Happening hangout specializing in creative cocktails & shared plates, plus beer & wine.
Boutique is a great word to describe this place. They definitely have a unique ambiance when you walk in. It has a “shadows meets style” vibe. The staff and sever were very good, and he was dialed in on pitching us the perfect drink recommendations for our table. You will find creative mixology at its best here. The drinks are mysteriously delicious, and were poured over a stamped whiskey ice cube that just complimented the drink perfectly. Kudos to the person who created the drink menu. I haven’t had any cocktails anywhere, like the ones I experienced here. We look forward to a new experience on the next visit.
Our waitress was Kat and she was extremely well versed with the drink and food menu and was able to explain the diverse flavors to us. The cocktails were imaginative and delicious. The food was excellent and the 4 of us did not walk away hungry. Intimate seating was great for chatting. Music was a tad loud, but added to the ambiance. So glad this popped up on my Google search for best cocktails in Providence.
The hot honey chicken wings were delicious with a side of their buttermilk ranch dressing. Prices were decent and the food didn’t take long to come out. Definitely would come back!
Chill and cozy bar with incredible food and awesome service. Meg was great! Check out the Vinyl collection.
Bartenders are the sweetest, beer is good rotating drafts. Second time here from out of town and def my go to in town bar. If you don’t see something decent on draft you’ll at least find a good bottled/canned beer. Vibe is super chill. You may find a cute doggo getting his portrait done if lucky.
Deadbeats is just my kind of place. With a horror/90s theme too it. Jeff the barkeep is attentive, plenty of cocktail and beer options, lots of the latter being local. I have found the other patrons nothing but nice, and I always seem to find someone interesting to chat with.
First trip to Clementine - tiny but nice atmosphere and we had the place to ourselves for nearly two hours. Bartender was great and had excellent recommendations. Drinks were very good. The only disappointment was the surprisingly costly fries - fine but not worth the cost.
I recently visited Clementine Cocktail Bar in the heart of Providence, RI, and it exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere was lively yet elegant, perfect for an intimate evening out. The music was on point, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were absolutely amazing. What really stood out was the bartender’s great personality, which added a special touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend Clementine to anyone looking for a great night out. Plus, they’ll soon be serving Sunday brunch, which I can’t wait to try! I would love to do an event here and bring events there as well.
Free live music, a jukebox & pool table draw fans to this classic, dog-friendly bar with a patio.
Dog friendly neighborhood bar that serves up some good food and has a relaxing atmosphere. Great bar to listen to bluegrass music on Wednesday nights.
This place is great for live music. There are people from all age groups. Always a chill crowd. Cash only so hit the ATM.
We had an amazing experience at this Medici! The scenery was absolutely beautiful – it honestly took my breath away. Everything was so well taken care of, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. What really stood out to me was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel at home from the moment we arrived. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great time.
The atmosphere is amazing and very respectful. I've gone there with friends and everyone was super friendly and the music was that 2000s club mix with 2015 dance music. Definitely heading there again this weekend. Cover charge was $20 when I went and the drinks are reasonably priced. Very clean and open.
OMG my friends and i loved it here! we came for their saturday comedy night and had a great time, everyone was so funny. our drinks were delicious, the food looked amazing but we didnt try! i will definitely be returning
I attended a friend’s birthday party at this venue and really liked the space, so I decided to plan my husband’s birthday party there as well. I reached out three months in advance, but had a very hard time getting in touch with anyone. I submitted two online applications and sent an email before finally hearing back. When I eventually connected with Damian via email, he informed me that the venue was transitioning to a new owner and said he would follow up in a week. It has now been two months, and despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, I have received no response. I completely understand if the venue is currently unable to book events—but a simple update or confirmation would have been appreciated. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Stylish, dimly lit cocktail bar serving classic & creative concoctions along with unique snacks.
The cocktails are ok; sometimes a bit off taste. It’s expensive for Providence. The service is always great, but the bar vibe is a bit blah. The interior has very high wooden booths, making it very dark that are horrible to sit in especially when the bar is always kind of empty. It doesn’t really serve food, it’s a small plate snack kind of place, so you always have to go elsewhere to have a dinner.
