Today, I was fortunate enough to visit the Escape Lounge in Providence, RI, hosted by Gamble and Kelly, who both made the best Bloody Mary (there’s the hint, my glass was never empty). The food was actually good (fresh and plentiful) topped off with a very welcoming spirit and impeccable service! It was busy, but still made sure I was enjoying the “Escape” experience, which was a nice touch. I spent almost 3 hours with them and would absolutely do it again!
Had a great stop at the lounge. Kelly was super friendly, she shared some extra knowledge of how to use the app for checking in and made me a pretty drink!
The gentleman Swan that greets you at the door has a big smile & shakes your hand. The bartenders are attentive and knowledgeable & really know how to make a drink. The owner was gracious & welcoming. Music was nice & easy listening. Wow. What a great place. Can't wait to return! Thanks for a wonderful end to an amazing birthday!
Great bar, amazing staff, awesome vibes and so much more. I will definitely be back. Went for a quick drink and was blown away by everything. Great selection of alcohol from high end to low. Amazing cocktail ideas. The PB and Jefferson was outstanding. Also had a flawless chocolate martini and a scotch (14 year Caribbean cast). We ordered a pizza and yo salty and sweet sauce sooooooooooo good. Thank you to the staff for an amazing pit stop. Sorry some of my pictures are bad I'll do better next time.
Local place for the real bikers. Allowed smoke cigar or cigarettes. Great cold IPA beer! Juicy burger! A lot of FUN!
I heard they're retiring and selling the business. The times I've been, the food was good and the service was friendly. Their decision to stay cash only was tremendously stupid and put TONS of people off though. I guess if they want to artificially limit what kind of customer they will get, that's one way to do it.
Chill brewery serving an array of local beer tastings plus standard pub fare like pizza & pretzels.
Such a great experience here! Emily was our server and Tim brought our food, both were awesome. There was a little mix-up with our order (could have been on my end), but the way the team handled it blew me away. They were so empathetic, friendly, and apologetic, and honestly went above and beyond to make it right, even though we weren’t upset about it at all. The service here is top-notch, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is incredible. It’s clear they truly care about their guests, and that makes all the difference. Can’t wait to come back!
Fine fall day! Great selection of beers. Also had a pumpkin margarita....not what you think even better. Tried a neat Bullyboy Rum and that was surprisingly smooth and went well with out Pulled Pork Nacos.
Five stars, no question. Our visit to Cork and Rye in Warwick, RI was exceptional from start to finish. The bar staff, specifically Andrew and Jake, were not only attentive but also incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. Their expertise and friendly demeanor elevated the entire experience. We came for the food and were not disappointed. We started with the clam cakes and the Point Judith calamari. The clam cakes were crispy on the outside and tender inside, packed with flavor. The calamari was perfectly fried—light, not greasy, and served with a wonderful mix of peppers and crispy butter beans. The star of the show, however, was the oysters. We ordered three dozen, and each one was shucked perfectly, fresh, and cold on a bed of ice. We also ordered the fig and prosciutto pizza, which was a fantastic combination of sweet fig, salty prosciutto, and a crispy crust. To complement our food, we enjoyed some fantastic cocktails. The jalapeño margarita had a bold, spicy kick that was perfectly balanced by the tart lime, a real wake-up call for the palate. The espresso martinis were rich, smooth, and exactly what you want from a classic cocktail. Cork and Rye delivered on every front: a high-quality, delicious menu, a well-stocked and expertly-staffed bar, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's the kind of place you want to return to again and again. Highly recommended.
Stopped in for oysters and the steak sandwich—both were great, but that steak sandwich was on another level. Easily the best I’ve had in a long time. I seriously considered ordering a second one on the spot. Service was smooth and friendly, and the manager, Erin, was extremely welcoming and kind. Great experience all around. I’ll definitely be back
Unfussy spot offering pizza & pub food, many tap beers & sports on TV, plus keno & lottery.
The stuffies were great, the steak/salad were okay (vinaigrette tastes like it has Tabasco in it), and the burgers was okay. The fries were pretty fried/crispy. They were all pretty big portions.
This place is a hidden gem. Amazing people food craft beer. Definitely a place to try. I’m from Brooklyn New York. Super friendly Definitely worth to visit. Thank you.
