Stopped in to Tailgaters Plano for an early dinner. This place never disappoints. Had chips & queso appetizer, loved it, the queso & salsa are delicious! Tried the new hot honey pizza, sweet & spicy with all the meats & hot honey drizzle..ridiculously good! They have wings for $9.99/lb.. couldn’t resist.. ordered the Cajun Cowboy flavor. I like to dip in the sweet chili sauce. Loved them!! Service was outstanding, my favorite Victoria (Smokey) was working. Love this place & will continue to come back. Thanks TG’s.
One of the best sports bar in Plano area, super fast service/courteous staff and they have good selection of games and huge space with large screens, ideal for office gatherings and happy hours
I had some time to kill and spotted Jake's. I had great service from Jake. It seems family friendly. It has a small video game room, 2 pool tables, covered patio, and plenty of high tops/booths/tables. They have a small stage...could be nice if you were hosting a party. On my second visit, I tried the French Onion Dip w homemade Chips. SO Good! The chips were still hot from being freshly prepared. On yet another visit, I was blown away by the boneless chicken wings. I had BBQ sauce, but what won me over was how light the breading was compared to other places that are so crusty and seem like they just came out of the freezer. Can't wait to get them again!
This place has rebranded and may be under new management since the below review. Sweet potato fries comes with melted marshmallow whip. Andrea was absolutely amazing, drinks were constantly refreshed. Burger looked exactly like the menu. Screens everywhere. Lots of space not too loud, good lighting.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my concern regarding the experience I had when attempting to call your establishment. I called four different times and was hung up on each time. On the one occasion when my call was answered, I inquired about hiring opportunities and was told, “Ma’am, it’s in the middle of the Cowboys game and of course we are.” This experience was both unprofessional and frustrating. To clarify: Twin Peaks is a sports bar, and they are not hiring. I confirmed this by calling them directly, and they did not hang up on me. It is not appropriate to assume that a business is hiring without providing applicants with clear information after an application has been submitted. Most importantly, the staff at Tailgaters who are responsible for answering the phone should demonstrate proper phone etiquette when speaking to potential applicants or customers. I wanted to bring this to your attention because professional communication matters. The impression given over the phone directly impacts how your business is perceived by the public. Sincerely Logan