When you come, there is a person here providing incredible hospitality. They will make the visit feel special. The drinks are excellent, and I love the dark ambiance. Highly recommend for drinks. The food is fine.
Cool gastropub offering local, seasonal comfort fare & craft cocktails in a modern, stylish space.
This place could be so much better. Service was terrible. Took 15 minutes to get a glass for my beer. Place was less than half full and we waited a long time for our food. They forgot one of our dinners. Five people at the bar yet I didn't get my second drink until after I ate my dinner. Now the good stuff. Food was great. Great atmosphere. The manager was SPECTACULAR. This review would have been a 2-star if not for her. Apologetic, checked in with us twice, made up for some of the short comings. My guess is if the manager owned this place, it would be 5-stars!!
The wings were super good. We ordered boneless Buffalo wings. My husband ordered fish/COD with fries and I had pulled pork with an onion rings and cold slaw on burger bun. Unfortunately, my pulled pork was alittle cold for my liking but overall everything was good. We came here for NEWYEARS and they really set it up nicely for every one. Our server (Claudia) was great. Very attentive, super upbeat, and constantly checked on us regardless of how busy it got.
Speakeasy-style bar offering handcrafted cocktails & a long list of beers in a dark & cozy setting.
This is such a cozy bar with excellent decor within a couple blocks of our new home and we absolutely love it. The cocktails are perfectly mixed and they have a lovely patio area as well. It's very affordable compared to my former home. So happy to have a place like this so close.
A cool little cocktail bar in an old residence on Federal Hill. It’s right in Luongo Square, a beautiful intersection with a cobblestone street and fountain out front. Very Providence. While most people are gonna come for the cocktails, they also have a decent beer and wine selection. The prices are surprisingly affordable, and the service was quick and friendly. There’s seating inside and out, although if the benches outside fill up the little red chairs/tables are not the most comfortable. The inside is also a bit excessively dark, but all in all a good spot for a drink, especially if you’re feeling classy.
First time here to check out a band my buddy wanted to see; this place hosts metal/rock/sludge bands often, as well as other music genres. Two bars, but one was open since it was a small crowd. There are some leather couches for you to relax in between sets. Bathrooms were clean! Super chill place for an 18+ show. There's a parking lot adjacent to the venue but it was roped off. Since the doors opened at 7, finding a spot on a nearby street wasn't a problem. Drink prices were downright affordable: $6 for a 'Gansett is a steal! I like the vibe of this place and see myself coming back soon.
Came to watch my nephew's band, Far Too Late open for Tree. Dark atmosphere. Standing Room Only. Some tables available for an afternoon set. For late evening gigs, you have to reserve the sofa area or the tables. Drinks are great. I had a cocktail and a soda for $6.oo total. Beers are $7.00. Great local and national selections. Signature cocktails are available. Parking on street or in the small side lot. Bathrooms are clean. 2 bars. Great service. No food served here.
Noir Lounge in Providence always delivers! The music was great, the crowd was lively, and the entire atmosphere was electric. But what truly took the night up a notch was our bottle girl Monique; she had an amazing vibe! She was relaxed and friendly, making sure we were well taken care of all night long. Our drinks kept coming, and she brought fantastic energy to the table. If you're looking to have a good time in the city, Noir is the place to be; if you get Monique, you're in good hands. It was a 10 out of 10 night, and we will definitely be back!
I recently had the pleasure of spending time at Noir Lounge and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style. The decor was modern, and the lighting was just right, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, always on hand to make sure everything was perfect. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. A special mention goes to the bartender, who made some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The food selection was top-notch—ranging from gourmet appetizers to a full meal option. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was clear that quality and attention to detail were priorities here. What stood out the most was the overall service and exclusivity of the lounge. It truly felt like a premium experience, with a level of comfort and luxury that sets it apart from the standard hotel lounges I’ve visited. Whether you're there for business or pleasure, this place offers a great retreat. Would highly recommend visiting if you get the chance!
Drinks, snacks & light dinners are served with skyline views at this lively rooftop bar & lounge.
