Excellent happy hour. Loved the sausage pizza with a cocktail before, this time a plain cheese pizza. Just keep in mind that the pizza is hot hot hot when served. So maybe order another drink as you wait for it to cool down.

Amazing cocktails. The bar staff is knowledgeable, love what they do, and have some great classic cocktails and inventive feature cocktails. They have a thoughtful back bar spirits selection including some great amaro brands like See the Elephant. Highly recommended for a black negroni made with mezcal, See the Elephant, Campari and grapefruit rind. Will 100% be back!

We did not eat but had a few drinks. Bartenders was very nice and knowledgeable about drinks. They have a great happy hour and I would miss it. Atmosphere was cozy. The location on the map is not quite right. It’s down an ally. I requested to change it on Google. Great place to check out

Earnestine & Hazel's 4.6 (893)

Low-key bar & grill that’s said to be haunted offering a simple menu of burgers & beer.

Earnestine & Hazel's is the epitome of an old-school dive bar! There's only one food item on the menu--the Soul Burger. You can get a single or double, and it comes with a bag of chips. I'm not one to eat grilled onions on my burger, but I went out on a limb this time and tried them. Oh. My. GOODNESS!!!!! The Soul Burger is AMAZING, and Top Chef Tim is the best! He definitely works his magic with the burgers! I visited right when they opened, and JB was working the bar. She was SUPER cool and great to talk to! My drink was simple--bourbon with a splash of Coke--but it was a good one! They say this place starts really hoppin' around 9 or 10 pm and goes until the wee hours of the morning. That's past my bedtime, but maybe I'll check it out one of these days when I'm there with my husband. I'll definitely be back!

I love this place! Bridget, Sam, Adam, Nate, and Caroline are some of the finest bartenders in this city! They never fail to ensure everyone is welcomed like family. If you are looking for a great place for good food and drinks with a friendly atmosphere and music this is the place for you. You are greeted by very friendly puppy dogs in a pirate ship setting. Live music at night. The food is So good that it makes you want to come back and try the other dishes. Tyler Holmes who works there was very friendly and a pleasure to meet. DJ was the best!!!!! Came in with my Sister to celebrate my birthday and his energy was so high! He was very knowledgeable about drink suggestions and mixes! DJ is very personable and made the experience positive after a VERY negative experience at grand opening! I will be BACK ONLY BECAUSE of DJ!

Bacardi Dionjoli'13 weeks ago

We visited this establishment for the first time on Friday, September 12, 2025, to celebrate my birthday, and I can confidently say it will be my last visit. The male bartender was quite rude, and the drinks were overpriced and diluted. The venue itself is relatively small and uncomfortably warm, not as pristine as it was portrayed in their radio advertisements. This experience truly caught me off guard, and I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a great atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and reasonably priced drinks. Instead, I suggest traveling just six minutes to Wet Willies, where the drinks are never watered down, the vibe is always enjoyable, and you are treated with the respect you deserve.

Stopped in today with the intentions on purchasing a breakfast burrito, however is was only their soft opening with free samples for "Mitchell Breakfast Burritos." After being greeted warmingly, I decided to stay. They held what I called a "food show" introducing their menu items. The bar was open and the DJ did a great job. Great space for singles and groups. They will be serving breakfast burritos starting at 6 am on Sept 8 and making deliveries to the downtown area.

They are supposed to close at 3AM, as listed on Google, but they kicked people out at 2AM. Update your hours, and stop scamming people with false information.on top of this parking was $20. We were just in Memphis for 5 days on vacation, Bardog. Tavern was right around the corner from our hotel and we used it as our base of operations. The staff was exceptional. The food consistently good. And the drinks were always right. We enjoyed knowing that this is some place we could always go to and be comfortable. The patrons were always pleasant and fun to talk to. I'm so glad that we found this place as it made our time in Memphis, comfortable and easy. We will definitely come back when we're in Memphis again and say hi to our friends at Bar dog. What a great experience.

Came for lunch and ordered one of the specials. Fish and chips and fries for $17. 4 large pieces of fish, could only eat two. Shoestring fries were plentiful and tasty. My wife had grilled cheese with caprese. She loved it. I'd definitely recommend eating here! Had a Guinness which had a good pour. If you know you know. We sat on the main floor but they have a lower level eating area.

Neil’s is actually a historic bar that’s been around for quite a while. 12 years at this location. Asked Sarah what was best and she pointed me to the Cheeseburger and Rings. I was well pleased. Much better than what you would expect at a bar. My partner gave praise to the Patty Melt. Got to meet Neil, he’s quite the character. Live music, not for lunch today but every night. Enjoy.

