numerous TVs.
The tacos were packed with flavor, and the clam chowder was creamy comfort in a bowl. Service was top-notch and the atmosphere was chill and inviting. A delightful meal from start to finish!
Nice Bar, Amazing food. Loved the Chicken soup... ad some hot sauce. Wow. Friendly staff, always fun time. Lots of TV's and sports... Highly recommended 👍 👏
Steak, seafood & other modern American dishes in an upscale pub setting with a lively bar.
Had a really nice lunch outside today on the back terrace. It was brunch time so we had a nice burger with fries, some French toast, and it came with complementary mimosas, which was a nice touch. I definitely recommend for lunch or brunch on a nice day if you have a chance to sit out back.
All was great! Went for brunch and had unlimited mimosas. Had the Eggs Oscar and cousin had Skirt steak and eggs and we had no complaints. Juan was great and the dessert for bdays was Tiramisu and Cake. Would return. Recommended.
Traditional Irish pub featuring familiar fare, imported beers on tap & frequent live music.
I didn't try the food that's why I did not rate it. Great karaoke multiple times a week. Beautiful people having fun. Your typical Irish pub with a little more to offer. Pool tables darts to name a few. Good spot to chill
I come in like twice a week and tonight I was the first to sign up for karaoke, but yet they put on 3 people who had Internet followers. The young lady who just finished had over a million followers
Southern classics in a modern, rustic setting with ample bar seating, weekend brunch & happy hour.
We booked a reservation at the last minute and they were available so that was great. We got to the location and it only took a few minutes to get the table ready. Will was our server and he was absolutely amazing! One thing that took me by surprise was the fact that my scramble eggs with cheese came with slice cheese on top. Other than that the experience was amazing and everyone was attentive!
Our family likes to host a dinner every year…there’s usually 20 plus in attendance. We had some additional guests and Bobby and Will REALLY accommodated us. We needed a wheelchair accessible set up, with immediate access to a restroom, and flexibility….they delivered! First, the complimentary cornbread/ cake deliciousness was a great start. The calamari 🤌🏿 the lobster roll 👌🏿 the rum punch to take the edge off of being surrounded by my own children….excellent. I had a lot of anxiety hosting a large get together, but the staff did a wonderful job putting me at ease. We’d gladly return.
Upscale Italian restaurant serving classic dishes in a cozy, earth-toned space.
The appetizers are usually very good, but for whatever reasons there are times you order the same order, and the taste and texture are different. Tends to be salty. In general good services and the drinks are good.
I am here with work and last night my colleagues suggested we go to La Boccas as they know Tony the owner. What an amazing little hidden gem and truly lovely Italian restaurant. The owner Tony greeted us with open arms and the staff were superb. To start with they brought us all an antipasti platter selection to share then I had the most amazing fish pizza. I will certainly be returning back 🤗
Casual restaurant with Italian & American meals, plus a full bar & big deck with golf-course views.
Delicious food, a strong margarita, nice staff, lively atmosphere, and even live music! Definitely a fun place for a night out, but I’m sure a day time meal would be enjoyable, too. Gets loud at night. The filet mignon tidbits were amazingly tender and yummy, and the caesar salad and pizza really hit the spot.
This place is on a lovely golf course dont worry the pretentious women in the front will let you know when you go to get a table almost like she is doing you a favor to get a table, not really the encounter I like to have before trying a restaurant. The wait staff was nice when you see them maybe it was because I chose to sit outside with the latern flies thousands of them. The burgers were good and so were the apps we had received will have to give it another try one day.
Bar attached to the Sonesta White Plains hotel. Limited option for drinks and food, but they are nominally priced when compared to other restaurants nearby. I had steak, it was perfectly cooked and sumptuous. And had egg benedict for breakfast, all tastes good.
FYI. This is a hotel bar with very limited cocktail options. I ordered a white Sangria and got orange juice with a few peices of strawberry and some pieces of old oranges with stains. Very dissapointed. Want a good cocktail in the same neighborhood? Search The Blind Pig. It's literally around the corner.
Large plates of Puerto Rican fare are served at this sleek eatery & nightclub with Latin music.
Visited Don Rene in White Plains and had a great time at the lounge. The staff was really friendly and attentive, and the hookah prices were very reasonable. The DJ kept the vibe going with a mix of music—mostly Hispanic with some hip hop sprinkled in. Overall, a solid spot to chill and enjoy the night.
nice place, delicious Latin food, a great bar and the best nightclub in White Plains
