..Cool place to go when your daughter completely flips out at the 6th floor rooftop observation bar during a perfect sunset and you have a $15 Prosecco spill all over your lap then pay for an hours’s worth of bowling that lasts 30 minutes and you go home angry. The old fashioned was decent.
We happened upon this cozy spot while staying at The Restoration Hotel. What a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy games of all sorts, including pinball, golf, ski-ball, Pac-Man and more. All games but bowling are free to paying customers. We had a great time, enjoyed the food and plan to return with friends soon.
We visited this bar a couple of nights during our stay because the staff was truly next level. The bar bites were fantastic—don’t miss the deviled eggs! But what really made the experience unforgettable were the people. Selena, Lily, Oscar, and Luke deserve all the recognition. They weren’t just making drinks and taking orders—they created an atmosphere where we felt like regulars. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine personalities made every interaction fun and memorable. They gave spot-on recommendations, crafted amazing cocktails, and still took the time to connect with us in such a genuine way. Service like this is rare, and it turned our hotel bar visit into one of the highlights of our trip. Absolutely loved staying here and can’t wait to come back to see this incredible team again! If you get to see Lyric play and sing, you’re in for a treat!
We stopped by The Draftsman while celebrating my bachelorette party in Asheville. The food was delicious, drinks were well made, and atmosphere was fun/ inviting. The real gem of the Draftsman was the bartender, Selena. Not only did she make the best drinks, she was personable, funny, and professional. She was so amazing that we had to visit again to see her and the live music later that night. The whole team: Selena, Lily, Oscar, and Luke made it an unforgettable experience!
I love how my phone videos pop up automatically to share to leave a review. I love Draftsman. Great atmosphere. Love all the free games and the local music on rotation every weekend. The band that was playing while I was there in these videos are called Shed Bugs.
