The drinks were on point..... BUT If you are not the right demographic the service will not be great.
Love this place makes you feel relaxed the lady that is the bartender is always making sure you have what you need and is very nice . I recommend that you stop in there and check it out you won't be disappointed.
Any bar can serve me a beer, so let's talk about what makes the OP stand out. My favorite thing about the OP is that they have a stage and support live local music. There are frequently live shows to attend, that's the main thing that gets me in the door. There are 2 pool tables, a few dart boards, a pinball machine, pull tabs, a touchtunes jukebox, and a small stage with lighting. There are enough choices of alcohol, the bartenders have always been prompt and friendly, and even on a night like St Patrick's day the place is busy but not dirty; it feels well maintained. It's a little ways off from main street but that just means parking won't be difficult to find. The place wraps around and is bigger than it appears when you walk in the door. As I write this, two grown men are two stepping to heavy metal on the concert floor and it's hilarious; I'm having fun. 10/10 would skip the giant crowd at Blarney's and spend St. Patty's day here.
Small bar. Definitely a regulars kind of bar but the people are still nicer than other places I've been. They have good pulltab machines! Also, they only serve beer. No liquor.
First rate dive bar! Cold beer, small town atmosphere
