One of my favorite spots for happy hour and quick drink. A Chill and unpretentious little bar with awesome bartenders that have a great skill at mixing drinks. I recommend for a good drink and a relaxed environment to have a conversation.
I have always wanted to try prof and press since being back in town. We went on a Tuesday night, aside from a couple of people at the bar, we were the only ones there. Jonathan, our server and bartender, greeted us right away. He was amazing. They have plenty of drinks on the menu but I asked him to surprise me with anything of his choosing. He ended up serving me amazing drinks that weren’t on the menu. He is very talented and gave us great service. As far as the food, we wanted to try the flatbreads. We did have an incident were one of the flatbreads fell to the floor and they were so kind and replaced it for us. Even if it was our fault. They handled the situation great and we appreciated them. The only negative I have from this place was the restroom, they are not as clean as I would like them to be, you can see they aren’t clean even with the dark lighting they have. Aside from that, I would go back to proof and press again and try more of their cocktails 😀
Its a very chill and relaxing place to be, the drinks are on point . I had a wonderful experience there.
A must-visit for expertly crafted cocktails and a welcoming calm atmosphere. Their Mai Tai is perfectly balanced, and the Espresso Martini is a rich, indulgent treat—highly recommend!
They really have a great drink menu. One of the best cocktail menus I’ve seen around town. And the happy hour deals are legit. Modern place w vibes. A great way to start or end the night.
