Absolute terrible service. I was very excited to bring my family here for my birthday as I am newer to the area and my family is visiting from across the country. I specifically saved this place to try with my family because I was sure it was going to be a great experience……… WELL, the bartender was very rude and her attitude was REPULSIVE. I was recommended to go here due to the amazing atmosphere and I can assure you it was much less than a pleasant experience. The drinks were mid and the service, absolutely horrendous. I had to leave, before even finishing my drink and we ended up at the Teardrop Cocktail Lounge, THANKFULLY, where the staff promptly greeted us, and the drinks were 12/10! The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and polite 15/10 and price was VERY fair 10/10. I highly recommend taking your money to TEARDROP COCKTAIL LOUNGE that made my night absolutely 100x better after visiting this DUMP!!!! Teardrop cocktail lounge was worth every penny and the 7 minute drive!!! For me, service is a major factor and this establishment truly has failed to deliver an even mediocre performance level for customer service. My server, based on my receipt, was “Mariana S”.

Went the other night with a few friends after a film screening, and it was a great experience. We shared the fondue appetizer, and I was pleasantly surprised—I’m usually not a big fondue fan because it often has an overpowering white wine flavor, but theirs was perfect. It came with apples, strawberries, and bread for dipping, and I kept going back for more. The drinks were solid, the place is spacious, and their outdoor patio is a fantastic spot to relax and hang out. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

I recently had a party at Rontom's of 28 people- on a Saturday evening! I arrived early (3pm) to secure space. Dagny introduced herself to let me know she'd be our server. Dagny is friggin' amazing!!! Beyond excellent service. No one had to wait for a drink. She was helpful in recommending additional food when it started it get low. She was on top of everything and everyone! The party went off without a hitch. When the bar started to get crowded, it never felt crowded. This is such a great space! Also, this is the first time I had eaten at Rontom's. The food is really good!! Highly recommend the scallops, roasted grape crostini and the fondue. And the espresso martinis are delicious!!!

Really enjoyed the outside eating area. It was such a lovely oasis in the city. Had the black cod and it was so delicious. I only wish the size of the fish had been larger for the cost. I had a tasty cocktail and ourselves couldn't have been nicer. Would 100 percent go back again.

Love love love the vibe of this place! The outdoor patio is amazing! The staff couldn't have been nicer....place was packed but still so courteous. Got a drink order wrong but remade it with a smile. Not a ton of food choices but decent enough and reasonably priced. Cocktails were wonderful. Wish they had more beer choices. A perfect place for a date night or to hang out with a group of friends.
