We had a great experience coming here for one of their improv shows. The actual venue is very cozy and pretty small, you are literally feet away from the actors! The show I saw was funny. There was a nice chemistry between the actors. I definitely recommend and hope to come by again soon!
This place is absolutely amazing! A super cool and welcoming comedy club that always has great laughs and great times. NO drink minimum for shows but a great bar inside with a great beer bar across the parking lot. Great for dates and great for friends looking for a fun night out!
This comedy venue is fantastically managed by Jennie Stencel. The atmosphere in the club is friendly and positive. The club itself is clean and well maintained. Overall a great place to watch great comedy!
I had a blast performing and watching shows here for the North Carolina Comedy Festival. The owners really know how to run a quality festival and club, and were super friendly and professional. Whether you're a comic or just a patron, you'll have a great time at the Idiot Box. Even if you're an idiot.
Saw a fun show that was a mix of stand-up and improv. 4 standups with improv based on the standup immediately after each comedian. There was also an open mic section after that but we didn’t stay because it had been about 75 minutes, which is a good amount of time for comedy. The price was also very reasonable. And drinks were reasonable too. Really fun experience if you’re in Greensboro and looking for something fun to see or do in the evening.
