This place is hands down the best new spot in town! The vibe is so upscale yet still has that fun, lively country feel. The atmosphere is amazing — from the gorgeous setup to the incredible energy as soon as you walk in. The drinks are top-notch, the service is beyond friendly and attentive, and the music keeps the whole place buzzing. The mechanical bull is such a fun touch — whether you hop on or just watch, it adds to the whole experience. Perfect place for a night out with friends, date night, or just to let loose and enjoy. Already can’t wait to come back! Absolutely a great spot 🤍
BOE is such a sleek and trendy spot with a great vibe—perfect for a night out when you want stylish surroundings paired with delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, making it a great choice for everything from date nights to gatherings with friends. The menu offers a nice mix of elevated comfort food—I especially loved the crispy chicken and the creative small plates we shared. The cocktails were well-crafted and flavorful, with a fun, inventive twist. Service was attentive and friendly, though the place did get a bit busy, so there was a slight wait for drinks at times. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend BOE if you’re looking for a trendy spot with great food, drinks, and a lively vibe. I’ll be back to try more for sure!
This is the best Irish bar that I've found in Arlington and Falls Church. I think what's unique is that the drinks and drink selection is high quality and the food is on point, something rare for establishments like this. If you come for your first time, don't judge it by the way it looks on the outside.
A beautiful and well designed pub that reminded me of good ole Éire. The best selection this little spot had to offer was the friendly staff and customer base. The pints flowed easily and our appetizers were fantastic.
The food was fantastic and the drinks were really good. Normally, I love sitting at the bar, talking with the bartender about my spirit preferences, and ordering something off-menu. This time we had a reservation for a table, which was nice, but I missed that bar experience. Still, the staff was warm and attentive, and everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. Overall, a great spot whether you’re dining in or just grabbing a seat at the bar.
We actually came for restaurant week and ended up partaking in happy hour instead....darn, guess we will have to come back! This place is fantastic, from the staff to the ambiance and the food itself. Dennis, our server was polite but funny and gave us great reccs when we were inquiring about some menu items. Overall, we had a blast and will 100% be back! - SpicyAivy
Buzzing restaurant offering global small plates, brews & outdoor dining, plus regular live music.
The Renegade is officially my new favorite spot! From the moment we walked in, Patrick and Paul made sure my friend and I were well taken care of—the hospitality was top tier. The food and drinks? Phenomenal. Every bite felt like a trip around the world, and the menu truly reflects that, with flavors from all over. What’s wild (in the best way) is that the ambiance doesn’t quite match the menu—it’s a rock and roll-themed restaurant, but the variety and depth of the food catches you off guard in the best way. Plus, they had a live band playing, which added even more energy to the night. Once you hear the story behind the chef/owner and his vision, it all clicks. It’s clear there’s passion, creativity, and intention behind every detail. Don’t walk—RUN to The Renegade. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself later!
Came here for the first time last night!!! Wanted to hear live music + grab a bite to eat and this was the perfect place for that :) I sat at the bar and I never felt like I was being ignored, the bartenders were attentive ! Food came out in a timely manner and it was YUMMYY!! I had the chicken satay (came with noodles) and tried the chicken quesadilla too, both very good !❤️ The pop rocks were on and they were fun! Definitely knew how to keep a crowd alive (plus the songs they were covering were my 2000's faves haha)
The food was excellent! The service was even better! Our colleague wasn’t feeling great and wanted just hot tea, which they didn’t have yet they came out with hot water, mint, lemon and honey! So awesome!
Good food! Our food was very fresh, big portions and tasty. Highly recommend the avocado toast, egg white omelette and salmon dish. I only wish they had better coffee. We got the drip coffee (only option) and it wasn’t great.
Popular spot with an outdoor beer garden offering craft brews, German food, burgers & sports on TV.
Great outdoor seating area, perfect for people watching. Try the pork schnitzel, the potatoes that come with it are even better than the fries. Great beer menu with non alcoholic alternatives.
Really good German Food, good beer selection, and a fantastic atmosphere. Watched Monday Night Football here on a work trip and it felt like hanging out and watching the game with friends because the customers and staff are awesome. Highly recommend if you’re in the Arlington Courthouse area
Whiskey-focused watering hole serving classic pub staples & tacos in a vibrant setting.
10/10 recommend!! Huge shout out to Travis for bringing out an awesome pupcup for our German Shepherd complete with mini dog bones (our dog also gives 10 ⭐️!). Guac fries were stellar! Patio seating is perfect for dog lovers!
I ordered the fish and chips, and if that dish is any indication of the rest of the menu, it makes perfect sense why the place was so empty during our visit. While the two large pieces of fried cod looked promising, they were completely devoid of seasoning—not even a hint of salt or pepper. The fries were even more disappointing: a shockingly small portion that looked like an afterthought to the meal. To make matters worse, they were both burnt and cold. How is that even possible? Even more frustrating, it took almost 50 minutes for the food to come out. With barely anyone in the restaurant, there was no excuse for such a delay. On top of that, the drink situation was baffling. No iced tea, no lemonade, not even Coke—my husband had to settle for a Sprite because that’s all they had. For a place that calls itself a neighborhood bar, the lack of basic drink options is hard to overlook. The entire experience had me thinking this place belongs on an episode of Bar Rescue—where the kitchen learns how to season food, the bar stocks drinks, and the service learns efficiency. Sadly, I will not be returning.
