Great vibe, great food, great staff. Went there to work, seamlessly transitioned into dinner. That's how you know a place gets it right. Happy hour menu is solid - actually good deals, not just cheap appetizers nobody wants. Orange chicken was on point. Even the salad delivered, which says something. Interior design nailed it. Exterior looks good too. They put thought into the whole experience, not just the food. Staff had great energy without being annoying. Let me work in peace, then shifted gears when it was time to eat. Perfect read of the room. This is what casual dining should be - flexible enough for whatever you need, good enough that you want to stay. Whether you're grabbing drinks, working remotely, or having dinner, this place works. Solid execution across the board. No complaints, just results.
Went on a Friday and loved the lively atmosphere. The spinach dip was hot and delicious. I was a little nervous to try the salmon since I’m picky about how it’s cooked and seasoned, but it blew me away. It was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Honestly, everything we ordered was seasoned so well. Would definitely come back!
Takeaway: Amazing food!! Don’t come here without planning for at least 2 hours for dinner. We were a 6:30pm walk-in with an estimated hour wait and got in a little before an hour. Super busy! The food was SO good. My partner got the Tuscan Romano Chicken (grilled). I could not stop stealing the noodles on his dish! The sauce was light and flavorful. The BBQ Kimchi Fried Rice was just as terrific, Just a heavier meal. Though the only had one dessert choice, it was delicious!! It was like a blackberry cobbler. My only note is that I was all the components were equal amounts. I wish there was more ice cream and slightly less compote, but that’s me being finicky. At first the service was prompt and as we got farther into dinner it significantly decreased. We waited 20-30 minutes for the check. Luckily we didn’t have anywhere to be, but no one wants to wait a long time when they’re ready to go.

One appetizer came out late, and they kindly didn’t charge us for it—such a thoughtful gesture. The service was attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and overall a truly great dining experience. I had the most incredible experience at Thirsty Lion! I ordered the cherry pork, and WOW! it was out of this world good. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. My raspberry martini was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. So fresh, balanced, and delicious. But what truly made the night unforgettable was our server, Julz. Her service was beyond impeccable… attentive, warm, and she made us feel so taken care of. Truly next-level service that elevated the entire experience. I can’t wait to come back.