1st time here: loved the atmosphere and the view of the city. Service was amazing by Stephanie, she was very knowledgeable and upbeat. The teriyaki cauliflower was truly one of the best appetizers I have ever had. The crab dip was very good. The grilled shrimp salad was a great choice and the dressing was very tasty. The birthday desserts were amazing and greatly appreciated. The entire staff along with the management team were very accommodating and made our visit to RI a great one. Thank you and we will be back again!!
The Rooftop at the Providence G is such a fun spot in the city! 🌆✨ The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, with great views and a trendy vibe that makes it perfect for cocktails, dinner, or just a night out with friends. We loved the mix of small bites and entrées — everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The cocktails were creative and delicious, and the staff kept the energy upbeat and welcoming throughout the night. What makes this place special is the vibe: open-air rooftop dining with cozy seating and a great balance between chic and casual. Whether you’re visiting Providence or a local looking for a night out, it’s definitely worth checking out.
Busy, laid-back veteran with small menu, game nights, outdoor bar & riverfront deck.
Just love the atmosphere here and the outside area. Food is decent, simple pub food for the most part and it is good. The cocktails are ok, could be better but the atmosphere goes a long way. The updates to the place are very nice also.
The food was delicious and cheap! It's mostly outdoor seating so on this hot day it was a little toasty.
Casual, lively gay bar & dance club featuring DJs, karaoke, drag shows, TV sports & more.
Where to begin… We visited from out of state looking to see the LGBTQ nightlife in Rhode Island. Between the horrible service and very poorly made cocktails…the atmosphere overall leaves little to be desired. We later found out a themed event/party was being held by the bar itself, but it didn’t seem that anyone was really taking that too seriously. (Not that it really matters, I guess) The staff wasn’t very welcoming and mainly focused their attention to the clear regulars at this bar. Having regular patrons is never a bad thing, but perhaps some more focus on making everyone feel welcome is what makes establishments like these feel truly inclusive as they’re intended to be. It took us about half an hour to get a second drink and there were maybe 7 people total in the bar including the two of us. Furthermore…poor ethics and etiquette didn’t go unnoticed either as the bartenders were taking shots while working and perpetuating the unwelcome feeling we experienced. This may have perhaps been why the cocktails we had were quite disgusting. Can’t imagine anyone could properly pour a drink if they themselves are trashed. We hope this review can serve as a learning opportunity for the staff and management. Not everyone expects you to hang the moon…but a little more effort in making a clean, safe, and welcoming environment wouldn’t be asking too much.
I have been here three times so far. Their food is okay, not bad, good for the price. The drinks is fine. They have karaoke night on thursday, which I like since they have a stage, feels like I am a real singer even though my voice cracking. LOL.
Casual, bi-level nightspot offering pickleback shots, pinball, Ping-Pong & a DJ-driven dance floor.
I came here to vibe with friends. It was a good time! Drinks are strong! Try the pickle and Jameson shot. Also has pinball and other games and a dance area downstairs!
Great party place, the DJ that was there Friday night 2/7/24 was FIRE!! His mixes went crazy. He played all the hits! I like how the place had all different types of people in there. Affordable coat check and drinks! I will definitely be coming back. Just get shots, the drinks are terrible even there soda, which is confusing, but I was there to party. So I didn't care.
Was OK went for the live music an ladies was happy with both;) cover price was crazy tho
Upon arriving at 7:15 with a pre purchase ticket for an event scheduled 4p-10p we waited over 45 min only to have a man who identified himself as the manager to tell us no entry He then continued to yell and disrespect the women in line. To be clear at least 2 parties were present who purchased VIP. No communication about refunds had folks still present at the door. Only to see them allowing women who were of the lighter decent to the side door. This place was very unprofessional and lack communication skills. At the least no one should be selling or having events in which you take patrons fund and disrespect them. No communication a few folks stayed outside to get some sort of understanding and the result was nothing.