Attached to the boardroom next door this bar has a lot of charm and a great selection of sparkling wine and cocktails make with sparkling wine. I went for the cocktail which was delicious while my wife couldn’t pass up a glass of Virginia sparkling which was amazing. There are definitely some speakeasy vibes going on and that added to the experience. For a Friday night service was not great. There was one guy on staff and he had to spend a lot of his time going back in to the Boardroom, which made it difficult for him to keep up with the amount of people in this bar needing service. I’ll definitely be back but hopefully they can get at least one dedicated staff member who doesn’t need to shift between multiple bars.
I was looking for a place to go for some anniversary drinks before dinner and found this place through an email regarding romantic venues in Arlington County. I was skeptical at first, but soon realized this is one of Arlington's best kept secrets. All of the cocktails have sparkling and they were some of the best I have had in a long time. I had the Fig Bourbon Smash and the Indian Summer. Both were great. I especially loved the cinnamon I'm the latter.
Pub grub, craft beer & clever cocktails served in a buzzy space with a big selection of board games.
Fun date night! Sadly 3 of the games we tried to play were missing instructions. The food was ok but the drinks were great!
I hosted my 50th Birthday party at Ms. Peacock's Champagne Lounge. Erica, Ali , and the staff were wonderful and helpful throughout the planning process. They are top notch and my guests had a great time! Host your event there! You will not be disappointed.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Everything was just perfect — the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and even the Hooka was great. The atmosphere is so pleasant and welcoming, it really makes you want to stay longer. Overall, a wonderful place that I highly recommend
I stopped by Nosh Lounge recently and was really impressed. The place has a fresh vibe under the new management. The food came out quick and tasted great, the hookah was smooth, and the live music gave the whole spot a nice energy. The staff was welcoming and checked in often to make sure everything was good. It feels like the kind of place you can relax with friends and actually enjoy the night. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Large neighborhood bar with multiple lounge areas, pool tables, shuffleboard, darts & video games.
This was an amazing experience. I learned something new today on my first adventure there. I love that the bartendees were approachable, kind hearted, helpful and not greedy. The atmosphere of the setting was like an urban playground. It had casual night life energy as well as lights, flashing lights, and highlighter images or colors within the club/bar for the neon light excitement.
Jasmine is an absolute gem behind the bar! She’s always so kind, welcoming, and inviting, making every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. She remembers our orders before we even ask, which makes the experience feel so personal and thoughtful. Paul also does a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly while still engaging with customers and keeping the atmosphere upbeat. Between Jasmine’s exceptional service and Paul’s friendly presence, every visit here has been nothing short of amazing.
Sprawling bar & grill with an upscale pub menu, signature cocktails & TV sports.
We enjoyed this place. Food was pretty good. One of the draft beers did not taste right, but they let us get a different one. Seemed like it went bad. They had all the NFL games. I would recommend this place.
Drinks are good and reasonably priced. The rooftop is a nice view especially during summer nights. The spinach dip had 5% of spinach and mostly cream cheese ( I am assuming ) and cheese. Bartenders were friendly.
Funky, dark lounge decorated in Baroque style offering gourmet coffee & chocolate, plus cigars.
Cloud Lounge offers an absolutely amazing atmosphere — cozy, relaxing, and perfect for a night out. The service was top-notch, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The customer service really stood out, making the experience even better. The hookah was smooth and flavorful, easily one of the best I’ve had, and the shawarma was delicious, seasoned just right, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Cloud Lounge to anyone looking for great food, amazing hookah, and a welcoming environment. Definitely worth the visit!
Here’s a 5-star review for Cloud Hookah Lounge & Restaurant with your note included: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cloud Hookah Lounge & Restaurant delivers a great vibe and even better hookah—smooth, flavorful, and always on point. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with friends. I just wish they offered a bit more variety on the food menu, but what they do have is solid. Definitely one of the top hookah spots in town!
Its a great 'hole in the wall' kinda lounge. I enjoyed myself just by being around the ambience. The drinks were a bit pricey. Expect to pay any drink INCLUDING beer to above $10 each. The music is eclectic. One moment it's trap music and then goes straight to afro beats.
Make sure they understand your order and watch them make your drink. Instead of confirming what you order the just assume and try to make you pay for it. The loud music and ESL waitresses doesn't help. Other than that it's a good place to chill for about an hour.
Stylish eatery & bar serving Lebanese-inspired dishes, plus craft cocktails & flavored tobacco.
I am a hip hop manager who also has a restaurant in Philadelphia Akon people told me to try it food great women beautiful I enjoyed myself
I had a very disappointing experience here. The service was extremely slow, and it felt like our table was forgotten multiple times. The hookah quality was poor — harsh smoke and the flavor barely lasted 20 minutes. Food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and bland. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. The atmosphere could be nice, but the loud, chaotic environment made it hard to enjoy our time. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend it to others.
Busy nightclub where patrons dance in the cavernous art deco-style ballroom or on the rooftop deck.
Such an awesome place to just watch people dance and do their thing. Who knows maybe someday I’ll join in. Even as the night weighed on with guests the hospitality was so great. Gio made me an awesome Shirley temple and provided friendly conversation. I definitely recommend for anyone just wanting to get out of their shell to just come vibe here.
Just would like to say special thank you to Steven who did an amazing job at security the other night making me and all my friends feel super safe!! He’s doing an amazing job. If I had my own bar I would definitely hire him as security!!!