Reservations are done through Google! I'm not much of a club person and the vibe uniquely club. 18% gratuity is added regardless which is fine definitely not an issue but the sign only said it was auto with parties of 6 or more. Our 1st time here our sever was okay not very attentive. Food was good but pricey. We came to sample the entire menu. Menu is al a carte $56 for 8 lamb chops no so sides unless I count the arugula they were sitting on.. They do not accommodate seafood allergies everything is fried in the same oil so we ordered as much as we could that was pan cooked so my friend could eat a few items. My friends would like to experience a Friday night but me not so much. They were also out of several menu items we wanted. Gouda Grits were served cold🥶 so it was probably sitting in the back Macaroni was decent Breakfast Potatoes Seasoned Breakfast Asian Bowl with Turkey Sausage Seasoned 1st time I was ever asked how did I want my lamb cooked-I get it accommodating the the particular clientele... the teriyaki sauce made the dish great Candied Bacon was not Candied apparently they didn't want to cook it that way or they were out of brown sugar 🤷🏾‍♀️ Love wings were sauced well wish it came with homemade ranch or blue cheese Love Pasta was the star today the sauce was really really good

I went to The Silly Goose Bar in Memphis and was very disappointed. The drink I ordered — a Jameson and Sprite — was completely watered down and not worth the price. Honestly, I could have stayed home and poured water in a glass and had a better experience. To make matters worse, the bartender was rude and acted like serving me was an inconvenience. For the money they charge, the service and drinks should be far better. This place is not worth it, and I won’t be returning. Memphis has too many other spots where you can actually get what you pay for.

I decided to reserve the back section for my birthday and it was probably one of the best birthday parties I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was amazing with its lounge vibes of beautiful decor and great music (at the perfect volume to dance to but also hear each other speak). The back lounge area was perfect in that it fit me and 20 of my friends. We enjoyed a flow of tasty craft cocktails and delicious brick oven pizzas. I would recommend the silly goose lounge for not only a party but also to just enjoy for a night out 10/10

The Dj was amazing food was cool, but that bartender that yall had there last night 8/15/25 attitude was horrible and spirit just bad. Like it was so bad that folks at the bar we didn’t even know was looking at us like damn is she cool. I know some folks just got a resting mean face cause I do too but that was pure attitude and negativity. When we got there she was literally just staring at us i guess cause we was the first ones there and my sister had to ask for menus for us then when I told her I didn’t get a good scan she walked off and I was loud and clear so she heard me. We asked her to make a drink with no alcohol she said it ain’t gone be worth it like we don’t know what we asking for or something. She snatched my card off my to go box when that wasn’t even the card I was finna use. She took all my napkins out of no where when I was clearly using them to wipe my sweat and clean my glasses. This girl took the napkins off my Togo box and under my drink like she was ultimate petty for no reason😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️. She gone make yall lose money for sure..she need to be in the back cooking or something cause her Attitude should not be displayed. She definitely could’ve ruined someone else experience if they got a bad attitude too but I paid her dust so it didn’t really bother me but I thought yall should know. And yall need some more seats other than the bar what happened to going to getting drinks without needing a booth.

If you’re visiting Beale Street in Memphis, Silky O’ Sullivan’s is an absolute must! We went during the day and had an incredible time listening to awesome live music. Buddy the great entertainer played all of our requests, which made it an extra fun and personal experience. The drinks were perfect for day drinking. I especially loved having coffee with spirits to keep the energy going. The staff was unbelievably friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in! I was surprised there was no cover charge, especially considering the quality of the entertainment. Prices were very reasonable, especially for a prime spot on Beale Street. They have live music going throughout the day and night, so no matter when you stop by, you’re guaranteed a great show! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great music, friendly service, and an authentic Beale Street experience without breaking the bank!

Traveling home to Pennsylvania and we had to stop in Memphis and visit Beale Street. Many eating options on Beale Street but we decided on the Silky O'Sullivan's. My son wanted the brisket, and I had the brisket sandwich. Very good service since they were just opening up for the day and getting ready for live music. Plenty of seating and good food and drink options. Paid parking close by. Enjoyed Silky O'Sullivan's on Beale Street.

I tried to take my squad of 5 to Purple Club inside Reason last weekend, and it was an absolute nightmare. First off, they straight-up refused to let us in because we're a group of 5—some dumb policy about not allowing larger parties? Whatever, it's 2025, get with the times! We were all hyped, dressed to kill, but the bouncer took one look and said no dice. Then, to top it off, he had the audacity to mumble something about "brown color" not fitting their vibe—like, what? Discriminating based on skin tone? In a club that's supposed to be all about purple lights and inclusivity? Straight-up racist BS. We ended up bouncing to a real spot nearby that actually welcomes everyone, no questions asked. Purple Club, you're bad adders to the nightlife scene—stay in your lane and fix your crap. Zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!

He kept the energy up and made sure my friend and I were dancing all night long! Even got to dance with Paula the owner! Great vibe, great staff, hell of a time. Although I wish we could have gotten some free water, but that's just a nitpick, if you wanna dance to all sorts of 80s to 2000s music, go here!

This is the best strip-club that I've found in the Memphis and Central Arkansas region. They have pretty women working, and there are usually enough women working to keep the customers entertained. And while there's maybe some level of pressure put on by the dancers for the customers to buy dances, it is not as high pressure as many of the other clubs in the region. They kind of let you come in and chill, see who's there, and pick out your dancers that you want to interact with and tip. The club management and bouncers seem friendly when compared to other clubs like this as well.
