It’s a funky dive bar in the heart of the mission. The bartenders are totally cool. The jukebox plays all day and all night. Bartender Jeff bakes his own homemade sourdough and brings it in on Sunday afternoons. They’ve got a pool table in the back. Lots of drink specials and fundraiser specials. Lots of friendly and talkative locals.

This dive-y little bar was a wonderful surprise. While it seems plain and simple when you first walk in, the bartender is nice and serves quickly, the drinks are generously poured, and the patrons are all pretty nice folks! We stayed here for a few hours and enjoyed ourselves.
We were passing through on vacation (we are from IL.) The bartender asked for our IDs which we provided immediately. She then ignored us while serving others in the almost empty bar. When we finally got her attention again she denied our out of state IDs for seemingly no reason. Rude and bad vibes here