We had pre paid tickets and a table. When we got there they had our VIP table but said we had not paid for our tickets. Which we absolutely did. We had to wait for the promoter to come and speak to people which took a while because of course he was busy. Then when that all finally gets resolved after 20 minutes of just standing to the side, we are following him and he’s bringing us to a corner by the bathroom and another exit to the far right of the stage where we barely had a view. There was a section of pre paid tables sectioned off in front of the stage say like 15 rows in. That’s where we thought we would be but no. They had to grab a table from the back and gave us no chairs after saying he was coming back with more chairs. And where they put us was not VIP. We paid for VIP so that we would not be bothered because we know how these types of concerts get. When the place got full we had so many general admission people in our space it was crazy. We couldn’t get good videos with all of them in the way. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE night. And apparently the people next to us where not happy either. Also one of the girls who did her her VIP section told me in the bathroom that the tables were too close together. So disorganized from the very beginning. WILL NEVER BE BACK. The only good thing was the waitress. She was very sweet and doing her best. Not he fault that the drinks were WAY TO EXPENSIVE. Tiny plastic cups and one drink was $18 and change. Almost $19 dollars. atmosphere was okay too. I mean it’s a club in providence. We ended up leaving early because the people who didn’t pay for a VIP table dropped our hookah, 3 drinks and stepped on me twice. My hunny was so mad when the guy stepped on me that we left early. WE WANT A REFUND FOR THE TABLE. I WILL POST ANOTHER REVIEW WITH AN UPDATE ON THAT.
If you are not a man the meseras do not pay attention to you . This is a sexist place we paid 80$ for a ticket to see an artist . And 809$ for VIP and we were treated like trash . No accommodations because we were a group of 8 women . Meanwhile guys at VIP were treated with the upmost respect all the bottle girls were attentive etc . When we couldn’t even get simple refill of ice . This is a sexist environment. Just an FYI us women got Money too and we are willing to spend !!
Lots of fun! Great variety of girls in all shapes and sizes! Come see us! Bartenders are great by the way!
All the dances are 40 50 bucks each for topless… the strippers look beat old like they got three kids 20 bucks to get in when club is empty.. jack and coke 18 bucks most expensive drinks in all of Rhode Island the stripper scam you when you get an dance they don’t get topless and jus shake their ass and they call that an dance and sum strippers even demand tips after dance when they didn’t do anything jus don’t waste your time honest review
Overpriced drinks… 1/10 girls were actually attractive BUT one girl noticed I was forlorn, as I was going through a terrible breakup and she came over to me and talked to me twice throughout the night, she could just tell. And she honestly did a better job than any therapist I could imagine. As a far as a strip club… let’s just say I only spent money on alcohol. But for that particular experience, I guess I needed that more than a lap dance so it went up from one star to three.
kandii is so wonderful. sky and raven were absolutely wonderful as well. everyone was super professional and sexy. they were kind and attentive and super down to earth. they deserve the best money at this establishment. all 3 of those women. i would buy a whole private event for those 3 women pls put them out more. i cant get over how amazing of a time i had here with everyone and im gay so keep that in mind. my straight friends also loved treating the staff really well. have great success.
This club is terrible. They charge 40 at the door just for there to be no place to dance. You can’t be at a table unless you buy a bottle and the service sucks. All the patrons beside security are rude.
Terrible experience from start to finish. They charged $40 just for entrance per person, which is insane for what the place offers. The service was awful—people who work there dont even know english what makes them look like a joke, not caring about customers. They just care about money and not even have a dj who play different music to entertain and keep the track on. On top of that, they overcharged me for hookah, refills for 40 dollars lol whereas the hookah was already burnt. The vibe was not worth the price at all. Honestly, the whole place feels like a scam. I do not recommend wasting your money here.
So the place was spacey and had a smoking area out back. They also were tight with security. The cons were the bottle girls and the promotor. We had paid for 2 VIP sections and when we arrived our area was taken. The promotor tried to smooth things out by providing us with 2 tables but they were far in the corner. The bottle girls were not welcoming at all and took more than an hour to bring us the bottles we had paid for. Overall we tried to make it a fun night for ourselves since we were already there but I wouldn't go back.
This place tried to rob me. Is ZERO stars available?! My friend and I came here on a SUNDAY night at 12:20. They told us it would be $40 each to get in. That is absolutely absurd. No place in Boston even charges that on a Friday or Saturday night. I can't believe they actually thought we were that stupid. And as we started walking away, they knocked it down to $30. I don't think so. We went and spent the money on food instead.
