Amazing place for goths and punks! I been all around the country, glad there's still the few in our country that keeps these places going! It takes a community these days.
Love it here!! The owner/bartender Patty is amazing! Dave the bouncer is awesome! Eric the bartender upstairs is awesome as well! The crowd is always different but you definitely see a mix of everyone. The drinks are really good prices.
This place is fun and fiesty. They stay open late and have a pool table. There are different floors inside, good music, and friendly & attentive staff. It's more of a goth scene but everyone is very accepting and friendly.
I absolutely love everything about vertex! It’s got amazing staff, great vibes, and great drinks. 10/10 would def recommend for fellow alternative,goth, emo, etc
Came to Rochester for the weekend to visit a friend and left my coat here with my car keys in it. I reached out to the bar the next day and they responded that same day and came to the bar to open it and help me get back on the road. This was the kindest thing a club has done for me. What makes Vertex even better is that on top of that huge kindness their music, drinks, and atmosphere are also a 5/5. This club makes me want to come back to Rochester just so I can go again.