Hearty, all-day American eats, plus microbrews, served in a charming 1860s converted farmhouse.
This was the first time visiting for one of our party, and a return for two of us. What a wonderful visit! The atmosphere is so relaxing and quiet, the drinks were delicious. Our server Kayla was attentive and friendly. And the food was absolutely phenomenal. We were already looking forward to going back!
My fiance and I made reservations here for my birthday after I saw a review saying this place was magical, and let me tell you, the review was NOT wrong. Every room has a totally different vibe, and every room feels like youre entering a cozy little home. The food is peak comfort and was cooked to perfection. The desserts were brought to us on a platter instead of a menu which was AWESOME in my opinion, and they all looked beautiful. The entire dessert and dinner menu is so well thought out and it was so hard to choose what to get. The bathroom is also gorgeous. One member of the staff was so kind and took our picture, it came out great! My only complaint is that its a bit cramped but I feel as though everything else makes up for it and in a way it almost adds to the whole cozy vibe.
Brick walls, polished wood & big bar in former foundry set scene for steaks & other American fare.
This place is legitimately a 5⭐️ restaurant. The menu is amazing with a bit for everyone, and not the same old thing you’ll find anywhere. They have creative takes on a lot of familiar things, and it tastes amazing! Racheal was our human who helped us, super attentive, friendly and fun. Been all around the world and this place is as good as any I’ve been lucky enough to visit. 10/10
We stopped for lunch in Warwick, RI at the Iron Works on Jefferson Blvd. Upon entering the restaurant it was apparent this is a popular spot, the place was super busy and loud. We opted to sit outside the Hostess said someone would be out shortly. Well the only knock we had was that shortly never came and I went inside to see if someone could take our order. The Hostess (Christina) was super friendly and helpful. Our wait staff eventually did take our order. we chose to split the 1 Lb. pastrami sandwich with fries. Excellent sandwich piled with a nice lean pastrami and mustard with seeds.
Stopped in here to watch some football yesterday. What a great place. Everyone knew everyone, and everyone was having fun watching the games! looked like one bartender for the whole place but she was killing it! She was great with recommendations! Drinks were good! It was raining but the patio area was nice as well.. some gas fire pits and comfy chairs all about. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great afternoon!
I hosted a campaign fundraiser here tonight and couldn’t have been happier! Charlene, Nick, and June (and sorry to anyone else I forgot!) were so helpful. The food was delicious, FAR beyond my expectations, and was extremely fair-priced. Besides the picture shown, we had a delicious pasta primavera, thin-crust pizzas, and popcorn chicken. I will absolutely return for future events and just to dine in. Thank you Runway 41 Team!
Great bar by the airport. Fun place to go to see live music, watch sports, sing karaoke, or play music bingo. Food and service is very good and there are a ton of TVs here to watch all the games. We have been there for football and also march madness. Large bar and good location near airport.
Fantastic friendly service with an excellent vibe. Looking forward to another Sunday funday here. Good food as well with an excellent beer selection. Plenty of TVs to catch the games.
Relaxed dining spot with Irish nachos & other pub fare, live music & a patio overlooking the cove.
My first time there I went because Paul Petit was singing. What a great place. Not only was the entertainment amazing, the patio was relaxing and patrons were very friendly. The food was delicious. I had the fish tacos with the house made chips. My friend had the chowder and stuffie and she said both were very good. Would definitely return and I highly recommend it.
My husband and myself usually enjoy coming here for dinner because we know we're getting quality with price. But our recent visit last night was price over quality. We ordered calamari for an appetizer because hey last night appetizers were half off, who wouldn't order calamari at half off?! Unfortunately we received less then half portion of calamari and what we did receive was greasy and overcooked in dirty cooking oil. We both ordered the Corned Beef Reuben with my husband asking for the kettle chips as a side and I asking for the Potato Salad. My potato salad was disappointing because it was almost just mashed potatoes with scallions. I feel more sad for my husband because his potato chips were literally Lays. Then when the bill came we were charged full price for the calamari appetizer ($15) instead of half off and had to seek out the waitress because like hell were we paying $15 for that crap. If we come back to this place its just to have a drink because it is in a wonderful area in the village but until the food comes back up to par I don't see myself suggesting it for dinner.
