Went to Vixen Friday Nov. 15. We had been there before and with no charge for the booths for us as a couple. On this night we went in and went to the booths and while we were entering one, the guy who was on duty came back and said out loud and rudely, that we needed to pay $20 in order to enter that part of the store. We mentioned that we had never paid before and he said we had to pay. I told my partner that I had never heard of that and that Fantasyland on Lois ave. doesn't charge for couples. So we left without any further words and so did two other guys. And by the way, we had one of the guys offer to pay our $20 but we refused. I will not pay when we are the attraction. We won't be back unless there is a change in policy for couples. Could this be the reason the place was so empty on a Friday night? Russ Last night. After learning that they charge for couples I have been in their establishment for the last time. There are too many places in town that don't require an entrance fee for couples. We left there and went to three places that allow couples in at no charge. HEY VIXEN, COUPLES ARE YOUR DRAW. I PULLED INTO YOUR PARKING LOT AT AROUND 8:00 PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AND THERE WERE TWO (2) CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. GOOD LUCK HOLDING UP COUPLES FOR A $20 WALK-IN FEE. Couples night is Saturday. I apologize for the confusion. Come back and ask for Chris Cabrera my GM. Tell him Howie sent you and we’ll make it up to you. And I apologize for the doorman being rude. I’ll address that personally! He was very nice this time while seemingly smiling in a condescending way, while letting me know that there is a $20 charge for couples. He did tell me that Howie was next door and that he was basically in in charge of that side. In my opinion our business will down hill faster than a snowball on a hill with a 90 degree incline if you keep charging couples. I left your establishment and went to three other places that welcomed us in at gratis. And unlike your store their parking lots were full with men and; here it is; WOMEN. Good luck Russ Howard
