So I brought my daughter on her high school graduation day to have a light dinner with her mother and her boyfriend. The bartender(Jenn) that is working tonight,6/12/25 during happy hour, is too preoccupied with her conversation with the "fairer" complexion customers to be bothered with one that shares her same skin tone. I will not be returning especially not during Jenn's shift. The chicken fajitas were trash!!! My daughter has been here before and has had better quality food. the same bartender acted like it was an inconvenience for her to make sure we were satisfied customers. Forrest Rocks!!!!

We found this little place perchance and they had great little drinks and good eats too for a reasonable price. Yummy food and the drinks were not bad at all! The people there were super nice! Definitely would love to go back. We got there early so it wasn't hopping yet but by the time we left. It got busy!

My husband and I were on our way to Moriairty’s for their delicious and giant wings but since we’ve had them a few times we decided to try something new when we saw the sign outside of Strangelove advertising their wings and 30 different flavors. We had very high hopes after starting with the buffalo cauliflower. It’s was $12 which felt overpriced for the amount you’ll get but they were very good! They were the last good thing about the experience. We were the only guests but the food took longer than expected considering what we ordered and there being no one else. We waited at about 25 min but honestly still weren’t phased because we were looking forward to the meal. I ordered the chicken tenders ($14) which came with waffle fries. THESE CHICKEN FINGERS WERE IMPOSSIBLY, RIDICULOUSLY THIN AND SMALL! The pictures I’m including don’t even do it justice. They were comically small, cartoonishly thin and to add insult to injury, you only get 4 of these chicken jerky pieces. They were so embarrassingly tiny that I commented to my husband “that they don’t even make chicken this small and thin so somebody is back there taking a tiny chicken breast and thinly slicing them to make them even smaller.” They aren’t chicken tenders at all. It’s more like a piece of chicken breast that’s been filleted to the point of transparency and then deep fried. A man “presumably the owner” or manager was within earshot and instead of offering any kind of explanation, sarcastically smiled and said “thank you.” Yea friend. YOU are most welcome because you just sold me about $1.50 worth of unseasoned deep fried chicken jerky that your passing off as tenders for $14 with a straight face. They were so insultingly thin and small that I can’t believe they were even served. As an owner, cook, waiter etc, I would have been EMBARRASSED to serve that to someone. Needless to say I would never return and would encourage you to save your money unless you’ve first confirmed that something in the kitchen has changed and you won’t be ripped off.

Walked by on a Saturday looking for a spot to work and grab a drink. Ended up finding a clean, quiet place with a good setup. Bartender was super chill and made a great gin cocktail—wish I remembered the name, but it hit the spot. Tried a chicken burrito they recommended; wasn’t really my thing, but no big deal. The menu’s huge and I saw some solid dishes coming out, so I’ll try something else next time. Definitely planning to head back.

If I'm being honest, I didn't expect this place to be nearly as good as it is! We came here just for sips, but these are honestly the best wings in Philly. We tried the Buffalo Lemon Pepper, Smoked Jack Daniels, and Honey Garlic Parmesan. Each one was better than the next! The smoked jack Daniels was my favorite but the buffalo lemon pepper had such complex flavor and a creeping heat that was just incredible. I've never had anything like it, honestly. Their happy hour is from 4-6 and sips menu is 4-7 so you can settle and relax here or use it as the first stop of a great crawl. Ok beer selection but the cocktails were great. The apps were good too, I completely trust the kitchen here
