Stopped by Strap Tank Brewery and instantly loved the vibe — it’s got that cool, old-school motorcycle shed feel with tons of fun details in the décor. Tried a flight of their beers and they were all solid, but the Pitstop beer was my favorite. We went for the nachos and, wow… these might be the “wettest” nachos ever. The sauce was everywhere, but honestly, it worked — super flavorful. Even their soda was good! Service was on the slower side, but to be fair, I think there was just one guy running the show. All in all, a great place to chill, sip, and soak in the atmosphere.
Strap Tank Brewery in Springville is a solid spot with a cool and unique atmosphere, thanks to its vintage motorcycle-themed décor. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the craft beer selection didn’t disappoint. The service was friendly and fairly quick, and the place was clean and well-kept. While not quite a five-star experience for me, it definitely deserves four stars — a great place to enjoy a casual meal and drinks with friends.
Only 4.2 stars? My bf almost didn't want to go because of that. Always read the reviews, food was really good, portions fit the prices. We got nachos and that could have been the whole meal, maybe offering a smaller version for two people as an app would be nice. I got the bacon cheeseburger and my bf got the steak sandwich, both good we especially liked the seasoned fries. The beer (batch) was also tasty. The waitress (Melissa) was super on top of things always checking on us and making sure we had refills etc. A little fast on the bill (while we were still eating/ drinking beer) but with all the complaints about poor service it might be something they're told to do (we're German so it's also a cultural thing). Also food got there super fast but it was also a Thursday evening, plenty of people there but was no wait for a table. Overall we were very happy with the choice.
Their cheese curds and dipping sauce were excellent! Really cool selection of burger. I ordered the Pub Burger and it was good! My friends ordered the PB Burger and the Jalapeño Popper Burger and they thoroughly enjoyed those!
Great spot for good food and impressive atmosphere. Stopped here for lunch on our way south and was very delighted. Great BLT, really good wedge salad, and the loaded Mac and cheese was delicious. Service was good, not amazing, but good. The coleslaw was not a hit, but otherwise great spot!
