This particular location is my go to spot when it comes to a quick fast casual bite to eat or a quick business luncheon or dinner. For whatever reason the service the staff provides here is very impressive... The staff members are thorough, courteous, patient and very attentive without being over bearing. Never had an issue with the service here. The food is also very good. I'm a regular here... I'm pretty sure I've gone through half the menu here... We had a huge party come in towards 11 pm. Theatre gang. Coming from a show and ready to eat. Understandably they didn’t have a table that could handle all of us but they could seat us at different tables around the restaurant. Great plan! Food was great. Atmosphere was a vibe. Servers were everything and more!!!

We had the best experience at this BJ’s restaurant. Our group of 5 was a bit difficult as we had 6 dogs. I didn’t expect to get the best service from Alyssa who took care of my group very well. Some members of our group had many requests and she took care of all of us and our dogs with such a positive and fun attitude. She went above and beyond to make our group feel special and well taken care of. I haven’t experience such outstanding, impeccable, and exceptional service in years. Most servers just do the bare minimum to get the job done but Alyssa is definitely not one of them. She is a gem just like the diamonds on her teeth. The manager Beau was so friendly and welcoming he set up our tables and umbrellas in the patio to make sure that we were protected from the sun. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable right from the beginning of our dining experience. We had such an amazing experience at this BJ’s we will not go to any other BJ’s anymore. We will make sure that we come back for every occasion as Alyssa and Beau for beautiful really made our experience so memorable. We ordered so much food and all of it was also very delicious.

My best friend and I came to this location to have a quick meal and a sweet treat with their Tuesday $5 pizookies. There was a bit of a wait to be sat but our host was super kind and helpful, there was a miscommunication on which server would get us but the second Kat was assigned to our section she mediated it and was SO kind. She brought our food quick, and even washed the silverware herself on our behalf when they were taking a bit of time 🥺. She was such an angel and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at any location with this company. I adore her and would pay extra to get her again!! If you’re her manager and you’re seeing this she needs a raise, thank youuuu🥳🥳.

I had the absolute BEST experience at BJ’s thanks to our server Kat! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. On top of her professionalism, Kat brought such a positive energy to the table it honestly made the whole dining experience memorable. You could tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. She turned what could have been just another meal out into something really special.
