Hannah and the team at Carolina ale house in raliegh have phenomenal service the food is exquisite and the drinks are to die for. Highly recommended 100 out of 10 ... shout out to the manager Peter as well very nice guy. DEFINITELY Will be coming back again
I used to like to come here often, but the last three times I came to get some food. My food was either not cooked all the way or I ordered something and they made me wait for 30 minutes to tell me they did not have it. I believe that the waitress do a pretty good job for overall the atmosphere is always gloomy and the service far as food is a hit or miss mostly miss. I don’t believe in leaving bad reviews but when you can’t get it right three times then that is called a strikeout! I remind the waitress twice, I would like the wings to be well done.
The food was top notch. The atmosphere was great. The service was impeccable. Mallory was our server and was hands down the best waitress that we have ever encountered. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend. We got the Double Western Smashburger with cheese fries and the chicken tenders with honey buffalo sauce. Hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly like we asked. The manager is Cooley-who I had the pleasure of talking to about Mallory. Very personable and friendly gentleman. He had stopped by our table earlier after we got our food to check on us so that tells me he cares about his customers experience. When I sought him out, he was busy helping in the kitchen so definitely the type of manager that every restaurant needs in my opinion. Great establishment.
Daniel was BEYOND AMAZING!! The service, the food, the drinks, the food!! EVERYTHING was a 10/10!! Daniel was very welcoming and made sure he went above and beyond to make sure, my son and I had everything we needed and it was on point!! We will definitely be back!!
