My mother & I stopped by tonic during Lent and Weston prepared two of the best nonalcoholic cocktails we have ever had. He asked us about flavor profiles we enjoyed and then proceeded to whip up magic in beautifully stemmed glassware. The vibe inside of the bar was a nice balance of cozy & chic. Plenty of visuals to enjoy. Highly recommend stopping in.
The server here was very kind, the drinks were well crafted, and the atmosphere was really cool. I cant recommend it enough. Seems like the best cocktail bar in Santa Fe from what I heard talking to folks around town
I really enjoy Tonic every time we go. The cocktails are great and the ambiance is fantastic. I love that it is close to everything on the plaza but still feels a little hidden. Great spot for a quick date.
To begin with, we are suckers for a good cocktail bar. We loved the vibe of Tonic so much we went two nights in a row. The cocktail menu is fabulous. On night two I chose to go off the menu and go with bartenders choice. Imaginitive versions of a “rum and mezcal driven Manhattan” and a lovely bourbon spirit forward cocktail came our way. Lovely spot!
My husband and I come here regularly. It’s a fantastic place to have amazing curated cocktails or your favorite standard cocktail. Great ambiance and super knowledgeable and personable expert bartenders. Keep your parties to 4 people or less. It keeps the mood and ambiance as intended. If you have a larger party there are lots of other choices to gather nearby. But this place caters to intimate and expert drinks. And it’s what the customers prefer as well. Come check them out! You won’t be disappointed. And ask for their small bites menu. Some delicious accompaniments to your expertly crafted drinks.