Multilevel space with 3 themed clubs, plus a patio, DJs, live music, VIP booths & dubstep parties.
Music was good and bartenders were nice, security is unnecessarily mean. One of the female security guards was very rude and accused me of cutting the bathroom line when I didn’t, another security guard accused my friend of being underage because she was holding a beer but she was 22 and literally had a wristband on to show she was of age. Security makes assumptions about you and are very unpleasant to interact with, everything else was fine. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re under 21.
This is the best night club filled with young college crowd and the DJ is so good . The best days to visit Fridays and Saturdays. They have friendly bartenders and their service is really nice! Best place to party in the weekends with friends
doors typically open at 8pm, the performer didn’t come on until god knows when (definitely not before 1am) because we had to leave since it was so incomprehensibly HOT; there were several fans placed around the establishment and none of them were on. no re-entry, but i did see some people were able to leave and come back so it’s unknown whether you can bribe them to let you back in or if they have an even more special VIP ticket that allows it so the regular attendees cannot just pop outside for a breathe of very much needed fresh air or even to cool off for a second. they don’t tell you as VIP you have to buy a bottle (poor and limited selection, should add some champagnes or wines or literally anything other than tequila and hard liquors), and they give you the tiniest amount of cranberry juice with the bottle at the table. that could just be me though as clearly i’ve never been VIP at an event. the bar actually ran out of water at 10:30pm. couldn’t even figure out how to get into the bathroom line, it seemed like it never moved. i tried to stand by the entry so that i might catch a gentle breeze every time the door opened, but the security kept pushing people away from the door. understandable for safety reasons, but the major safety issue here is the fact that it was easily 120° in there the entire time. everyone, and i mean EVERYONE was sweating like it was the world’s biggest sauna, and loads of people left before the headlining performer even came out. after every opener, they kept asking the crowd if we were ready for the headliner to come on in ten minutes. hours went by; i only went to see the headliner, and didn’t get the chance to because i was going to either pass out or projectile vomit everywhere due to extreme heat stress. i can only recommend that if attending a special event, you show up literally as late as possible for the best chances at actually seeing the performer and not dying. aside from this being a highly anticipated and majorly disappointing experience: the bartenders, bottle girls, security and staff members were super nice and friendly and definitely made us feel special. would only attend another event here if they open some windows and turn on the fans or blast the AC at like 50° because for the sheer number of people in the facility it was simply too hot. i cannot describe the temperature other than one of the outer rings of hell. also, there was a duck?
This security guard needs to get fired. I don’t even think I should even say much more, this woman is so cruel, I feel violated when she searches me she really forces it. She’s very aggressive and has thrown people off the stage when they’re peacefully making their way down idk if anyone’s gotten injured but I almost busted my ass because of her.whenever someone tells her to stop doing too much, she kicks them out for standing up to her. she has even tried to fight some of the people in the club. Super violent and there’s no water. all my friends and family stopped coming here because of her, horrible experience the 6 times we have been, we drive an hour and 10 mins to get there too and we live in Mass so that’s just a waste of gas. I don’t recommend going there.
This was LAST NIGHT…..Giving them ONE STAR because they charged my male cousin $20 outside at security because he was “under 21” and then when he got to the girl inside she told him another $40! While everyone else only paid $20 and me myself a MALE as well only was charged $20. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE! We also got a BIRTHDAY VIP SECTION for my cousins 21st and it was $350 for two bottles and hookah but the chasers were EXCLUDED in this price. CHASERS SHOULD BE INCLUDED! two bottles of casamigos and hookah DO NOT cost $350! Although we had a blast here and our bottle was absolutely amazing! This club doesn’t DESERVE HER! , You’ll never see us here again!
First off pls get pricing right I know I look like money but y'all ain't got to do me like that ,It was sooooooo hot no air conditioning no apple pay, no breathing room any where, may be over occupied. Slippery conditions can't twerk without slipping ( I got them Megan knees and still slipped)
